Very unprofessional attitude... But speaks as if they are the boss and cheat. They charge very heavily and does not do their work properly and on time

Any option is better than ZamZam Typing center. Empty promises, pathetic customer service, not fulfilling their deadlines, constant need for follow ups and ZERO manners - this is what you get by going here.They said that the processing will take 3-4 days and after multiple follow ups, I finally got the visa done after 3 weeks. Whenever you follow up, the blame is on the immigration. These guys dont know how to talk to people. They have absolutely arrogant responses. They made an error in recording the P.O.Box number. The EID was being sent to the wrong address. When I called to notify them regarding this, not only did the guy (The Boss) on the phone not listen to what I had to say, he was shouting and hung up on me for no reason. There is one female staff member who talks decently to customers who approach her. Unfortunately because of the others, all you get is empty words and no help.To top this off, there is absolutely no hygiene maintained here as there are street cats inside and on the chairs that are meant to be used by customers. Is this the way you run a business, especially with the current pandemic?

Moat unprofessional Visa service.These guys are very irresponsible and they overcharge u fr nothing, i literally hd to pay a hefty fine just coz they did nt process my visa fr almost a mnth and kept on ignoring me.Finally i fought with these guys and applied frm elsewhere and got the visa processed frm a diff typing centre and got the visa in 2 days time.

The worst experience in my life. The lady is so rude she doesnt know how to talk to people. 0 knowledge about the process.. i lost my money and time.. i paid for my application on November and they applied on December because of there carelessness i wasted so much of my time and money and the application also got rejected cause the process wasnt correct.. now they dont even want to give my money back. If i ask theyll be the one to have louder voice.. 0 shame. I would never go back to this place again.

They have really good service and have reasonable rates for typing. And gave my work really fast recommend this place alot.

A week agoWorst cheater ever..they take typing service from me and when i ask money they will cut the phone and blocking the phone..my 470 dhms now also pending 4 months ego..when i ask the old man in that company telling bad words to me i have all voice notes and chating list..please dont go there for your good customers..i will already give a police complaint to them..BAD CHARACTER EVER I EVER SEEN...IF THERE IS ZERO I WILL GIVE THAT IN THA STAR..NOW ALSO PENDING THA KHAWAR AND THE OLD MAN IN THIS SHOP CHEEPEST PERSON..DONT GIVE ANY WORK TO THIS TYPING..THEY WILL CHARGE DOUBLE OF EVERYTHING AND WORST WORST CHEATER..ALLAH SEE EVERYTHING..MY FAMILY MONEY EATING THIS BAD PEOPLES.I HAVE ALL CHATING LIST ALL THE MAN IS NEVER GO ANYWHERE WITH MY MONEY..INSAH ALLH

If I could give a zero I would. Service was good up until the typist told me that he couldnt renew without a specific document that I didnt have. My simple request was for a solution to my problem, Of which he provided. However, he then proceeded to say one word to his colleague in a language that is not my mother tongue which can only be translated as the male reproductive organ. To which I do not appreciate in the slightest. Do not use this typing centre staff have no respect. And should think twice about what they say and who they are saying it about!

When I visited there they asked for visa cancellation 470 dhms but I chose another typing center they asked 270 and they finished my work dont visit there high cost and cheating people .
