Superb food, the flavor of every single dish we selected was simply out of this world! The kebabs and meat is so juicy and so full of flavor! This was our first visit and the star of the show was Mr. Omar who took great care of us we didnt feel we were in a restaurant but rather in a 7-star hotel! He firstly was great at giving us recommendations on what to order and the signature dishes with a detailed explanation on what every dish is and what to expect in terms of the flavor! Additionally, he ensured that proper etiquette was followed when serving the food; as in, not everything came at once so the food doesnt get cold as we are eating but rather everything came in waves so every dish was served hot and fresh! He was very attentive and took great care of us making us feel like we are guests in a Turkish house with care and kept ensuring all our needs are met throughout our visit. Highly recommended restaurant, great service from the ambiance, cleanliness, and insanely delicious food!

Its a great experience. The food is good and the ambiance is amazing. The place is always packed and its a first come first serve so reaching their in advance is recommended. The place offers Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine. Parking is available. Price for 2 is around 400 AED.

The place is very nice, no reservation without deposit. You have the option to park your car and there is signs on the street up to the parking next to entrance door.Now, service was great, food came fast and it was fine. The sweets were from another world - supper delicious. I would defiantly come back for the sweets part.

Solid quality food, great drinks and nice atmosphere.Ordering was fast and the food was freshly prepared. Tastewise it was great, even though the food looked different than in the menu for some dishes.The staff was nice and helpful and very aware.My favorite part have been the drinks though as they have been really good in taste.The only thing that was kind of annoying was the amount of noise created by ordering one of their special dishes.Definitely cool to see once, but after five times you wish to have earplugs.

We paid a visit to CZN Burak for a birthday celebration and staff were super helpful in creating a good experience and accommodating our needs. The place is huge, lovely and full of surprises. They have interesting dishes that is served by the show. The fresh bread and appetizers were tasty and delicious. We tried different main courses and most of them were good, the mixed grill was not as great to our taste buds as the other dishes. The birthday cake was outstanding! Overall good food, ambiance and staff!

Outstanding, if not slightly spicy, Turkish cuisine at Czn Burak in Dubai. A taste explosion in every dish we tried with service and ambiance to spare. Many of the dishes are served with a flourish by a well trained team who took very good care of us throughout the evening.The fare hinted at elements of fusion cuisine but in an authentically Turkish style... Modern Turkish might be a better description. The use of chilli in everything was a tad hard on my personal palate but perhaps adding that extra zing to others taste.Special shout out to our waiter Raphael for his outstanding Lebanese skills.

Came here for my wifes birthday, I read the reviews here and was expecting some pretty terrible service. I was pleasantly surprised. Even though I came on a Thursday night, the staff made our dinner memorable. We had a party of 7 and ordered two meals for 4. We also had a ton of appetizers and were all stuffed at the end. It was also nice that the guy CZN also came to do photo ops for the kids. We didnt line up but it was good to see him interacting with his fans. Anyway, worth the visit, they have good kebabs.

Really good food, the prices are really high.The location ist great.What we really didn’t like is that they are absolutely not flexible in adjusting the portions. We didn’t want any beef on our mix plate . ( it’s just not possible)The food we had was really good.It’s worth a try !

I have had better food, and the prices were high, and they charge you for water. They set the tables nicely, and had a nice atmosphere, and good views of the city. You could also take photos with the owner.

Myself and my Son have been following Burak on Social Media for years! His Techniques as a Chef are Superhuman and his cooking is so captivating! He has brought Turkish Cuisine into a whole new world! Our meal was fantastic in every way, presentation was exciting and extraordinary, service provided by Kimella was outstanding! I even saw Burak in the Restaurant hard at work! What a Guy!! And what a truly unforgettable evening! Thanks so much!!

The hype is real! Hands down the best mixed grill in Dubai. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert and service were on point. I’ll definitely be back for more.

The worst example of selling food based on a celebrity cook. The decorations are cheap . The sandwich is very small and super expensive. You will definitely regret if you are hungry to spend the money here while with the same you can eat to full in all the adjacent restaurant. It was a bitty that my 7 years old daughter felt disappointed when she saw the kids burger such tiny.

It has significantly improved since my first visit. This is A famous Turkish restaurant by a very famous chef. I was not impressed at all on my first visit. So I gave it some time. I came back after 2 1/2 months and I’m pleased to say that the food has improved. It is still falls short of being excellent but it can will compete with their other Turkish restaurants in town. The deserts were average.

You do get presented with a live starter selection at your table with around 15 possible starters that you just take there and then without waiting, with complimentary Turkish bread. We took the Hummus but were tempted to take more but then remembered that you need to pay around AED 25 for each one! The bill would quickly add up in a place like this.MenuDont expect to walk out of here spending less than AED 500 (thats the very low end). Excellent selection of Turkish cuisine. Presentation of food is also amazing, and I would recommend the mixed grill to sample the flavours on offer. If you combine the entire experience - yes definitely worth a visit for a special occasion. Would I go back? Just an expensive Turkish restaurant with average food and lots of show.Mixed grill was great.The lamb and chicken was dry, and didnt have any flavour.Kunafa was also average.Will not recommend for casual family dinner, since it will set you back a little. Rather this place is for some special celebratory moments.Its noisy and pretty close to being crowded.

So as you all follow the smiling chef on tiktok or Instagram you will know the cuisine is delightful. The photography or any amount of words would not give it justice I think. You have to visit this place to actually appreciate the food the atmosphere and the service which is amazing. The waiting time is dependent on what day you go and what time of day but its worth the wait. Prices are reasonable for the quality and the lamb shank is a must try item on the menu. I have been only once so far but will go again when Im feeling the urge for meat 🍖.

Drinks are always refilled, table is always clean and neat, without interrupting us. Wow what a place 👏 I visited here with my family 👪 to celebrate my youngest daughter birthday 🎂 on 5 March. She turned 9 however she is already a fan of Burak but unfortunately he was not present on that date. We ordered mix grill and other items and enjoyed 😋 yummy food. Must place to visit.

To be honest the experience overall couldve been better. The environment is good but the staff maybe needs a little more of Customer happiness skills. I was really excited to go here but the food was not that good. I’ve never experienced food with so many ingredients yet so little flavor. It was odd. The meat was tender. Just a heads up, they only serve lamb meat, no beef. It’s fine if you eat both but I personally prefer beef. The chicken dish with cheese (pictured) lacked so much flavor and seasoning. It tasted like plain chicken with cheese on top only. I will give this place another chance later on. It’s still a cool experience so I would recommend going if you’re just trying to say you tried CZN Burak. The veggie grape leaves were really good though

With full respect to the character who stands behind this spot (The Turkish chef CZN Bruak), but this is one of the worst experience ever I had in a Turkish eatery ever. First and while waiting, many are skipping the queue (unfortunately with the help of the staff !). Very obvious, the team are missing a lot of customer service basis.Then and against any Turkish eatery -style, this restaurant doesnt provide any complimentary appetizers (even the tea). While I understand the premium location may drive it up, the price tags are the most exaggerated I see in any restaurant here in Dubai. Both atmosphere and the food taste (and quantity) are less than ordinary.I would recommend you guys save your patience and money and look at many wonderful Turkish cousins available around here.

Restaurant located at prime location of downtown Dubai, one of the expensive restaurant, food taste is quite average, crockery cleanliness was having a question mark as we were three in the table and all of find smell in the glasses. Staff was friendly and ambiance was good, menu look carefully, having options of serving food for number of persons. Branding was good sanitizer, sugar, table wear and all crockery was having nice czn branding. Appetizers and desserts were good specially hot bread with sesame seeds and black seeds increase taste of appetizers. Full team/ staff and well mannered , very professional and very helpful .Food was amazingly fast, taste is extraordinary, and the deserts are on another level:::Baklava with ice cream, Baklawa with pistachios the turkish tea.... takes you all the way to Istanbul or Marmara,We ordered appetisers : stuffed eggplants , Muhamara, and Siki cucumber with yoghurt. For main dish you must try the:1- meter long shish Kabab (it is a must ) with a wonderful musical show from the staff2- Mozat—— a new level of cooked meet with Turkish bread.3- chicken and Rice cooked with Salt covering and flames

Let me start with the highlights. The hostesses were great and asked our preference for inside or outside as soon as we arrived and our wait time was less than 5 minutes. Once seated we were offered cold mezze straight from a tray which meant we didn’t have to wait long to start eating. The fresh bread from the oven was delightful. The menu is extensive but somewhat repetitive with a lot of lamb dishes. The salad we ordered was supposed to come with pomegranate molasses and when we asked the waiter they replied with “there’s some on the table, help yourself”. Our salt lamb main dish was a lovely fire spectacle however the sever did his thing without cracking a smile. Our mixed grill arrived and the chicken was undercooked & still pink on the inside. When we informed the waiter he proceeded to pick the pieces of chicken off the mixed grill with tongs and took it back to the kitchen for cooking and then returned it in a take away bag? 🤔 The restaurant is massive with various dining areas and comfortable stylish furniture. They serve shisha but the restaurant is not licensed to serve alcohol. Not sure if I’d return.

We ordered salted roasted lamb shoulder. The taste was ok. Meat was ok nothing special. The rice was stated to be banaspati but we are not sure if they were banaspati actually. The dish has so many dry fruits including pine seeds and almonds. The serving size is enough for 2 heavy eaters or 3 moderate eaters. You can order a sauce separately.

Its my first time here and definitely not my last. I was greeted by Carrie at the entrance and was supported throughout by Kamille. Kamille is a great waitress. Her customer service skills are impeccable. She assisted me in ordering two best selling signature dishes- Belen Style Casserole and Kozu. The meal was delicious and fulfilling. CZN Burak Dubai is by far the best Turkish restaurant in Dubai with some of the most delicious Turkish and Arabic dishes I’ve ever had! I visited on the opening day and had the great opportunity to meet Chef Burak himself and try out his food. Everything is cooked to perfection and the food is unique in flavor with the bold flavor of Arabic cuisine and the creativity behind the dishes. An outstanding experience I would highly recommend to anyone to try out!

Really nice food but the only thing is, is that any nice Turkish place could make that same food in the same way. They make the food WAY too expensive when the only other thing - other than an average Turkish restaurant - that they do is put on a little show with the food. Its a good show but still a bit of a rip off.

The experience didnt start Good at all. We entered from parking side. The girl at the entrance was not friendly. She just said go to main reception. Very rude. The place is extravagant and ostentatious. We had to wait in queue. The queue was managed well, but the lady carrie was not at all friendly. She took 2 guests who were behind us before us while we were waiting in the reception chair as advised by another lady. When we asked her why she did that, she was rude and asked us back where do u want to sit. I had expected her to be apologetic and lead us to the table. The place is very automatic and no personal attention to guests as I felt by the reception people. When it is luxurious and too busy and crowded, personal attention is ignored and it becomes more of a mechanical service. Food was Average. We had better food at Al Saffadi, Ossiano at Atlantis. The mix grill we had was very simple and nothing to brag about. The Acil ezme was very tasty. Nurgadi salad was tasty but again nothing extraordinary. The meat in grill is soft and tasty. There were no bread service that one would expect. The bread was cold. The serviette that I received was torn. We had to ask for bread and the waiter Majed was very kind to bring breads for us and we found courteous but again too busy so misses to attend tables personally. Not his mistake. The second serving of bread was warm. The personal attention to table was absolutely NIL. We were assigned table number 351 in a corner and we took that table because we were tired of waiting in queue. CzN Burak came and took pics with us. That was a good one though. He looked tired though. Overall a celebrity kick here. I still love the food of #alsafadi #mezzahouse #zaroob #emsherif. Here the food perhaps is good for a group. Service is not extra ordinary for a place like this that one would expect. Burak photo session looked very mechanical and just a formality. People ofcourse was crazy for this. One of the most famous celebrity chef CZN Burak opened his much awaited restaurant today (25-12-2020) in Downtown Dubai. Its right opposite to Dubai Mall and attracts a big number of visitors. We waited for 45 minutes outside in queue to be seated on opening day and it was packed inside. Food was delicious and ambiance was lovely. Customer service was superb. Highly recommended for all the turkish food lovers.

We were excited to visit CZN Burak and had an awesome experience.Went with family on 30th march and received impressible welcome and best staff service during dining. Got the table in just 10 mints. We have ordered the set of starters (humous & Asur), cookies & creamy and obviously a mix grill served with fresh, hot and perfectly made breads. For around 350 AED.Everything was delicious !Unfortunately, Mr.Burak was not available and so missed to see him.Only Issue is high price.

Good Ambience, space and great food! Went there just to try. Their mezzes were very tasty bread one of a kind (Just ensure you eat them fast as it hardens when left cold), lamb ribs grill was very juicy and rice was perfectly cooked. The perfect ending was with the Kunafa. Great and good service and no seatong issues faced since it was a weekday. The lemonade was a bit too sweet ( They could have reduced the sweetness maybe providing separate sugar syrup). Overall good experience!

Have no idea what the hype is about, over priced and over hyped. Started with asking the waiter what the best dishes where and what to recommend and he had no authority in his suggestions. The main course came before the starters and when the starters did come the runner was not even sure which table it was for. The meat dishes where covered in oil or butter ( the normal for these over priced Turkish these days) the salads were bland and tastless. Price where through the roof. Only giving it two stars for the view sitting outside.... dont waste your time here unless you want to fall for a tourist trap.

Food wise the restaurant served up a great beef shish and their boneless grilled chicken was very good. We had one of their Turkish salads and it lacked a bit of spices and condiments. I added a bit of salt and pepper and it became tasty. Their pastrami hummus was good as well. I guess it was the Turkish version of hummus because the texture was more like polenta which I appreciated as it wasn’t the same hummus you’d get in most places.I had a shisha to close out the meal and to hang out with my girlfriend while she had a cappuccino. The shisha was ok, I’d have it again, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to smoke there.Overall the place doesn’t have the warmth which CZN Burak as a chef has. The people in the reception seemed upset and not welcoming at all. I didn’t understand because the place wasn’t very busy as we came for late lunch around 430pm on a Sunday. I hoped they were at least a bit energetic or at a minimum to say “hello” when someone arrives at the restaurant. It was off putting and strange. We sat outside next to the sidewalk which was very nice especially in this type of weather. Around 6pm we requested for them to turn on the heat lamps and the one next to us seemed to be broken or out of gas. At first they didn’t care about fixing it, but later in the night they tried. At one point it got colder so we had to leave even though we wanted to be outside for a bit longer. I think the managers floating around were trying to be nice and accommodating, however, some of the staff, and servers who were actually operating the floor were not trying very hard to represent the brand and the communicate the value of the restaurant through their attitude.The location is great! I hope the whole service improves. I almost gave it 3 stars, but the experience was slightly above average.

Amazing restaurant that has the personality of its owner! My husband and I have been here thrice during our trip to Dubai and there was nothing average about this place! Once while we were here Burak was actually in the restaurant! We’ve tried several dishes here and never had any complaints regarding any! Make sure you include this place in your travel itinerary or you’re going to miss out!
