Amazing experience.Very warm welcoming staff. Specially Mr. Adeel gave us great service. Also take care of my kids meal. Food 10/10, Presentation 10/10, Environment 9/10. Little costly but worth to spend. Will sure recommend to everyone.

Great foor and welcoming staff! We visited Qasab the Pointe in the afternoon for lunch and liked everything we ordered especially the Kofta and the Steak! Our host was a Turkish Gentleman who went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. I definitely recommend this branch for service, quality of food and ambiance. They have a lovely view at night!100% recommend it!

Considering the place has just opened and was extremely busy we were so lucky to get a table, and had great service. 20 staff on the floor, running up and down, but food was good! Good and friendly staff. Thanks for having us, we’ll be back!

Turkish coffee was so light. Kunefe was too sweet. Turkish tea was good.

The food here at the Qasab has always been very tasty. We were so convinced during our first visit that today we are here at the Qasab for the third time in a row. The food is very fresh. We were very impressed with the meat which was very juicy and especially the salad which was freshly prepared every time. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. They take the best care of your concerns. Turkish hospitality is alive and well here at the Qasab. We will definitely come again on our next vacation in Dubai.

Excellent food and service. Great location from where you can see the fountain .Just found it a little noisy on a Thursday night. I will definitely go back for the best Turkish food.

Turkish food, do i need to say more :DYou have a great view to the ses and the Atlantis(maybe the wrong side because you can see the train bridge). We actually tried to find a good restaurant front of Atlantis but most of those restaurants was not opened yet. I actually wanted to visit the point at Night but did not have the oppurtunity.We did eat breakfast here, and it did taste great. The waiter was nice and quick.The price was average price in Dubai. Actually it was little cheaper than expected from the menu, maybe they did have some discount at the moment.A little tip: they are making some Fountains front of the restaurant, so maybe soon the view Will be greater at nights.

Lovely food and superb ambience. On the pointe at Jumeirah palm. The staff was friendly. Excellent quality of Turkish food. The chef knows his job well. will highly recommend.

Extremely bad service and very average food. Every time we wanted something, we had to ask for it at least twice. The waiters are obviously inexperienced and most did not understand English. Mehmet was the only waiter who was running from one table to another, apologizing to customers and trying to compensate for his colleagues lack of attentiveness.I blame the management and the ownership and not the poor staff who are obviously understaffed and not properly trained. The adjacent restaurant was closed, so it seemed that Qasab had taken advantage of the situation and used the available space on the deck to maximize their revenue and overwhelm the untrained staff.Not recommended!

Restaurant with a view to the fountain. Of course it is a touristic place but food is decent and the staff attentive and firendly.

On top of everything the service is amazing, the guy is super friendly and cheerful. I had a breakfast and it was so so good, atmosphere and view is cool, and prices are good for the quantity and quality. I highly recommend it for a breakfast.

The service is slow although the restaurant wasnt even half full. Staff are rude and very poor welcoming. The food was cold and it took 15 mins to get my drink although making requests from 3 different waiters. The only good thing is the view and no thanks to them. NOT recommended.

Service is appalling.Restaurant was half full, waiters wondering around aimlessly. Were told a table has been reserved for us. They even took a clothing item and placed it on one of the chairs while the table is being cleaned. While we were waiting, another waiter came over, removed the clothing and gave the table to someone else, while we were watching. We asked them politely to ask the new people to vacate the table since we’ve been waiting and they simply looked at one another and did nothing. On calling the manager, he simply said he can’t interfere and asked us to wait for another table.It is regrettable we had such a bad experience especially since we are regulars at their other restaurant @ Ibn Battuta mall where the service is excellent

Food is extremely delicious, service is great and staff are extremely courteous. Value for money is average though

Turkish coffee was good yet it doesn’t come with traditional loqum on side though.. The konafa with icecream was average, milk caramel cake is their best dessert to chose.

Nice place, the staff are great - they are trying to help in everything, they saw that we were tired and gave us tea for free. We cooled off indoors and took a break from the heat. If we are hungry, we will definitely go to eat. The view of the fountains is good, you can eat and watch the show.
