It is a Turkish restaurant in the center of Dubai. They provide an outstanding service, which is very well organized. No waiter will pass by your table without glancing at it. Your table is always tidy. They always keep it clean.The restaurant sparkles with cleanliness from the entrance till the toilets. Actually it is a place for quick eat but it is so comfortable, atmospheric, clean, with an excellent service and delicious food that you even don’t want to go out. I would highly suggest you to get there.

This is one of the best Turkish restaurants in Dubai! the food is insanely delicious. Everything is cooked perfectly and very juicy. I highly recommend their Pistachio Kebab and the lamb salt (shoulder of the lamb) dish. The ambience and restaurant decoration is very unique with all the floral decorations. The waiters are all very polite and kept asking if we needed anything even the manager himself visited our table to ensure the service was good. Finally, it is rare for a restaurant that doesnt specialize in serving shisha to actually have a good shisha but their shisha is amazing and lasts long!

Lovely ambience and great food. The lamb was so tender and juicy. The place has outdoor seating and indoor seating with smokers section separate for having sheesha as well.I went there twice and each time they served butter milk, basket of fruits, desert and Turkish tea as complimentary.I am impressed also by their neatness of the restaurants. Even their toilets had automatic seat cover changing with motion sensors to automatically be changed.The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Great place to take your loved ones for a treat or a special occasion.Just a tip, its always better to take time to go through the menu properly and not be hurried in ordering food that could end up very pricey.

Delicious food.Great decoration.Fast service.But I agree with some other reviews that the staff is so rude.They don’t serve complementary tea or dessert unless you order an unknown amount of food (Minimum Charge).The waiters are not enough for the number of tables in the restaurant.It was our first time in the restaurant and we got shocked from the service because we saw the reviews before we went there and that was the main reason we decided to go.It is disappointing how they deal with their customers according to how much they will be able to get out of their pockets.

Honestly before going to this place, I was reading the reviews here and was a bit skeptical and went their ready to fight. But I was pleasantly surprised. The service was amazing! I have been in many Turkish restaurants in Turkey and other countries and specially in Dubai where I live. By far scoured I can say Sultan Saray is the winner between restaurants outside Turkey! As a Turkish food lover and after testing plus tasting many menus, I loved their hospitality and ambience plus taste.The menus is like a thick illustrated cookbook with beautifully pictured dishes(2 or 3 dishes per page). You can imagine how thick it would be but gives great confidence in knowing what you will get in presentation.They start with Turkish breakfast which Im early looking forward to do at some point. Then go all the way to a huge variety of highly tasting, well presented big portion sized delicious dishes.The ambience is amazing, aromatic and very well spaced. No claustrophobia of pushing in screens to separate tables. They used beautiful transparent screens which are barely visible and hence the width of hall is not compromised at all. They didnt compromise on maintaining social distance and also kept place to dine outside. (Winter dining would be lovely at night). Theres ample parking outside which is paid.The dishes are well presented. Theres a bit of entertaining drama with some of the dishes where the chef or waiter would make a fire on side of your table and its enjoyable to watch for the kids.A big screen is showing Turkish scenes including historic places. The lighting and walls are well decorated with bright lovely ambience. Toilets extremely clean with electric wrapping cover on seats.The taste of every single dish was out of this world with the perfect aroma and the peloton size. A friendly waiter was a bit pushy in asking to order more while we only came for a taster not a meal. Im glad I didnt listen to him because we had already had our meal and were here for a test to bring our guests next week. The portion size was great and waiter could have told me this would be enough rather than asking to add more starters because we wouldnt have been able to even taste all that. I dont like wasting food.On top of all that theres plenty of complimentary stuff at each stage. First the nuts, then the laban then the fruits and porridge and baklava plus delicious well balanced Turkish tea.The amount of complementary stuff they serve and the way they keep you entertained with the most delicious top quality food will make you return several times.I immediately asked to reserve table to come again for my guests next week and they had no issue with table reservation while another restaurant bosphorus wasted their customers because they wouldnt allow reservation of table for guests who love Turkish food. Obviously I have a better place to go now.Ill be coming here multiple times indeed. My target is Turkish breakfast next time.Keep it up.

One of the best Turkish breakfast you can get in Dubai. mix of tastes and dishes choices which will water your mouth to think of what about eating it. The portions looks small but it is not . I assure you will be full and there will be still left overs. Please take care that there is a complementary fruit dish and Turkish sweets after the food, keep a space. Enjoy.

I have recently visited Sultan Saray and Firstly, I would like to talk about their Royal ambiance and architecture. Restaurant is beautifully decorated and it is really spacious, indoor and outdoor setup also available. They have such a super friendly serving staff. They served us with different variety of Starter, Appetizer and drinks and then the main course was amazing. If you are really looking for some authentic Turkish food then Sultan Saray should be the first option.I strongly recommend them to all my fellow viewers.

Wonderful experience, the food is amazing, fresh and delicious. We ordered the Royal Breakfast which was enough for four, we enjoyed different types of olives and jams and fresh honey and cream. They also offered us complimentary dessert and fruits which was a wonderful gesture 🥰

Sad...Dear restaurant owner, I am writing to you. Maybe this review will help you improve the service.We are regulars here in the restaurant, usually come in big party but today we were only three and were served by Chadi. We were not super hungry so we didn’t order a lot. He took the order from us but changed his attitude when we didn’t add salad nor appetizers, don’t get me wrong, our bill was exceeding 200 so it’s not like we just ordered for 50.Usually guests are served complimentary dishes at the beginning and at the end. All the guests sitting next to us were served, but we were bypassed. We asked if they would serve us tea at least and they brought to us but we found it in the bill. We asked them about that and they told us there’s minimum order in order to get the complimentary dishes, it’s not mentioned anywhere of course but seems to be their secret treatment. When we called the manager and explained the situation that it was not nice to ignore the guests and so openly, the manager began to justify the waiter in all ways.While leaving we went again to the same waiter to understand the situation and he literally said:“Listen me, first you came not to a guest house, understand...?”, is that a proper reply to customers? We were very disappointed with this attitude towards us, especially the fact that it was a restaurant that we used to visit often and recommend to our friends.Of course, complimentary are not so much important to us but !the neglect, ignorance and insult of us by the waiter.

This branch has the a variety of turkish dishes, i trdied donor mix , chiecken was good but meat not tasty , we ordered turkish salad but also it didnt meet my expectation,But i like the staff behavior, they are so nice and welcoming, also the turkish tea is amazing and its serviced for free ! Its a beautiful place & amazing taste of Turkish dishes. One can always visit this place to calm and to enjoy a good food.Their service is lot better than any restaurant, their line manager was keeping an eye on every single moment of staff and was making sure to give proper attention to every customer.

The overall atmosphere of the restaurant is happy with Turkish tune! Yes the subtle Turkish songs playing in the background take you places...The service is great, the food is rich in taste and presentation is elegant....These people know how to welcome a guest, I strongly recommend this restaurant, however book a table for better seating.

Luxury dining experience with beautiful decor and delicious food. Live music, fire show the vibes are crazy here. We dined in on Thursday evening and place was jam packed. Staff was effecient, service is great. The food takes a longer than usual but they were serving Turkish tea to enjoy.

In general, the food tastes good. But unfortunately I got a piece of charcoal in my kabab and crunched it under my teeth (I was lucky I didnt break a tooth). I called the waiter, complained and explained the situation, they sent me the manager, and instead of finding a way to make things right, he started explaining why would this happen, and promised to do his best in order for this not to happen again. He also offered a new plate. But that was after we almost finished most of the food. And at the end he just said (حقك علي). So unprofessional. Will not go there again, and I cant recommend it.

It’s my 100th visit, Sultan Saray the best Turkish restaurant ever. I’m one of their oldest customer since there first branch in Ajman , anyway my last visit was horrible in this branch because of their new waiter, not the one serve the table and bring the dishes, I mean the one who take the orders. There was a new bald guy,Show me the worst attitude ever. I left the place unhappy and didn’t enjoy my time because of his rudeness and disrespect !! What a delightful experience it was. Valet parking service is available. Food is delicious and very good portions. Good number of staff at service. The sweets platter at the end of the meal was a pleasant surprise. Definitely would visit them again.

Love love this place. Located in the heart of the city at Sheikh Zayed Road next to Metropolitan Hotel. As you walk into the restaurant, it feels like you are entering a garden with beautiful flower arrangements, incorporating most of the Turkish culture and theme. Hospitality is 10 out of 10 , thank you for taking care of the guests from the first minute.We got welcome drinks - lemon shot and Turkish tea. A good start . The taste of tea is unique.Then there were various starters and ayran.Ayran is a popular Middle Eastern beverage, and in Turkey its considered as the national drink.Best starters : Haydari , Baba Ghanouj , Gavurdag Salad.We chosed “shrimp casserole” for the main course. The food is good, but the service is bad. The waiter interferes with the customer’s requests, especially if it is less than a hundred dirhams. Today, he told me that you are 10 people and you order for 8 . my order cost 500 dirham , and he told me not sure if May managment I did not like the way he talked, so I left the restaurant and went to the Safadi restaurant next to it. The service is classy and the food is delicious.

Sultan Saray located in Al Safa, is a beautiful restaurant. The moment you walk in, you are transported into a land of fairy tale and stunning interiors. There are artificial flower backdrops along with mirrors. Beautiful lightings, that make the space look big and bright, an open kitchen. The entire restaurant is divided in 2 and also caters to outdoor seating.The moment you walk in, your temperature is checked and you are escorted to your seat. Tge service is lightning fast. Although there are a few things that i would have preferred - like asking me if I preferred cold or room temp water before pouring me a glass and not changing it. Replacing plates and cutlery as well.We started of with welcome drinks which was a lovely refresher and then we were served complimentary almonds, with the shell. In my opinion, it was a unique and fun thing to pass time till your first course.The first mezze included haydari, mexican avocado and Gavurdag salad.Off the lot, i couldnt stop eating the beetroot haydari. That is something, I would absolutely recommend.We then moved to vegetable casserole, which was exceptional. We were also served Mutabbel which was creamy and delicious.Do get the mixed grill, the theatrics with which it is served is amazing.We did have trouble communicating with the staff that we were on advent and only wanted vegetarian food. And post a few hiccups and amazing food. I chose to ignore that.We finished off with a dessert platter of Baklawa, rolled dried fruit, a fruit platter ( with a rotten apple) and panacotta.We ended with some Sulaimani tea.I would say that they still need to have an eye for detail. But food and ambiance in top notch

A beautiful restaurant that fails miserably when it comes to the service part.The staff was arrogant and kept on pushing us to order more food even though we clearly mentioned that we will order later if needed.Bottom Line:Had it not been the service, the place clearly deserves a good rating but the hospitality part has ruined everything.Would recommend it.

I heard a lot about this place and decided to visit with the family. Once stepped in, we were amazed with a welcoming and friendly staff. The waiter suggest the set menu, and that was a very good advise. OMG there was no place one the table without food. Simlky the set menu has everything. The presentation was amazing and the taste of food was as expected. They offer a complimentary sweets to end your feast with a big smile. Highly recommended to give a visit.

Hands down the best Turkish resturant in Dubai! Amazing food, service, location this branch has got everything correct. Just roll your sleeves, close your eyes and point at anything on the menu and I can assure you that you wont regret it. Great place, the meat was really good. The meat comes with sides: rice, bread, salad, onion, potato Wedges.They also give very soft bread at the start.

I rate it 2 stars for the food and ambiance of the restaurant. But the service is horrible. Staffs are ill mannered. We were three and ordered food which is enough for three of us. The waiter pushed us to order more and he literally changed his attitude when we refuse to order starter and salad. He gave us uncomfortable feeling. Also after we finish our meal, when all others were served with fruits, we were totally neglected and we assume that clients are not being served equally. I may visit the place again. However if I experience the same issue, I will go face the management. Period!!!

They bring your food uncooked, hair in the tea and charge you for tea. Never had such experience.. as a Turkish I didn’t taste anything like Turkey and not even one person works inside from Turkey.. Not recommended at all

The main point of this restaurant is, even though they are calling themselves Turkish restaurant; there is no single dish is cooked by original Turkish style…The name of the dishes are Turkish however the way of cooking is somehow fusion of Arabic species, taste and cooking style..It’s one of the basic of Turkish food, no one cook “Pilav” with basmati rice in Turkey or serve the way they serve…Looks like an Arabic origin owner experienced Turkish food; but in reality, nothing is close to real Turkish taste…Overall, taste is the fusion food is not bad at all, prices are reasonable, service might be better, the music sound is too high…But I’ll not agree on advertising the restaurant to the public by calling the restaurant “Turkish” call it something else…

Good location & ambience. Had a great Turkish breakfast today. Their staff were also cordial.

If I had 10 starts I’d rate them. I took my friend from abroad to fully experience the Turkish breakfast and wasn’t regretted at all. Our table was full of those delicious varieties of bread, eggs and much more. I couldn’t even stop staring. Service was great and price wise is great too! Will definitely come back

Sultan Saray restaurant has the the worst service in Dubai , staff and hosts are very rude. We didnt eat our food as it reached late. We asked for takeaway and when we reached home , we found it missed part of our food !! . We asked for special meal for my daughter , it reached very late and it has the same ingredients that my daughter has major allergic which we been forced that my daughter to took immediate medicine !! Their feedback , how it reached to her dish ! as we brought it from home !. All visitors around us were complaining , many gusts left very angary. We were not happy at all and I will not recommend it to any one.

Lunch at Sultan Sarai , amazing food , we like the quality of the food , verity of dishes, very Turkish cuisine, tasty and delicious, helpful and friendly staff they were so nice , the ambience is cool and the restaurant atmosphere is great , nice organized and clean , good value for money, I think the prices are good equivalent to service and food , I would like to thank all the restaurant crew and the management to achieve the quality on food and the hospitalityI advise who reads this review, visit sultan Sarai restaurant, you will love it

Food was mediocre. The waiters are rude and insist on making u order more than you want. It’s unbelievable! We wasted one whole plate of food because the waiter said we didn’t order enough for the 2 of us ! Never going back there !

Excellent food, great service. Very good ambience and a perfect place to either go with a loved one or the whole family.Extremely clean, sanitized with appropriate spacing between diners, Sultan Saray does not only serve delicious food but has taken every step to make sure the experience overall is nothing short of fantastic.

Although its a casual dining place, we were told that shorts are not allowed for Breakfast, the lady at the entrance is super rude.There are too many good Turkish restaurants in Dubai with no such hassles, becareful.

Good breakfast experience overall.. but the prices are quite high .. also they had hidden costsFood was fresh and didn’t take long to be served.. some waiters were friendly and others were rude ..They surprised us when they charged us extra 160dhs ( around 45$) for Simit bread that seemed to be included in the breakfast menu

A friend suggested we meet at Sultan Saray, what a fantastic restaurant!!We ended up going the following night with another friend as it was so nice!Food was beautiful, great portion sizes, meat cooked to perfection and flavourful! The olives and dips before the main meals were a nice treat!Staff were very nice and polite. Lovely people!Shisha was lovely (recommend berries or blue mix)The fresh fruit platter they bring after dinner is a nice touch (we also had some oranges, dates etc in honey which were lovely!)We also had complimentary tea and almonds.The added extras are a lovely gesture and just make me want to keep coming back!Great value for money - highly recommend!

It was crowded when we visited and the food was average and some dishes on the menu were not available .. They serve complementary tea and sweets which was a nice from them..

Strategically located on Sheikh Zayed road on a service road with ample parking areas. Interiors are second to none, during pleasant winter days they open up the front facade.Menu is Rich and the food is really good, especially the appetizers. I highly recommend the Chili Labnah. Breakfast menu is impressive as well.Service is amazing, they kept on offering complementary items left and right. And on top of all that, prices are reasonable.I can easily call it the best Turkish restaurant in Dubai. Will definitely come back to try the Doner.

Honestly I am surprised to see the number of mixed reviews here. I would say that I am a regular customer of Sultan Saray and the service and food quality is always outstanding. Their shisha is also one of the best in Dubai. Would absolutely recommend it.

We just went and they asked us for a MINIMUM order of 100 dhs per person on top of that we got treated unpolitely forcing us to order food NOT only drinks although we already had the intention to order food. They did not even inform us when sitting at the restaurant. And, when we wanted to give our feedback they were like this is your own opinion!! Extremely rude unlike other restaurants on the same line that welcomed us nicely setting no minimum order like that.

We have been a customer of this restaurant for sometimes. We chose a regular double breakfast. This Friday, we went to breakfast again with friends, even though we had said many times to bring the breakfast for two person. Unfortunately, the employee who took the order showed us a photo of royal breakfast without explaining that they have two type of breakfast for two person  The price was doubled and more than half was wasted. This attitude of the employee made the customer feel to be cheated and deceived. We will definitely remove Sultan Sarai from our list of restaurants.

Very nice place, big menu with so much to offer of authentic Turkish cuisine. Their breakfast menu is a must try, they have a sheesha section as well. Reasonable prices and polite staff. The ambience is what will catch your eyes, very artistic and chilled. Great place to take the family out for a nice dinner and don’t forget to order dessert!

Im sorry and sad to say that breakfast here is overated (unless you are only interested in taking pics of cute looking trays). Not the best service either, had to ask 3 times for a tea refill which is very very unusual for a Turkish restaurant in Dubai. Got a cut of cheese Burak without cheese, when I told the waiter he simply said that I got a cut from the corner of the tray, thats why ...no cheese (seriously?). Menemen was bad, Tea has a herbal after taste. I dont recommend this place for breakfast. Dont know about other meals. Good luck....

We have been in this restaurant couple of times and every time it was very nice place, but today I feel soo disappointed. They put food on the table and no one take care of us after, when we were ordering more bread or tea they just ignored us. When we called for a Supervisor(Omar), he came and were extremely rude with us, start arguing with us, I ask for restaurant manager, but he didnt call him.Im soooo disappointed, because I really liked this place before, but after today I will never come back and I cant to recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely rude and impolite reservation service.We were recommended this restaurant by our friends and we were so excited to make a reservation, but they person who was on phone was so rude and cut the call in middle and when we call back we were told its fully booked and no reservations available.If this is the service before we visit the restaurant then I could imagine the service if we were there.
