Everything was amazing! From the staff to the food, the drinks were simply incredible! The mixed platter in the picture is only half a portion. It was so tasty! We also got a chicken and meat doner but we ended taking them to go because we were already full. The juice was fresh and so so good. The staff was very helpful and nice. The prices are very good for what youre getting. If we have the time, we will definitely come back!

With no doubt, best Turkish food in Dubai and most probably in the UAE. It is that good that it can easily compete with best restaurants in Turkey.Beyran soup is no different than you can have it in it’s original region. Lahmacun was absolutely delicious with parsley and super tasty and fresh tomato on the side.For mains I tried Adana kebab, lamp tikka and Iskender kebab which were indeed mouthwatering!And finally as a desert you should try Umut Chef’s katmer.On my upcoming visits will try to try different options as much as I can from the varities.Chef Umut himself and all the staff are very attentive and caring about your feedback.Will try to visit every single week as this place make me feel at home!

This is a pre-Corona restaurant visit: Madeenat Hatay is an authentic Turkish restaurant on Al Hadiqa road opposite Safa Park. It was recommended to me by my sons beautiful Turkish soulmate and partner, Aylin. Located next door to Malay-Indonesian specialists Mamak in Wasl Square, its interior is a typical Turkish bistro. Enter and you are greeted with an open kitchen complete with mangal and doner spits on one side and a mezza display and fresh fruit juice section on the other. If you’ve been to Turkey, you’ve seen this type of restaurant a hundred times. There’s even a small enclosed outdoor section around the back. I was smitten from the minute I set foot inside.My sister, Pari, and I started with the excellent mixed mezza platter (know as the appetizer platter) which included my favourite Ezme Salad – yum. It was served with fresh flatbread straight from the oven…making our low carb diet even more difficult to stick to. We moved on to a mixed grill which was excellent, especially the chicken. That said, their much-hyped lamb chops weren’t anywhere close to Al Damyati & Iskandaron in Karama. But all in all, the food at Madeenat Hatay was really good. I have visited this restaurant many times. Because the food is really delicious and the prices are affordable. The lady who greets you is very polite and caring. The chef at the restaurant is the husband of this lady. I find Beyran soup really successful. Also, the wraps (durum) are really good. I also learned that they offer takeaway. It is really a chance for me to have this restaurant in Dubai.

Excellent restaurant. Looking for a good traditional Turkish restaurant, this one is really top. I tried the grill mix. All the ingredients were excellent. I also had a doner meat which was sublime even though I asked not to put some vegetables inside, it was excellent.

We had an amazing breakfast experience the cafe is super hygiene, portions are generous, food is yummy and service is very polite . tea and bread unlimited, very large variety in breakfast set and all of it only for 35 aed! we will definitely visit more!

Finally tantuni can be eaten in Dubai. If you like food and you like your money you need to go to this place. They have tantuni which is something everyone should try. The portions are large, prices are affordable, staff is super friendly. The food is well made you can tell from the taste. This is my new favourite place in Dubai. I can vouch for their taste and you cannot be disappointed in this place. Did I mention they have Tantuni. Only this place in Dubai AFAIK.

Hello, today I ate in this restaurant that was suggested to me and I was clearly not disappointed, one of the best addresses in Dubai very clearly.I ordered the mix grill and all the meats were excellent and grilled to perfection, its doner is very good even if it is different from what you can find in France, the meat pide cheese was succulent and crispy as it should be with a very good taste, as for the bread and appetizers (pepper, hummus, eggplant) it was a delight.In short, this is an excellent restaurant with good value for money. I will come back for sure.
