We had a terrible experience with your agency. Our family arranged a trip in Georgia for a special event. One of us is a tourist here in Dubai so protocols/procedure will be different in his case hence we contacted your agency knowing that they are aware of these procedures, we have provided all the details, requirements and payment. But still got offloaded twice because of the negligence and incompetence of your agents. We tried reaching out to the manager/head but no one dealt with us except for the agent. Worst service every, taking forever to finish a visa for a domestic helper, been told it would take about a month, but it has been 3 months and they have informed me that it will take 1 more month, regret ever dealing with them, delt with 3 different staff because the staff keep leaving the company. Staff are very rude and arent aware of the customers request, cant reach to management everytime I ask to speak to management they staff tells us manager is on leave! All they look for is payments and after you have paid they ignore you! Wouldnt recommend it to anyone. STAY AWAY!

REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE- WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE-I dont have anything against with this company but I guess some of their staff were not very well trained on how to handle customers properly.sales agent MARIE handled my visa application which made me lose all my faith and trust to this company, I swore that I will never gonna make mistake to take their services again.She was not very reachable throughout the process.Before making or during collecting money she actively replies to all my queries and messages, but after I hve made the payment then she’s useless. My situation was quite different and everything was explained to her profoundly. I need tourist visa urgently while I am in the middle of starting the process for my business permit. This girl was never cooperative and no sense of urgency, I had to ask my PRO to expedite all the work and went to their head office to speed up their TYPING PROCESS, my PRO went their and was asking for their manager too, so we can explain the way they handle us but instead they gave him so many excuses! THANKS TO JENINE who was very helpful comparing to our main agent “MARIE”She starts her work 10am while government offices are already up from 7am. What do u expect? The clients and the task will adjust their timeline according to your work hrs? I DIDN’T EXPECT TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS SPECIALLY COMING FROM A REPUTABLE TRAVEL AGENCY.She has the worst customer service, customer handling and very unprofessional. These people does not know how to use proper/formal communication which is EMAIL. Couple of emails was sent but barely got a reply cos they want to use whatsapp instead.I feel sorry for those people who does not have any professional knowledge about formalities like this, those who were a victim of this kind of treatment that your staff is giving.
