Very very bad experience. They will attract us by showing lowest rates, but will ask additional money once the visa process starts like exit fees, processing fees etc. Beware Indian customers. They made our 2 friends stranded in Oman for 2 days without any clue. No proper response after you make the payment. They wont answer your calls and will never call us back. I have dealt with many agencies for last 10 years and this is my worst experience. They are depending on other travel agencies for visa processing, travel arrangement etc. I think the positive response seeing here are all paid ones.

They lack quality service, they teach you that sometimes its better to spend a reasonable amount for your visa renewal rather then to be worried and delayed for spending less. Never go through bus from them.

👎🏻👎🏻 When you go to travel agency for visa thing u really trust them coz anything can happen to you when you are outside the country..But this company is really unresponsible and also they dnt bother to aswer you calls after receiving the money. So choose wisely.

ZERO STARS if one can give, worst service ever for visa change. they told my friend he will get his visa in 7 hours max so my friend went to oman to change his visa and its been two days now & hes still in oman airport waiting for his visa. even the concerned person whose name is alfaz had kept his number switched off this whole time.

If there is 0 star option i could have give them 0 stars.the worst customer care support, the worst visa service.i was applied for my relatves airport to airport visa change.we arrived the airport 4 hours earlier to get exit country stamp as per their staffs instruction.my relative went to kuwait airport for visa change and came back to airport.but the travels didnt arranged the visa.she was 55 year old and waiting at the airport visa area the whole day without having food.i called the staffs more than 100 times. they will never attend your call once you paid for the visa change.their staffs are irresponsible and impolite.finaly i got smart travels manager number from another person and called him and told him all the stories.they provided the visa after sometime but she waited almost 20 hours at airport .the manager was saying its because of immigration problem and the system server hanging etc.but trust me, al the other travels passengers doesnt have any server issues but only with smart travels passengers has issues.these people are giving good advertisement but their service is a nightmare.

I called the office regarding one tourist visa. The lady she took telephone was talking very rudely . No customer manners at all. I was upset. Hope the management will look in to the matter.
