I took with alpha tours a round trip airport service and the burj khalifa at the top tour the one at floor 124 and at the top sky floor 148. And the service was great they are have a very good customer service via email and same when you get to Dubai.They have a lot of tours witihin the united arab emirates.I highly recommend the services of this tour operator! I will used it again when I return to Dubai.

Great time on the Alpha Tour Dessert 4WD and BBQ dinner. The 4WD driving in sand dunes is super fun, and our Driver Boss was very skilled and very friendly (a great guy).Highly recommend.

Started my holiday on a sour note and left it on a sour note45 minutes late on initial transfer from the airport.Then 45 minutes late for the agreed pick up time very unprofessional bad attitude when calling the office.Why Expedia would use these people to operste on there behalf i will never know?? I will be contacting Expedia for a refund and to complain.....

A real nightmare! I booked my trip to Burg Kalifa towers 9 days ago and today (our tour date ) still no received confirmation after two emails and three calls to Alpha and Expedia .Geermania Velosos is the most incompetent travel assistance in my life and rhis the worst travel angenct I ever seem in my life. DO NOT USE ALPHA TOURS they do not know how to treat customers. My father and mother had gone to dubai and I had booked them a trip which was safari and burj khalifa. After the safari they fell sick and returned to hotel and was unable to go to the burj khalifa. I reached out to the rep. for alpha tours and they rudely told me its not their problem and that we had lost our money they would not even consider rebooking them. I will never use this company again.

We did a full desert excursion with the evening and barbecue included in the companys base camp. Our driver was attentive and precise. We were collected by our driver at the hotel and after 40 minutes on the highway we reached the protected desert area where the off-road route on the dunes begins. After deflating the tires our driver Fadi made us have fun with crazy evolutions and made us stop where we wanted for photographs and to admire the fantastic panorama, and to run on the dunes. We then reached the Bedouin base camp just in time to enjoy the sunset and where we participated in various activities. Beautiful camp with an area dedicated to hookah and the one for henna tattoos which of course we had immediately made After a welcome tea accompanied by dates we were offered a more than rich buffet with grilled meat, vegetables, rice and more unlimited drinks. Finally we attended belly dance, fire dance and Tanura dance with the canvases illuminated by LED lights. Fantastic and adrenaline day

Hello! my review of an excursion to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Abu Dhabi from Dubai, organized by Alfa-Tours (Natalie Tours)An excursion to the flower park and the world village was taken from this company, it paid off, but the excursion to the mosque leaves much to be desired. Firstly, when you take this excursion, be sure to specify at what time there will be a visit to the mosque, in the daytime or in the evening with illumination. The mosque is beautiful at any time, but each has its own preferences. A time tour from the starting point of the hotel to returning to it: from 13:00 to 21:00 (the road from Dubai to Abu Dhabi took a little more than an hour). I am an architect by profession, and my decorator girl, we had big plans to visit the mosque: to consider everything as it should, to study, to get aesthetic pleasure, to take pictures, as the mosque is very beautiful! and of course we are very glad that we visited it, but the tour was organized so incorrectly that the time allotted to stay in the mosque amounted to an entire hour! where did the other 5 and a half hours go, not counting the road ?! 1 hour left for dinner, we have nothing against including this item on the tour ... Although the position of many people is not clear, as soon as we left Dubai, many began to ask: when will they take us to eat? Well, take a dry pack with you on the bus, are you really going to the mosque for show? but to eat, and buy souvenirs is the primary goal ?! well, this is a moot point, everyone has their own needs .. So, where did another 4 and a half hours go ?! to completely unnecessary rides to the markets! first we were brought to some kind of art museum, well, lets say! We looked at arts and crafts, which can be purchased for a substantial amount of money ... then we were taken to the date market, pushed into a stall, and said that we have 20 minutes .. everything was aimed at ensuring that people purchased the goods in this stall for a limited amount of time, not having time to really try, bargain and think about purchases .. although around, as it turned out later, there were many other stalls, with prices much cheaper ... then we were taken to dinner: we liked everything here, although we were from those people who could donate these m event, having a snack on the bus, and due to this, devote more time to the mosque! And finally, the long-awaited mosque. just in case, the guide prepared special clothes for women, it was not necessary to wear them, it was enough that your clothes covered your arms and legs, and also that the clothes were not transparent and tight, by the way, take socks, because shoes need to be removed, or you’ll have to walk barefoot, and the tile is cold enough .. all the women put on the provided clothes so as not to find fault, to insure themselves, and also to feel the culture on themselves .. there were no problems, and we were inside ... the mosque is beautiful, and add bol Chez nothing! We were also told not to go to the toilet in the mosque, not to waste time on it, because we will be brought to a special territory where we can also buy souvenirs and coffee from Starbucks ... in this place we spent another half hour, although they fled from the mosque headlong ... really, the organizers of the tour believe that an hour is enough for the pearl of the Arab Emirates ?! we understand that the tourism business relies on such events, but it’s just arrogance, turning into a couple ... and is it really so important for most people to have a good meal and buy more souvenirs, despite the fact that it’s possible to allocate a separate time instead of the time of the long-awaited excursion, which took not a short way and did not justify itself.? .... Advice: go to the mosque on your own!
