I came from Hyderabad to Dubai then traveling to Jeddah.(1) Driver which came to pick me up in Dubai airport was more than 1hr late I was waiting for him outside the airport.(2) Driver drop me in the hotel and then he left when I check with the reception he said there is no booking for me in the hotel. I came around 4:30Am and after calling to many times to the agent I got the room nearly 1pm nearly 8hrs of Waiting in hotel lobby.(3) Food was the worst. I was there in Dubai for 15 days but nearly 10/12 days took my lunch and dinner outside.(4) While going to Jeddah they drop me in the Airport 6:30hrs before departure time. I have to wait nearly 3 hrs out side the airport becoz of covid situation going around.Overall the worst service I have ever imagined.
