Really great day! Loved that I was picked up and dropped off. Fun activities. Dune bashing was the highlight. Only downside was the VIP package means your seated at the top away from the stage but staff were really accomadating and allowed me to sit downstairs after my meal. Great performances especially Fire Man! I was a solo traveller and my driver Shahid made me feel very comfortable & safe. He takes fab photos as well!

That was a great experience for us. Our tour guide was Gulfam. He was a so helpful and nice person. He took us from our hotel on time. He took amazing pictures at the dessert. After then, we rode camel. It was also unforgettable experience for us. We got a chance to try different cultural meal. At the evening, he brought us back to our hotel. Shehid was phenomenal he was so professional and experienced. This was my first time experiencing the safari and because of such amazing hospitality I Weill definitely be telling all of my friends and family about it. From the beginning of the trip to the end I was treated so well and Shehid had magnificent customer service. I will never forget this experience thank you for and amazing safari tour.

Hussian was our driver. He was great. He did a great job in the dunes and is very experienced. Friendly and courteous. There was a rather long pause between dune bashing and the entertainment and evening meal. The chicken kabobs and the pieces of chicken were delicious!!!! We spent the night in a tent inside the camp grounds. The staff brought us firewood and started a fire for us. We had a pad to sleep on and warm blankets.

The driver was very professional and helpful. We went We had great time riding in dunes. While arriving at the tent, we saw camels and horses, as we went to desert trip with kid, she was really happy about it. The fire show was amazing. We enjoyed our trip a lot!Ulker from Azerbaijan

You will be satisfied with the Trip.We travel as a family of 5 amazing.We preferred the standard package but we regretted for not taking the premium one. Dont worry about not having the experience of driving Atv bike you know it in seconds. The Dune Bash Drive-In 4x4 By breath taking and you dont imagin how it is. We love the whole trip. Trust me You deserve it.

Driver was punctual, transport to the site was excellent. Once we Arrived at the dunes, the fun began. Quite impressed with the speed and agility of the Land Cruiser that he drove. That machine was incredible.Ample photo ops then a quick ride to the next segment.We switched vehicles to one with pretty much zero suspension, but it was a wild ride to the oasis.Once out of the vehicle, be mindful of options not included, such as the falcon, the headwrap, the long camel ride, and possibly the atvs(depending on the package).The typical package does not include the air con rooms, but its worth it. From the suite, the staff then brinks drinks and food, with no need to stand on line. Still be mindful of vendors that continue to sell, even with a closed door. The show is absolutely brilliant, everything that you could ask for except no sword swallowing... Thats a joke.Take it from me, if youre looking for the ideal experience... Just call these guys and get in the sand for a while.

However I worked for few years in Libya close to the desert, and this was the 9th time for me to visit Dubai, but this was the first time for me to see the sand desert! This safari was really great and much fun. We saw the sunset there, ride a camel, were many activities like belly dance. And we got a very nice dinner. No doubt I will recommend them to everyone wants a safari in Dubai!

My experience with Evening Desert Safari was incredible. The staff showed great hospitality and made sure my husband and I enjoyed every minute. Our driver, Gulfam, picked us up from our hotel on time. The drive to the safari was smooth and the actual safari drive was very safe and enjoyable. The quad bike ride and the camel riding was also very fun. Covid safety measures were taken seriously. I would definitely use the Evening Desert Safari again for future tours.

I opted evening safari. There are a few issues and some surprises.Issues:1. Expect a long journey while reaching there. Our driver was slow and took 3 hours to reach there. However, while coming back we were back in less than 2 hours.2. Hubble Bubble aka Sheesha is free in a closed room. If you want to bring it outside, pay aed50. If you want different flavor, pay 50aed. 😁3. Buffet Starter had a pakorra and a few fries only.4. Buffet dishes did had a few things, 2 type of rice, 2 type of gravys (daal and mix vegetables), 4-5 salads, low quality humus, 3-4 small pieces if bbq. Thats it. So, dont expect a regular buffet or even closer to that.5.Good Things1. Drinks were available in quantity2. 4x4 riding was awesome and we enjoyed it.3. Dances were not going with the rhythm of the song but were good enough.4. Fire show was pretty nice5. Sitting arrangement was traditional Arabic floor sitting. So, it was nice6. A few hosts were making guests more involved which was fun.That should be good enough information for a new comer. 🙂My advice, you must try it but dont expect more than an average hosting, if you want it, you should go for premium packages, they have privileges for sofa, Sheesha flavors, dine in buffet etc.

You get what you pay for and for £10pp what can you really expect? The entertainment is really great but the rest of the experience is lacking. Lots of waiting around - for buses, for food, for drinks, for lackluster activities. Far from an authentic Bedouin site, this is a pretty gastly tourist trap less than a 5 min drive ‘professional dune bashing drive’ from a highway slip-lane 40km out of downtown Dubai. The dress ups require tips, the camel rides are in small circles with camels who are growling not to be there- think angry pony rides at a fair ground - and for the added fees involved in quad biking I’d expect more adventure than a small marked out track to go circles around. The sand boards don’t slide on the sand anymore and the henna lady, although lovely, has such a long line that that the free designs you can get are tiny and the paid ones can be rushed. The whole experience is either milling about waiting for things to happen or rushed - lining up for the buffet is like lining up to get rationed meals at camp and 5mins after mains are served they close down for the night. If seeing the desert and fire and belly dancers matters to you, pay more for something more bespoke that doesn’t take you to a huge tourist camp. Our experience had over 500 people at it and most things were added extras - better seating - 100aed a person and including meat with dinner, holding a chained up falcon, hookah 50aed, fruit 20aed and you could by alcohol at the bar. The unlimited tea/coffee didn’t start until 2 hours into the tour and soft drinks (only cola) didn’t start until 3hours into the tour and the lines for all of them are substantial. The food - after a long line at a self service buffet - is better quality than what the price point of the tour implies (the main is at least, the cold fries for starter are grim) and the entertainment - belly dancing, fire breather and a third awesome colourful spinning man - were all great. Really great! They made the night! Overall there is lots of waiting around for short bouts of anything interesting and unless you’re prepared to get handing over cash for things no one is really prepared to interact with you in any way. Once it’s all over finding your guide and lining up for 4WDs back to the roadside takes 1 hour - it would be faster to walk if you weren’t scared of being killed by the 4WDs who scream about at high speeds in the dark not really minding where everyone is standing. I’d suggest trying to find something smaller and more authentic in Dubai or waiting til you visit say the Berbers in the Moroccan Sahara as that’s comparatively an intimate, thoughtful and exceptional experience! I learnt nothing good about UAE culture or history on this trip.

Be sure to ask for Hussain as your guide/chauffeur when you book your Safari tour. He was very professional and skilled in both desert and on road. He’ll keep you both informed and entertained.

My wife and I had a splendid time with our highly professional, skilled driver and guide Gulfam. He picked us up on time and explained everything to us at each step of the way. On the sand dunes, his driving was exceptionally enjoyable, exhilarating and a total rush. If you want to do some drifting on the sand dunes, then you should contact Safari Dubai and inquire if Gulfam is available to take you to the Desert Safari Dubai you.

Would NOT recommend. Below average experience. Paid for one package but was given another without reason or warning. Paid for the overnight stay but were given the 10 minute quad bike ride instead. The short camel ride is literally just going around a car and stopping. Weren’t given sandboards, without reason again. 2 bellydancers were supposed to show up who didn’t either. Tanura show was roughly 10 mins. The fire show was really good. VIP service means food will be brought to your table which any healthy human can do on their own. They did pick up and drop us home and it seems that was why we were charged extra.

The place is too crowded, there are peoples from other travel agents also. Food is not good. Eventhough should try desert safari. It is a kind of must do in Dubai.

Dont book anything with this company we booked a private full day tour of abu dhabi to find everything is closed.On the website it mentions tourist access for everything but in reality its photos from the outside, apart from the mosque where it is open for visitors to enter.I can understand its due to corona but the company failed to mention that everything is closed when asked about the details of the trip.They were quick to book and take our money though.The driver was excellent and respectful given the circumstances.The manager was extremely rude to the point where it spoiled my whole experience, when i contacted the manager on the phone he had the cheek to say its a half day booking when on the website it states 12 hours.When i mentioned il be contacting the police he raised his voice and hung the phone up. Unprofessional, immature and down right rude.So in conclusion i paid for a drive to a covid test centre, sheikh zayed grand masjid, a date souk, pictures outside buildings, a stroll around the mall then back home to the hotel in Dubai.I will be contacting the relavant authorities about the nature of this business and the profesionalism of its manager.Furthermore if you wish to book a tour of Abu Dhabi use a professional rental company and use Google maps as your tour guide, it actually works out cheaper and is stress free.Ive been to the UAE four times now and this experience has really disappointed me to the point where Im not coming back.If I could rate it -5 I would trust me.

Thinking myself to be quite the savvy shopper, I stumbled across this website offering desert safaris for less than half the cost of elsewhere, for what seemed to be the same tour. My fellow travellers how wrong I was. I can safely say the best activity was making fun of how awful the trip was with some South Africans! ‘Desert’, try ‘littered abandoned oil field just off the highway’. ‘Camel rides included’, more like ‘sit on an angry camel in a tiny pen, or pay for an actual ride’. ‘Unlimited soft drinks’, not until after 7... go back at 7 and it’s ‘not until 7.15’. The whole experience leaves you feeling short changed. Even the dancers stop halfway through a song, when they cut the music and usher the next act onto the stage! It’s so bad it’s actually funny...The entire trip (and low price) are just an opportunity to sell you extras, and if you politely decline the extras, you’ll be met with open, almost aggressive rudeness by the staff, who genuinely seem to enjoy being hostile to guests. Our driver, to his credit, was very skilled, kind, polite, and hardworking.Save your money and go out for a nice dinner... or spend a little more with a real company.

You will not be picked up from your stop until 2 hours later.they email and text you back and forth to show their customer service but please dont waste your time with them.Pay a little more and go with a more professional company who actually respects customers time and dont lie to them.By the time they will take you to the camp its already darkish and no chance of you taking any pictures during sun light.animals are so weak It shows their cruelty. Their activities are timed very short as compare to whats mentioned on their website.

Bad experience

When you are in Dubai, Desert Safari is the one of the best entertainment and adventure. Its must have experience when you go to Dubai. There are not just safaris available in four wheel drives but there are camel rides, small buggies to drive for children. Ride was superb but very short which was not expected. Camel ride was just for name. You get on the camel and instantly they bring you down after few steps. Dancers were good too. Driver and the Car was good for sure.After I reached there, I got to know, I was charged an high amount as compared to others in the same safari. Food was not as per standards. There was long queue for food and cold drinks. It felt like a mass gathering making it bit inconvenient.Overall experience was average.

This is the place for fun. So many types of desert bikes. Sand all over and so many different people enjoying it. This was a fantastic experience. A must go for anyone, not just biking lovers.Some of the bikes are faulty though. There are people to help and assist in such cases.

Contacted this company via email, and had a few emails back and forth of conversation. Confirmed a pick up date and time for the tour, was even provided the drivers name and number. Waited in my hotel lobby the day of, and no one showed up, waited an hour and a half, just to be safe. I emailed the company asking for what happened, and got ghosted. I tried to msg the driver on whats app, as I was advised and the number did not exist.Would not recommend at all.

I have used their service, Driver was very professional .Ride was astounding .I read some reviews by others were unhappy, my suggestion is they charge very economical price compared to the big players, so they provide basic service at the minimum price everything else is an addon, which is good if we choose and pick, I opted for additional 20 minutes dune bashing for which i paid extra, it was worth it which was great. Camel riding and quad biking amazing time spend , it was a great experienceFamily place but little crowded😊😊

Husaain is very professional dune driver

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. The entire experience was a joke. its all about a money grab we paid for a premium package and it didnt include anything different from the basic package. The car we got picked up in was extremely old and rickety and the driver didnt speak to us at all. Please stay away from this company. Most of the 5 star reviews are bogus and I felt so sorry for the animals you could tell they were under so much stress. I dont even think I saw one Arab on the tour. Like another person reviewed its not an authentic Arab experience. Save yourself the disappointment.

You get what you pay for.For the money the dune car ride, the show and food is really ok. Also the 4 by 4 Landcruiser pick up was in a nice car and a good driver.But: Forget the camel ride. It’s done in a small circle and takes about one minute. These poor animals therefore have to lay down and stand up again like every two minutes. And they hate it. This is absolutely awful! And always two people are put on top.The same shame are the two horses. One is in such bad condition, I don’t understand how some stupid tourists can’t see that and still want to sit on them.The ATV ride is in a fenced in almost flat field and the sandboarding I haven’t seen at all.Of course constantly someone tries to sell you some extras.

I would not recommend using this company to book this experience.A few things happened;-During the dune bashing our drivers tyre popped so we had to all get out for 10 mins for him to fix it. We therefore only had about 5 mins in total dune bashing.-There were no working sand boards as both had no straps for the feet and were therefore unusable.-My husbands quad bike broke so had to get off only after a few times around-The que to the camel was very long and was only 2 times around in a circle. This is not how it was sold on your website.No compensation was offered considering we paid 119AED per person. We were very let down by this tour. I even contacted to company direct and I had no reply! It’s a shame as other people who booked with other companies had such different experiences and I feel like we lost out.Please don’t use this company to book. Thanks

The experience is beautiful and the camp is wonderful and clean and the staff are respectful and polite and the shows are very interesting and the food is very nice.

Desert Safari

KEEP AWAY AT ALL COSTS....this is a scam , the driver assigned to us for the Abudhabi trip was completely and utterly unprofessional. He did not guide us through the various sites one of which being the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Center is massive and one can get lost making your way from the mosque through the mall to the basement parking only to find a driver who asks why are you are late...At ferrari world, the driver gave orders that we should be at the parking lot at 6pm only for him to come back at 7:42 pm from God knows where and has the knack of daring us to report him...it was a waste of 450AED and a waste of my time.

Best family place to visit in evening. Superb dune bashing ride by professionals. Enjoyed a lot.

A MUST DO in Dubai. If you have not done jeep safari, you may have missed the greatest experience in Dubai. And yes, it is very different from safaris done in Egypt or Tunisia

Worst experience ever. I also fell in trap of cheap price. I tried to show my parents dessert safari but the whole trip was so bad with unprofessional people of this company around you all the time . there so called 4 by 4 cars are so old that your mood get spoiled when you enter the car only and the attitude and arrogance of driver is so much that i cannot explain. they picked me up at around 3.45 pm. there car broke down on the way and they arranged other car after one hour. me and my family were sweating on the road like a fool. they took me to there safari zone at around 6 pm half of my money got wasted on the road only.. there we were left by them as we r on treasure hunting and we have to find everything our self. we found a place to sit there and show started which was still ok but the food was really horrible. food was not even edible. so i was feeling that i should cry. please dont book with these unprofessional people. its better to go to dubai mall and watch a movie atleast u will not spoil your mood. very unprofessional company.

Summary: this is a major tourist trap, spent your money on a nice dinner insteadLets start with the positive things:Friendly people, well organized, the dune bashing in the car is fun.But this doesnt outweigh all the negative:- very bad food, doesnt seem hygienic, long queues, small portions, flies everywhere- once you reach the camp they constantly try to hustle you in to buying extra stuff: once you step out of the car they try to put you on with traditional headwear and only tell you to pay after they put it on you, VIP seating, picture with falcon, etc etc is all extra- entertainment is not good or entertaining- theres 1000+ people, not cozy looks like mass event- they say camel ride and henna is included but they constantly try to get more money out of you so youre afraid to even try or ask something- dirty restrooms

Very very disappointing and worst experience.The driver of old Hiace didnt tell any thing from Lulu pick up point until he dropped us in desert area. We feel like abondoned. He was keen in collecting money and also didnt leave 2 years old child from the other family.we were almost pushed into the SUV and nothing was told about any safety measures (like to fasten the seat belt ..) and he also didnt utter any single word. After 4minutes of dune bashing he dropped us near camp site and left. Again theres no one to guide us further. I dont want to explain further. After the live show we found that old Hiace parked at a distance and we were told to go there in the dark night. We used the mobile light and carry my disabled daughter in my arms and reached there. by Gods grace I was saved from falling by dashing the pipes and iron rods on the way. When I asked the driver he remained silent and keen in leaving the place . at last never the least he dropped us in the road in front of Lulu, he didnt take us inside where he picked us, He has no courtesy and has no consideration about my daughter who has walking disability. I never see such unkind person in Dubai.When I say thank you, he yelled at me and told me to make complaint. Really this experience I dont want to remember any more. Very unprofessional and inhuman way of dealing.

The prices on the website are wrong. They communicate on WhatsApp. The pickup location was not clear, and meant crossing 2 dangerous roads from where they said it would be (to get to a petrol station). You get what you pay for, not much. The dune bashing is fun but very short. Then you have 2 hours before a very mediocre buffet is served. In this time you can spend more money on quad biking, camel rides.

Dont even think of booking with this tour you will be disappointed

The quality is worst.You will get a total of 3 min of driving in the sand dunes and then You will see a camp with few unhealthy looking camels and horses. We didnt also set out hopes up with the food and it turned out as expected.Better find some other tour company and pay a little bit more. I think they are just contracting bus drivers to do the tours for them and take some commission.Make sure you do not join a bus group since it will be a big problem and most probably you will not enjoy the experience.The dinner is awful, bad quality, no taste.We dont recommend this tour at all. Complete waste of time.

Worth it, 6 hours with a lot to do, dont miss it

I booked two tours with this company ( Dubai City Tour and Dubai evening safari) and we had exceptional service. Our driver Yaso proved to be a perfect guide, giving us concrete information, but also an experienced driver on dunes in the desert. All the services were offered exactly as it says on the website with maximum professionalism.Negative comments are based on a lack of documentation prior to booking, because any questions you can clarify on whatsapp and the price-quality ratio is unbeatable. I looked for other companies offers and as a concrete fact the offer is the same ( camps and services in the desert are the same regardless of the company and the cars are the same) but the prices are incomparably much higher...Thank you Yaso and Dubai Evening Safari ... you made our holidays more beautiful and also many thanks for sharing with us the beauties and mysteries of Dubai.We will definitely come back!!!

This was by far The worst experience in Dubai. The camp was overcrowded and it was impossible to attend any attractions, We waited around 60minuttes for The camel-ride alone. The food/BBQ was a total disaster where The plates were not clean and oil residuals and spots on them. When it comes to The entertainment, it was not Arabic cultural at all, there were Indian dancing and other indian shows that does not reflect Arabic culture. They claim free shisha and softdrinks, yet we had to pay for the shisha which did not include plastic/disposable tip and were reused without being cleaned. Will never recommend anyone to visit this safari camp.

It is a thrilling experience. To watch The drivers control over the vehicle. There various activities during the trip to enjoy like quadra bike riding, etc. Quadra bike drive xtra chargeable at around 150Dirham for single person and 250Dirham for double. Nice BBQ where one enjoys camel ride, henna, belly dance, fire show. Not to be missed on Dubai tour.
