The staff at the Dubai Mall was very nice and we liked to hop on/off. However, the A/C was not functioning properly and the recorded information was not that useful.

This is a must in any new city you visit. Out only issue is the price. Very expensive for a one day. They would be so much busier if they reduced the price so more could afford it. Due to the pandemic there are only 7 to 8 routes and overly priced at USD89 per person. Also if you get off a stop the next bus will come in 2 hrs.

A must to see different locations when in cities that they are located. Used in Paris and now Dubai. Will possible use in Rome on my next trip.

Had a lovely 2 hour round trip seeing the main dubai landmarks. The guide Cecilia was funny and engaging... Lost on some of the tourists though. Very good for the price and if youre short on time there

Very helpful staff - had much assistance from Glenda and Dubai Mall given we only had less than 1 full day and were in Dubai fir the first time. The Night tour was the highlight - if very short for time - make this a priority. Ghow Cruise refreshments insanely expensive. All up good value for a quick overview of an amazing city.

This is absolutely fantastic way to see Dubai.Caution : you cannot cover all the places in 1 day because of bus schedules and distances. So if you are buying a day pass and hoping to run through the locations, it’s not possible.So make sure you have couple of days of stay in Dubai for sightseeing with Big Bus.Also, ask the ticket guy for on-board WiFi password. WiFi is good and does the job.They also provide free drinking water.The primary terminals are Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mall. You will get connections from here to other buses. Plan your travel carefully so as not to rush through the locations.

Big Bus offers you everything you need to know in a big city. We visited Dubai last week and we were struggling to plan, as visiting all key attraction with keeping the budget in check was a challenge. A couple in M&S suggested to use this service and I have to say it did wonders for us. Right from hassle free roaming around the city, we got to visit all main attractions such as Burj Al Arab, The Atlantis, Dubai Frame etc. We did buy Deluxe Package, which offers amazing value for money, so if you are in Dubai for more than couple of days do buy this pass, as it offers better value. We got lots of activities included such as Desert Sunset Adventure. All the staff at Big Bus was very helpful. Highly recommended.

I have used Big Bus tours in other countries as I love to travel, so I was excited to purchase a ticket in Dubai. After buying the wrong ticket, the lady at the kiosk told me to follow instructions online for a refund. The email reply said I would hear back in 7 days. It has taken me 2 months to get a refund.

My family and I went to Dubai recently. We stayed at a hotel that upgraded us. When we moved rooms our bus ticket got misplaced but we were told by one of the big bus drivers that it would be okay as we had the receipt on our phone. Well that was not the case!! The big bus tours wanted to charge us all over again either though we had the proof that we had purchased the tickets on our phone. We spoke to the Manager who would not give us any replacement tickets. We paid a total of over 300.00 pounds and we used the bus twice even though we had a five day pass. My Sister and I was then charged to go into the lost chambers even though we had already paid for it. Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend!!

The worst bus tour company - ever. They are a fraud. They shoved us from one bus to another, without allowing us the time to do what we wanted to do at one of the stops. The attendant kept insisting that we needed to get on the next bus. It was a waste of our $150+. We ended up taking a taxi to see the sights we wanted to see. In retrospect, if we had taken a taxi from each place to the next, we probably would have come out ahead.

We enjoyed it. Its fun to hop on and hop off and to go and see the places.

Brilliant. The delux ticket comes with so many perks. Plan to take your time and allot an enture day to each route to ensure you can enjoy all the stops.

It is good but you will enjoy more by taking metro if you are interested in exploring real Dubai.

Well where do I start. I’ll start with terrible.Lady at the desk in the car park said bus in 15/20 mins max and we wanted to include the Dubai Marina boat trip.So 15 mins came then 20 then 2 buses from the site seeing bus came they seem to be better eventually after waiting 50 minutes the bus arrived. The earphones don’t fit kids ears.After arriving at the marina we was given some directions for the boat trip to which when we got there and asked where it was it was gone and the next one in an hour .We waited and guess what we was told to pay another 500 uae as the women we booked with didn’t add the boat....So we then walked back and waited 30 mins on the dial carriage way with a 3yr and 4 yr old and no bus arrived so we had to get a taxi.I find it hard that they advertise best on trip advisor.Avoid the big bus Dubai like the plague.

I’ve used BigBus in multiple countries with a positive experience. In Dubai, I purchased the wrong ticket and was instructed by the woman at the kiosk there to request a Refund online. It has taken over a month to even get a response to my email. I definitely would not recommend using BigBus in Dubai and will think twice before using it in other countries from now.

Thank you Big Bus . We were booked on the Deluxe Tour package for 5 days. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Cecilia aka Angelina Jolie was a great tour guide ..5 🌟 rating for her.Our only issue was the Sharjah tour . Which was a complete washout . We just wasted 3-4 hours in the bus in the heat . There was no live or recorded commentary. So we ended up staring at beautiful buildings having no clue what their history or importance was . Being a Cricket lover wanted to have a look at the stadium.. I dont know if we drove past it .The only stop was at the Sharjah Gold Souk.I have given a 4 🌟 rating only for this issue. Else we had a wonderful experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH BIG BUS.Another pointer ...Big Bus Tours could have included the Miracle Garden + Butterfly Garden + Dubai Frame as part of their tour . We went ot these places on our own .

Worst experience with Big Bus. They will agree for everything till you purchase the pass. Once money is paid then no one cares. Gave past dated (2 months old) ticketa for motion gate. When called customer care, they simple said they cant do anything and why you didnt checked earlier and why you didnt used the ticket earlier. As per my purchase date, tickets were still valid. I really regret choosing big bus. Its waste of money and time.

It was super helpful to visit Dubai. You can see everything and they drive long distances. Live guide sometimes on board (the best is Antony) and if you buy the 3 pass trip you get a lot of extra entrances and visit the city at night and the amazing desert. I guess if you have more days buy the 5 days pass. They also give you water all the time. The only thing is that Ive lost the desert trip 2 days because I had wrong advices about the arrival times and conections between buses. The rest was great

Its good for sightseeing, the multiday passes are recommended, however if you plan to spend most of your time at theme parks then not much use.

We’re not driving to the big bus tour in the first city! Used it in Tbilisi, Budapest and now in Dubai. This is just great !!! Dubai has three lines of traffic that allow you to see the whole city, including the island of Palma! My family and I took a deluxe ticket for 5 days. In addition to the opportunity to travel around the city, we included 2 hour boat cruises along the canal in the Marina area and along the Creek channel in the Jumeirah region. There were also trips to the neighboring emirate of Sharjah, for sunset in the desert, a night city tour, a walking tour of the Bkrj Khalifa fountain, as well as a visit to the aquarium at Atlantis Hotel! And all this diversity and magnificence for $ 80 per person! Considering the not very convenient and expensive metro, the expensive Big Bus Dubai taxi is just a godsend !!! I recommend to everyone!

Big Bus is of course part of the program when visiting Dubai. Exciting routes are offered and you can see a lot of the city and the incredibly tall buildings. Possibilities to change to other tours including free water on board.

We purchased the 5-day deluxe ticket online at a cost of approximately € 75.00 per person, taking advantage of the 25% discount. We pernottavamo to Rove Hotel in Downtown, and one of the stops is 10 minutes, close to the Dubai Mall.The Bigbus has three routes (green line -Beach tour, red and blue Marina City tour Tour) that runs through virtually all of Dubai.Because you have a 7 day holiday with five days of BigBus, we have used a lot.With this card we have benefited from free access to the following:- entrance to the Lost Chamers Aquarium- Dubai night tour lasting over 2 hours- Dubai Lagoon excursion to see the flamingos- Dubai Museum entrance- excursion city of Sharja- Marina Cruise cruiseThere were others, but we werent able to do them.I recommend it to those who, like me, staying close to the Dubai Mall, because despite efficient metro, can be reached with a long walking.The staff of the BigBus is numerous, it is found at every stop and is friendly.

Best way to see the city

Really convenient for exploring the various attractions of the city. With more interesting if you take the 5-day ticket (boat tour, visit to the desert ...). Some trips are long, on the highway because the city is very large.

Rather disappointing how activity!We did it at the end of the stay to complement what had not been done. And also to use our last pass.We made the red circuit, where explanations in French are really less. Moreover the end of the tour is really boring (many people fell asleep on the bus).We tried the cruise offered in the pack and it was just as disappointing. We were 1h on the water but did not see anything extraordinary.We did not try the other two courses because too long waiting for trips.

The staff is friendly and helpful - the tour very interesting. The only drawback - you will not find every stop (no signs)

The stops are well chosen. But the audio guide only tells about what is the biggest & most expensive without further information about this place. In addition, it makes too much advertising to other places.

Had expected more for the money.Almost every bus had broken audioguides.Price / performance ratio is not right.

The 5-day ticket was worth the sightseeing. (Almost) all the sights in Dubai were included in the three lines.The only one, which is not included, is the Miracle Garden (beautiful flower park).Otherwise good service and suitable answers to the questions.Friendly staff and helpful.Of course you will be asked, if you want to have a ticket, but it was not as intrusive as some wrote (also from the other provider)Some stops are not recognizable at first glance, as there is no stall. For this the appropriate app should be used. All breakpoints are noted in the app and it is also clearly visible when the next bus arrives. If you want to visit the aquarium in the Dubai Mall (better than Lost Chambers, is included in the Big Bus Ticket, but not worth it), buy the ticket from Big Bus and get at the ticket counter from the aquarium for 35 AED p. P. the ticket total for 140, instead of 175 AED.Five days of Dubai are enough and then the ticket to Big Bus and you are so well taken care of.

If you want to see everything, the best and cheapest option for Dubai is in any case you have to have about 7 days to see everything. You can easily find stops with bigbusapp. The tourist you need prepaid SIM card for the Internet is available from Etisalat for 100AED. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Leifguids have recently been available in English. The cheapest option is to book online, the best option is to book the deluxe option as all boat trips, excursions and tickets are included. Simply inform on arrival at which station what and when will start and then get started. One important thing is that the bus leaves until 6pm at the latest, after which you have to either use the metro or taxi to get back to the hotel.
