Ive bought tickets from clear trip on 27 of March from India to Dubai, the flights had been canceled from airlines for the refund its saying Ill get it in 60 days that is also not sure how much Ill get. Not acceptable at all. Please if you can refund me in full payment within two weeks as a standard time Ill appreciate it.Im very disappointed from your services.

I didnt recieved the refund since 1 year, as per airline the refund has been done to clear trip. But they didnt refund me. Every time i call them they lie. Can any body suggest how to move legally against this in UAE.

Same thing again and again its not refund yet from airlines when I have a notification from airlines itself that its already been refunded and every time I call same thing we will notify you in 2 to 3 days but every time i am the one who is giving them a call and today new story its not been approved from finance department only when I said them I visited to airlines and I have e a notification really if only there was a negative star I would rate it as -5 very customer service and no update and now for sure they will tell me to provide my id number how many times and how long they gonna refund no idea and when I asked them to give me their address and most hilarious answer I got was we are not allowed to disclose our address... so can anyone update me when i can get my refund worst experience with clear trip and its management.

After 7 months battle, finally received the full refund from Emirates. As per the airline they have processed refunds on time. To receive fund from Cleartrip was big task. We can understand the current situation, but it will be nice if Cleartrip also put some values to their customers too..

Very horrible service More than one year still waiting the ticket refund. Always getting response that following up with airline. I know oman airline refund policy is that full ticket amount will be refunded after the one year date of ticket issuance. Still the response from your side is pathetic and not professional. Havent refunded my ticket; they kept pointing fingers at the airlines while saying itll take time to refund; on the other hand, when checking with the airlines-this agent DID NOT cancel the ticket deliberately. There were no refund restrictions from the airlines; this agent kept on lying.

This has to be the worst ever experience with an online booking service! I have a discount using my credit card and while checking out the total was correct but then cleartrip charged me for the full amount without applying the discount. In addition to this the CS team keeps ping ponging me to each other and act like they dont know anything about my complaint! I have been trying to get my refunds for a year now! but to NO AVAIL. you cannot call them, only trough e-mails and good luck if they will answer. I have sent multiple follow up but no one asnwers.they will only take your money and if you run to problems, your all on your own.

This is what happened I have booking through b British airline directly and booking through Cleartrip for British airline with the same destination but different dates but both was on April between two tickets.The difference between Cleartrip and Booking directly from the airline or other agents is due to Pandemic COVID19 cancelled flights.The Airline flights and other agents Refund your money.Cleartrip doesn’t refund your money it is unreliable website very poor customer service as they don’t even respond to your emails.

I was charged twice for the ticket and have had numerous issues with this company. Absolutely appalling services and horrible after sales. Even if I find the lowest rate on cleartrip, I stay away from booking with them because of their horrendous customer service. In case of a flight cancellation or faulty transaction, they will take you for a ride and make you a fool. Very unprofessional.DO NOT RECOMMEND.

UAE number never works and Indian number gets switched off often.I havent seen a single company who tries to avoid customers, they are not even giving an option to reach them unless that pathetic email they send. Please try to talk to customers, dont try to hide once you have taken the money from them. Sent multiple emails requesting for a call back to discuss on my open tickets and none bothers to reply, Just that pathetic auto response email. In this era if you keep this approach towards your customer your business will be doomed. Please change you customer success approach (please change the team if you have one).

The airlines cancelled our flight twice after rebooking the cleartrip promised as that we will getbthe full refund. Now they’re insisting that we will only get the initial payment because airline won’t pay for rebooking. This is totally disappointing cleartrip!! Extremely disappointed in their customer service. The worst customer experience I have had. When I email them to rebook my open ticket, I receive a response to call on a number and that it cannot be entertained on emails. When i call them on that number (after the usual very long wait for the customer rep to pick up), the customer rep says the number i dialed is actually for Amazon Flight Services and that she will forward me to the Cleartriip rebooking department. After around 6 to 8 mins wait time, someone picks up but before he collects all details their call drops. I try to call Cleartrip again on their helpline and it blocks me saying all ticket rebookings have to be done through their portal, but on the portal it says email or call and it cannot be done on their website. I tried calling again through the same route - calling Amazon Flight Services again and requesting them to patch me with Cleartrip and patching me to Cleartrip rebooking department, after TWENTY FOUR mins of wait they drop the call without anyone answering.This is not my first bad experience with them, but losing patience and had to come online to share my HORRIBLE experience.Response to the owners response:My Trip ID: 20010339710. I want to rebook my open tickets and I dont have any number (that works or actually connects) or an email to share details with so they process my request. Under flight ZCVKIA Dubai Pune return flight cancelled by AirIndia Express.At the first instance itself Cleartrip wanted to deduct all possible charges and refund us 15pc of trip amount paid. After following up various authorities. We are so disappointed and fed up with this endless follow up. Suffering making this booking with Cleartrip.Spoke to Rohit now. I just want to know when the flight has made me the refund of 395 dhs then what for Cleartrip is trying to make reductions in this amount and cut some amounts when Cleartrip has no role to play in this entire matter. We have resolved this issue of flight cancellation refund entirely with Air SEWA, Air India and aviation grievance department then who is Cleartrip to make these deductions for absolutely no role to play.Previously a spice jet flight had been cancelled in similar way by airline and the entire amount has been refunded to me. That time Cleartrip clearly communicated that they will refund the entire amount sent by airline.

Hi Cleartrip team I purchased sixes flight tickets with Trip ID 200203760154 (PNR ref: B9739M) a flight of Spice Jet airline going to Dubai from Mangalore on 27-03-2020 but my flight from DXB-IXE was cancelled by the airline due to travel restricts of covid 19.I have been trying to call the ClearTrip customer service number for several month now (from March to June 2020 and it says it’s out of service and to direct my inquiry to the website ,Ive tried the website and getting same message as below.I send several emal to airline along with cleartrip customer support ,I received a response from airline that my amount was reversed back to cleartrip . I requested a refund in March and the 60 day estimated refund as passed with no refund to any of my accounts

Due to Cancellation of flight by INDIGO airlines,(Trivandrum to Dubai on 26 march flight), I was forced to cancel my booking made thro Cleartrip as I got mail directly from Airlines. Upon Cancellation, INDIGO send reply mail showing full amount of AED 910 as the refund amount, which they said will be credited to Clear trip account. After that on completing cancellation process in cleartrip site, I received mail from them stating that refund amount of AED 304 only will be credited to my Credit card in five to seven days time. Clear trip has already charged 58 dhs convenience charges and 50 dhs for credit card. So Why do they deduct dhs 714, again for a cancellation which was not made on my wish, but becoz flight was cancelled. Their call centre never picks up any calls in Dubai. This is highly unacceptable and I will complain to the economic department and to Concerned airlines to stop business of such dubious operators. Horribile experience in a time when everybody lends a helping hand to support each other!
