Very Nice Experience and Budget Airlines. Need to buy food inside flight
Office is closed down permanently but still visible on google maps.
Their customer service is very poor. I called the customer service 3 times for cancellation of my ticket and each time they were telling me different things.1.1st they said, they can cancel and give me a credit shell.And I asked them to do so, but nothing happened.2. I called again and they said, they cannot cancel it because the time limit for cancelation has finished.So they can only change the date of the flight.3. And then i called again to see if I can change both the tickets to another date.They told me the possibility of canceling the ticket was never there and whoever told me they can cancel the ticket was wrong.And all they can do is change it to another date and they can do that only for my return ticket.Its true that they offer cheap flights, but when it comes to customer service they are quite bad.
Rubbish airline
Terrible service, i book flynas very often through Flynas mobile app and very often there will be error while booking. sometimes booking confirmation will show but it doesnt book, sometimes it will show error after payment they will deduct the payment and no ticket will come. what ever the problem is when you try to reach them they NEVER ANSWER THE CALL. This happened to me so many times. i wonder what kind of customer service is this ?? Pathetic
Extremely bad service and airline... no one answers the phone ... extremely disappointing. . if I can give zero stars I would have done it.

The service of Flynas is really bad. You pay for the food, they dont serve you the food. You try to call the customer service on 2 different phone numbers to change the booking, and a automatic answering machine talks to you for 5 minutes without giving you any option to change your booking. I mean, this is basic stuff. If you cant fix this, I dont see how this company revenue will fly

I have visited their cause booking from App was not working. You can find paid parking nearby and office personal is supporting and coordinates in friendly way.
