It was an Amazing trip arranged by House of tours to Tbilisi,Georgia.Once we landed at the airport the chauffeur was waiting and helped in exchanging currencies and avail a local sim then right after he took us to the hotel immediately.. He also in touch with me each day while in Dubai to make sure everything was going well. Had a trip to Armenia last week ( JULY 21-24 ) , and it was a great experience for us and counter part of house of tours company were amazing , staffs were so good .... I prefer to travel with them again.If you are SOLO or with Family doesnt matter , they are very trustworthy team ,no need to panic about anything , it’s safe to travel with this teamOne suggestion:1)only one day ,condition of the bus was quite disappointing but although we managed. Hats off to this agency who does nothing in getting our visas done.Once you make the complete payment neither they are responsive nor give answers to your queries.There is not even a single person responsible to solve your queries.When they tell you that they will get back to you in 10 mins and after you contacting them in 2 hours they have lot of excuses to say.After agreeing to them and done with the payment and if you are stuck in midway they just roll up their sleeves and lay back so as to get the things done by our own even after contacting them many times.If we have to do the procedures of getting visas by ourself then there is no point in opting this agency. They are not at all professional.Its just a money making agency by just doing nothing after we make the complete payment.Its better not to go with this agency if anyone is looking out for getting their visas done as this agency dont value your money as well as your time.

Not recommended. Very very bad service. Not even a star. They just want the payment to their account then after that nothing. Approached them to apply a Schengen visa. They are not updated with the recent developments on visas or rules/procedures.1. On my case, payment done on the same day without delay. For two weeks no proper information from them even after continuous follow ups.2. For three weeks their update was no slots for appointments at VFS. Which I trusted them. Finally I had to book the appointment on my own at VFS then sent them letter for next process. Which I paid twice for the appointment. No refunds made. The point is, I was able to get so many slots online for different Schengen countries which they couldnt.3. When they were saying no slots in Dubai, I have requested them to check for slots in AUH. They said it is not possible as Dubai residents cant handover applications in AUH. But it was wrong and misleading information as my other colleague handed over his visa application at VFS Abu Dhabi. They dont know the visa procedures.4. Webster from Marketing team was ok at least he was responding me nicely but Chandini from customer/operations team was horrible and rude. Dont know to greet or reply a customer as they paid us for the service. Her reply would be Will check and update you tomorrow. Her tomorrow will never come.Finally I couldnt apply for visa on time and wasted AED750 for nothing.

I had a very bad experience with them actually,They offer me an trip for EUROP, called a pieace of EUROP,PAID 100% in advance for visa, ticket, hotels, insurances etc etc,multiple times mistakes in visa form and at the time of appointment itself i have to redo it myself,they provided me a wrong cover letter with wrong contents, resulting my visa rejection,after all this they hold all the 100% payments with zero refund, i was mad, 25k SAR was stolenafter a number of follow ups they offer me a credit note which was half of the above amount,conclusion is always try out yourself better options.Thank YouIrfan

The worst tour agency. They messed up our visa and trip. Once you make them full payment, they wont pick your calls. If you want to make your vacation a nightmare, want to be stranded at airport in a foreign country because of your travel agents mistakes, take their service. Nobody does it better than these people.

-----Worst experience ever-----I was getting repetitive calls once I started the enquiry until I made the full payment, however, post payment the only way to communicate them is through either WhatsApp messages or a landline number both of which will be answered in couple of hours. The sales person who allocated to me didnt have a mobile number and hence wasnt able to call them directly.

Very Bad Experience during recent Georgia Tour. Did not gave us proper rooms in hotel as committed due to which senior member in our family fell ill. Also complete mismanagement during entire tour. Further they are not ready to accept their mistake. Will not recommend to anyone

The House of Tours is not at all a professional tours provider.. they will get you in a situation, ruin your holidays and wash their hands of by saying its not their fault....When I book a vacation with you and pay you the asked amount any thing going wrong is you fault houseoftours... the convenient way out that these people take is its not in our hands and you are left is a soup to deal with the situation on your own.....A BIG NO TO THIS COMPANY AVOID.. Note the names of the Sales Consultant (Mr. Sahal VA), his supervisor/ colleague (Mr. Midhul), CEO (Mr. Akif Aziz) and Board Members (Mr. Binoy John, Mr. Hameed Kunnath, & Mr. Dinto Akkara) so that you can avoid the services that these incompetent people are involved with in the region, since this is a culture driven from the top...THANK YOU HOUSEOFTOURS FOR SPOILING OUR VACATION...

Worst company ever , no customer supportAt first they missed to update on the Visa status for a freaking 3 days trip to Armenia and then too the Citizenship that came was wrong for one of our group members, this was missed to be noticed by Houseoftours team and when we highlighted there was no support from House of Tours Team and they said its not their mistake rather it is embassy mistakeWe were stuck at Armenia Airport due to Visa issues and House of tours was not even picking up calls and didnt help in filing the visa again we had to file the visa ourselves again while being detained at Armenia airportTheir team dont have active mobile no to contact to once you pay the full amount they stop replyingDont waste your money with House of tours they will only give you mental & financial trauma

I was contacted by HOT representative and she was immensely helpful and apologetic regarding my initial UK Visa refusal. She listened to my concerns and convinced me to apply again which I was very reluctant about initially but she handed over my case to a senior and more experienced consultant (Jibin), who addressed all the concerns ECO had highlighted and re-submitted my application. I received my passport today and I have been granted the UK visit visa.Previous Post:I am writing this post 2 days after receiving my UK visit visa rejection letter. I did not want my emotions to get in the way, thats why I gave it 2 days to come in terms with the rejection.They are very polite and nice people but unfortunately lack the knowledge and expertise to prepare an acceptable visa profile for you. I might be mistaken in expecting these guys to be thorough professionals and visa consultants but in my defense this is what I have told them from the word go and they have assured me that they know the UK visa process inside out. They have very competitive prices but advice rendered is almost useless. So you can do the maths.

They just copy paste the details and give to other trip organizers. Better you should avoid them as they dont deal with the issues so why to give them profit if they are inefficient to solve issue themselves. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Very well organized trip to Georgia. Mr Alex, the agent, very helpful. I have only one suggestion. The trip into the mountains (quite high altitude) should not be organized immediately the next day after coming to Tbilisi. Some people need more time for the aclimatization in order to avoid suffering the symptoms of a high mountain illness. The hotel nice with excellet localization in the centre of Tbilisi.

Sathish helped a lot to explain the options clearly and arrange everything including meet and greet, visas, tickets, vehicle with driver, travel insurance etc.The itenary was good for a holiday, we covered everything at a leisurely pace.Overall, their services are highly recommended and bang for the buck, in my opinion.

I am frequent traveler and decided to try them unfortunately it was worst experience of my life to deal with them. consultant who was dealing with me dont have immigration knowledge did not provide me experience advise even I completed myself paper work. they submit to me papers with lots or error after too many follow ups I got my papers . I am sorry to say after getting consultancy fee they forgot and i follow up for the documents. i would highly recommend not to waste time with thir service. this is purely my personel experience I went through.
