Omg what a serene place is this... we went here for meteor shower and then new year eve for barbecue... great part is we got to experience some wild giselle 🦌 deer on our way back... it was the highlight of that evening... a great, quiet family place.Remember to recycle your thrash as the authorities are taking a lot of steps to keep the desert clean and its our responsibility to help them in this mission.If you reach before sunset you will get to experience a lot of exotic birds and a beautiful love lake. Very loose sand. Amazing place for dune bashing. We need good powerful 4x4 car to climb all the dunes. If our car is less powered, we can drive through down tracks.The place is vey near to alqudra lakes and easily accessible.If you do deflate tyre, keep a compressor with you. For filling after. The air pump in the nearby gas station is out of order.

Great place for a weekend! near Dubai about 40min drive from the beach. Well indicated on the D63, you can find a petrol station before going off road, where you can get supplies and there is also a food truck station.The road is well done and maintain you can drive in any car from a camry to a 4x4, basically any kind of car. Its good for people that want to explore the UAE desert or try out a camping experience. Another option is a bbq in the afternoon or just a walk around.

Beautiful place for dune bashing. Plan your trip and make sure you tag along a friend. Dont go in without planning. There are many organised trips available in weekend. Nice big dunes if you fancy it. Its not Red sand like in northern side of Emirates, but you will enjoy it

Always the best get away place if you live in Dubai. Camping in the dunes are highly recommended. Kindly dont leave any rubbish.

We went to Al Qudra desert by the road, and it was an absolute disaster. We had kids and there were all these inconsiderate people with their 4 wheelers and quad bikes going around us. It was dangerous, noisy and extremely stressful. We re lucky we didn t lose a kid! Have to find a new spot!

It is very funny that among the roads and country life with houses and houses there is a part of a real desert with its powerful thirst for life, flowers, traces of small unknown animals and chestnuts along the camel roads. This is only a part of a large and vast, unknown land, the first step to which you make with fear, you go unaccompanied, like in water, when you just start learning to swim, then the fear disappears and you start looking with curiosity for traces of another life. Take your time, forget about jeeps and civilization, try to go through the dunes to some distant tree with a small circle of shadows, remember that once there was no one here and feel the universe.
