Best desert safari tour i ever had

I’m writing because I’m highly displeased with the service myself, and my husband received today. We originally booked a tour with a 700cc quad bike and upon arrival we seen it was a 450cc. We were told the 700cc bike wasn’t available and was given a 900cc buggy. Before pulling off , the instructor informed us that If the bike light came on indicating it was running hot to beep the horn so he could stop. 30 minutes into touring the bike ran hot , we came to an abrupt stop. We were stuck in the middle of the desert. 110 degree weather with no water . Also an tour guide whom couldn’t speak english. almost 1 hour into being stopped in the middle of the desert panicking , overheating sun burns and near passing out ! it took the same amount of time for instructors to find us. Surprisingly my phone had service and I was able to reach out via what’s-app to the number provided when booking. They asked” where are you” as if the middle of the desert had signs to indicate where I was located !! We were dehydrated, scared and upset. Once instructors found our location , we immediately told them we were ready to go. Though we still had 90 minutes left on tour with added camel rides for two. we were to exhausted and distraught to continue. I reached out to personnel whom I booked the tour through to inform them of our incident and to resolve this issue! ultimately we would like our Money back. The message was viewed and I never received a response. This was very displeasing and unacceptable!

The ride was superb, we had Raj as our driver, and the experience was awesome. Arabian adventures is an amazing trip for all the family and I would definitely recommend it. (If you get Raj then you are in for a good time). Also the camel ride, camp and sand boarding were amazing fun.Just a side note:I recently read a 1 star review and I would like to say that pretty much everything in it is untrue, from the claim that it is not in the desert, to the allegation that it is a slow driving experience. When in reality, it is in the middle of a desert in a nature reserve 1hr from dubai and it is an exhilarating off-road experience.

Dubai desert unforgettable experience.Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque amazing tour.At the Top Burj Khalifa looks beautiful especially at night. The view from the top is amzing...Louvre Abu Dhabi Museum. Many fine exhibits. A world class museum.

Better than I expected! Thought was going to be one of those typical excursions that wife always drags me to. Dune bashing was quite cool and exciting. Driver excellent and was giving good information constantly. Photo stops along the was nice and you get to climb among the dunes. The desert camp was a bit artificial but you get to ride the camels and try different things. Dinner was bbq buffe and went quite well. No big queus and enough food. Saw people going for seconds but I was stuffed. Paid about 250 UAD for the evening trip per person, so money well spent in my opinion. Heard from other trip guides that Arabian Adventures is one of the better ones.

The trip was amazing, we highly recommend Anoop. Very professional, nice, knowledgeable and gave us the best tips for photos and activities.Best guide we had so far!

Booked my parents on a desert safari. And they loved it. Food was great, driver was very hospitable, great camp and the over experience was awesome for them.

We did the Sundowners Safari and enjoyed every minute of it. Our driver was great. The food was delicious. The entertainment perfect. Overall a lovely way to spend our last evening in Dubai

Arabian adventures is a tourism company based in Dubai that is part of the Emirates group.I booked the one day Abu Dhabi city tour + Ferrari World ticket from Dubai.The price was of 495 AED and the service was excellent.They pick up your from tour hotel in dubai around 8 30 am and then drive to Abu Dhabi.The guide was very friendly and professional she knew about all the history and remarkable information of the city and monuments.The tour included round transportation from dubai and take you you the sheik sayed mosque, a panoramic tour of Abu Dhabi visiting the corniche and Emirates palace and then you go to the Ferrari world.It is a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended this tour with arabian adventures.

Used Arabian adventure to go to Dubai desert.We chose the private deseet tour option and it was amazing. Our guide Faisal was very nice and shared his knowledge about Dubai and the desert. We had the chance to see the animals and the nature, followed by a camel ride to finally get to see the sunset and have a private romantic dinner under a migic tent in the middle of the desert (food were top quality) . At the end a nice bonfire to see the stars. I defently recommend them. Ask for Faisal for a better experience especially if you are doing this activity as a couple. Youll be amazed !!!

Great.. Spending unforgettable time with Arabian Adventure

What an awesome experience all round. Melvin our driver went above and beyond and was exceptional. He showed the utmost professionalism with his safety and service. His driving skills on the desert ensured we had the most fun in the safest manner. After the dinner at the camp, we had forgotten an item and he took time out the next day to and deliver it to personally deliver it tome. It is in these times that you know your in good good hands with a good company. Melvin made a lasting impression on us that should not go unnoticed.

Assuming this is the right listing, we did a Sundowner Safari and Dinner.This was one of the highlights of Dubai. Atiff was brilliant and very informative.The adventure starts with an hour drive out into the Desert Conservation Area, followed by an hour and a half journey through the desert with 2 stops - one for day photos and the other to watch the sunset.You then drive for another 20 minutes or so to the Bedouin camp where you can ride camels, try sand boarding, smoke Shisha and have a 3 course bedouin meal. There is then a belly dancing show followed by a lights out to look at the starts before heading back to your hotel at around 8pm.Would recommend this to anyone visiting Dubai.

Extremely overrated. We had a very bad experience with desert safari. I would never recommend it for this price. You can get way better service in Dubai for a cheaper price. The whole experience is very rushed, no time to enjoy the desert. And the customer service is also pathetic. I will never book any tour with them again.

Professional, safe, fun

Our Private Starlight Desert Safari was so amazing I dont even know where to start. We booked online prior to our trip via the website. We were a family of two adults and two children 8 and 12. Our Sarafi Host/Driver, Shan Jaan arrived early to Atlantis to pick us up in the 4x4 Land Cruiser. During our ride to the desert, gave us a detailed run down of the history of Dubai and the many landmarks we passed. Upon arriving at the Desert Reserve, he checked in with the staff, let some air out the tires and we were on our way. The Dune Bashing was a simply amazing experience and our host knew exactly was he was doing. We were very thrilled but never felt unsafe. After the Dune Bashing, our driver took us to a reserve area and showed us some of the animals and plant life that reside there. Next we headed to an area where a gentleman with two camels was waiting for us to arrive. We enjoyed riding the camels to our private Starlight Camp sight. He offered to take as many pictures as we liked of the camels and amazing sunset. As we arrived to the camp we were greeted by a waiter who had Champagne and a wide variety of other drinks waiting for us. The tent setup with a table for 4 was surrounded by large tiki torch style fires which was awesome. Over to the side a large campfire was waiting for us along with two large sitting pillows to rest on. Our meal was prepared over to the side on a gas grill from scratch by our Host. This was simply awesome and surpassed every expectation We were served a wide variety of sides as well as grilled Lamb Chops, Chicken and Giant Prawns.Overall the Private Starlight Dinner Safari by Arabain Adventures was the highlight of our Christmas vacation to Dubai. The impeccable service offered by our Host and Waiter were nothing short of amazing. They made sure our every need was taken care of and definitely kept our glasses full of champagne! When we return to Dubai we will definitely do the private safari again. I doubt our experience would have been so unique if we were with a group of other people. The private aspect really set this apart and it was amazing.Awesome, awesome job Arabian Adventures and Shan Jaan. His excellent customer service and awesome attitude are very beneficial to Arabian Adventures. We would request him again next time!!! Thank you for making our Christmas vacation extra special!!!

The guide who joined group no. 1 from Splendour of the Seas (Royal Caribbean) on the 25th of February was great! Unfortunately I dont remember his name but he offered us a lot of useful and interesting information about Muscat. His English was perfect and all the details requested by the tourists were given with a great sense of humor! We really enjoyed our experience!

The Camel trek was a blast. It’s a low-key adventure in the desert to a man-made oasis, and the guides did a great job keeping it fun. My driver was also fantastic and one of the best parts of the experience.

Great experience, very professional

We embarked on the morning trek adventure which included 4-wheel driving through the dunes, sandboarding and camel rides. Breakfast was also included. Found this experience to be really fun and unique and rhoroughly enjoyed it! Our guide/driver was friendly and helpful but if you are expecting a comprehensive tour with local knowledge and history you will not get this besides the very basic facts and figures.

Arabian Adventures gave us one of the worst experience ever. Using them second time for booking excursions, this time they proved how unorganised and unprofessional they are.The tourist guide Chobby made me feel really stressed and had been raising his voice to me at front of everybody each time i was trying to say something.Do not book any excursions with them unless you want a lot of hassle and meeting mean people!

We had booked the evening desert tour over the Internet and were very satisfied! For the price you get an awful lot! It has to be clear to you that you are not alone on a tour like this, but with many others, but there is enough space for unforgettable photos and beautiful moments! The program in the camp is so big that we would have liked to have had half an hour more to do even more activities! Highly recommended!

Very nice experience in 4x4 through the dunes. We notice quite quickly that it is a very big factory in the sense that you will see end up among 60 other vehicles, LCD screen to buy your photos at the traditional camp. But overall its a very good experience. The little ride to the camel is pleasant and allows to please the children.Our guide unfortunately was not very friendly (the guides spend a lot of time talking to each other). Some guides seemed more fun taking pictures of groups, etc ...

The Nature Walk tour (to be found on the website under Morning Desert Safaris in Dubai) is highly recommended for everyone who is interested in desert animals and plants and can do without tourist Bedouin shows and dune bashing. With the very competent and entertaining driver Latif we were able to drive far into the area of ​​the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve and see, among other things, oryx antelopes and gazelles up close. Well-maintained, comfortable vehicles.

We booked the sunset dune safari with dinner as a family with children (7 and 10) online.Everything was as described, very well organized and above expectations.Highly recommended for families with children as you get something from everything and it is not too strenuous for the children.For children under 135cm tall, be sure to ask for a child seat as the drive through the dunes is very fun but also shaky. The best thing to do is to write a WhatsApp to Arabian Adventures on the morning of the excursion, you can find the number on the homepage.Last but not least, the tip that you wait for the driver in the lobby and not like us in front of the hotel.Almost missed us but luckily our driver thought about it and looked for us.
