Terrible service. I had to keep calling their office and writing emails constantly to get my queries answered. On the contrary, they should be the ones who should call once they receive an online request for inquiry. Do not trust the rates that they write on their web page. No due diligence at all. And the attitude problem is even more surprising. For example, I have never told anyone rudely that they have called after office hours and told them to call next day in the given time!!!! Why provide mobile number in the email contacts when one doesnt want to answer calls? The agent keeps writing that he will call and then claims that he has called multiple times but I wasnt available. Whereas I repeatedly calling assuming I need the thing done soon, but to no effect. Totally disgusted by their behavior. 0 star, sadly thats not in the options. I dont know why people open office when they dont have the work ethics to get the job done.

Terrible service, and they took easy way out just to get our applications through. Mine and my husband’s visas got rejected based on unreliable documentation of travel stay - and this office completely refused to take responsibility for their lack of providing full support on our applications, instead they said “no problem you pay again and we can apply again”. No ownership of the issue, and they con their customers out of reliable documentation. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY.

I (R. Muhammad) From UAE Had A Terrible Experienced one of the worst services with EXCITE TOURISM LLC, please refer to following details and statement1. I wanted to Extend one of my cousins visa that is Mr. Qasim Sohail and at thesame time one of my friend referred me Excite Tourism For Extension on 30th ofAugust 20192. On 28th august i contacted one of their sales person and collected all the needfuldocuments required for extension3.on 29th August 2019 they gave me a clearance & asked me to pay for Starting theprocess4. On 30th Being Friday the payment was not done and on 31st of August by Mycard and Receipt is attached, they collected from me AED 850 (ExtensionCharges) + AED 21 (CC Bank Charges) from travel desk in a reputed 4* hotelin Dubai5. On 1st of September when i contacted them for the status of extension i was toldthat it is not possible, u will have to approach the same sponsor company, as this is the rule of UAE Immigration Department, I was surprised when i heard this statement from team EXCITE TOURISM LLC, as they are so unprofessional being into Visa services they dont even know the rules of Immigration Department so UNPROFESSIONAL.6. Being a professional and polite i requested them to refund my money and i would process it with the same sponsor but due to wrong information from EXCITE TOURISM LLC, i had to send my brother back to home country on deadline and pay a air fare of AED 1600 which i lost it bcoz of EXCITE TOURISM UNPROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND KNOWLEDGE.7. from 1st September they were just stating that there is no funds in company, which means that the transaction of my money they UTILIZED it in some other expenses, again i was shocked that the company is claiming so much of experience professionalism which i m sure is fake bcoz if any company doesnt has AED 850 Petty cash its SHAME.8. They were just promising my person for payment but they never did till the time my Sponsor interfered in the matter and asked them to pay.9. They asked me to PAY AED 850 FOR EXTENSION + AED 21 FOR BANK CHARGES BUT WHILE REFUNDING THEY DEDUCTED AED 50 SAYING BANK CHARGES.10. THEY SAID WHILE WITHDRAWING FROM THE ATM THE BANK CHARGES ARE 50 AED WHICH IS UTTER STUPID STATEMENT, BUT I CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THIS STATEMENT CAME BCOZ THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND IN EXPERIENCED COMPANY WHO EARN MORE BY THIS MANNER AED 30 TO SURVIVE.11. HUMBLE AND PROFESSIONAL REQUEST NEVER EVER APPROACH THIS COMPANY AS DUBAI IS TOURISM AND ALL TOURISTS WILL COME AND ANY ONE GOING TO THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE WOULD WASTE YOUR MONEY AND PRECIOUS VACATION.12. THEY USE YOUR MONEY THEY DONT PROVIDE YOU SERVICE THEY MISGUIDE YOU WITH THE INFORMATION WHICH MEANS THEY ARE INEXPERIENCED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I RCVD MY REFUND ON 4TH OF SEPTEMBER WASTED 4 PRECIOUS DAY AS THEY PROMISED ME COME DAILY AND WE WILL GIVE YOU BUT THEY DIDNT.13. THE SO CALLED MANAGEMENT NEVER SPEAKS TO THE CUSTOMER THEY NEVER EVEN ASK YOU FOR WATER ALSO THEY SIMPLY STATE DO WHAT YOU WANT....... AND THE LADY MANAGER SITTING INSIDE A CABIN IS NOT EVEN BOTHERED IF THERE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED OR NO SHE IS ONLY CONCERNED IN THE MONEY.......MY RECOMMENDATION NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO HAVE GREAT TOUR IN DUBAI.

Really one of the worst travel agent. All are unprofessional are sitting there, As i got 4 times my Europe visa refused bcz of these unprofessional guys, As i had very strong supportive documents & travel history too.. will not recommend anyone to waist your mony with them..

Hi,I have recently used Excite Tours services to get a VISA to Dubai, after doing the same a week before with the official agency from Emirates, VFS Global. The difference is absurd and i cannot recommend enough using Excite services.1. Clear and simple . The prices and quotes are immediate2. Immediate online support thru email / whats app / contact3. Uploaded the documents on the chat ...4. In minutes my VISA was paid and my documents were confirmed and uploaded, and i had all register on emails received from them.5. In 1 day , visa was on my email and whats appCLEAN AND SIMPLE, EFFORTLESS. My regards to Rashi for the excellent service.For reference, and comparing to Emirates official agencie ...A. VFS does not have a phone line or chat support. It takes 24h for them to response.B. VFS charges +/- $300 of a deposit , wich we believed was a official UAE requirement and its clear, thru Excite visa, that it was not , but a scheme from the agency. When you are a family, that represents more the $1.000 hold on your card that VFS spins on they side.C. It was a pain to send the documents to VFS, refusing documents converted by they one platform, ignoring other documents and others. Rashi was immediate on the chat ... flawless.After the effortless experience with Rashi | Excite , immediate online chat, upload documents, no deposit, we cannot recommend enough and we now feel that the service provided by the official Emirates agency is a scheme ... GREAT WORK RASHI
