I am a tourist stranded in Dubai and they offered us a group fare and gave us an assurance that regardless if travel ban is lifted or not, we will still be able to travel because they have governments approval. June 8, we purchased a ticket amounting AED4,920. Our supposed schedule of flight is June 12 or 13 but we werent able to go home and they just keep on moving the travel dates. Until July 01, we got home here in PH via DFA flight. I filed for a refund on the same day (July 01, 2021) and they just keep on saying they are processing it, our agent did not even initiate to give us an update. August 09, they sent me a message saying they are done processing my refund and is now scheduled for transfer on August 16, 2021.I waited the whole day yesterday (August 16, 2021) but did not receive the refund. Nothing. Even a single a cent. I even called my bank branch to confirm, and they told me that there is no remittance coming to my account. Btw, I am waiting for 3840AED refund, or around PHP52,000. Thats a huge amount of money. Please bring back my money, I need it. You are already taking 20% of it so that should be enough for you, wag nyo naman na lahatin. Ang laking pera nyan. And sana magreply kayo sa emails ko.I feel so sad that we were taken for granted because we are so frustrated to get home. At this time that all people are vulnerable, losing job, needing money I hope they will address this concern. And if they wont I hope a respective office in UAE government will work on this agency. I know there are hundreds of us who paid this group fare ticket. Ill make sure no one will experience this anymore.

I’m so disappointed with their service I booked a ticket with them as they offered a group fare and pay for it immediately as the agent keep asking without issuing their terms and conditions, but as the airline canceled the flights and i cannot fly anymore for any dates possible for rebooking which not sure if Philippines will lift a ban on 15th or after, i requested a refund and they’re taking time just to approve it and if i didn’t complain from authority they will not even able to do it, plus they are charging taxes and service fees which they’re mentioning only when they receive the payment and mentioned it in invoice so client doesn’t have any choice, the agent are not helpful at all ( Ms. Senelyn) you know how i deal with you☺️ and the management refused to cooperate as well, this is so unfair specially this pandemic that everyone is affected and 20% of the ticket cost is still a quite amount! (Ticket is expensive too 4800ed)I called the airline to check how much they are refunding but as per airline the group ticket that the agency issued are voided! And they never collected any payment?? How shocking and they are charging clients for cancellation which is not my fault that there’s no flight at all??? I can’t believe how this agency taking advantage to people despite this situation really??You’re not helping people at all specially your own fellowship. Me as a tourist I’m always dealing with other agency and never faced this kind of issue! I feel nothing but regret choosing this agency!

They have good marketing strategies, but very poor service. Bearing Pinoy in their name entices our Kabayans, but please beware.Airline cancellation announcement was made 7days before the flight but they claim that they checked night before the flight that it is still confirmed. We didnt bother to check the Airline itself as we TRUSTED the agency and they didnt tell us anything. We only knew that the flight was cancelled on the day itself, when our passenger was already at the airport expecting to fly. CAN YOU IMAGINE? booking for another ticket the same day MNL-DXB as delaying it would cost us more (hotel, PCR, etc expenses)As mentioned by the other comments theyre liars and a big scam. They rip you off with their UAE Visa costs, better stick with the big names for tourism agencies. And again they rip you off with the refund/cancellation by taking 20%. What a waste of resources.Never again and would never recommend to others.

Do not book local (Philippine) carrier flights with them.I have filed for a refund for a CebuPac ticket I have booked through their agency and it still has not come. Whenever I ask for status updates on the refund, I get the same dry and non-informative response that it is still on process or we are still waiting for them to get back to us - How can you send digital promotion flyers of the same carrier and still not know the status of the refund from last year? And they will charge you 20% SERVICE FEE for processing your refund - which still has not come. It has been more than a year of going back and forth with them, they will literally give you no knowledgeable response and blame everything on whats happening regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. It seems like they are taking advantage of the pandemic.They will tell you to send them an email, but you will not get any RESPONSE.The situation around the world is already bad enough, I hope di na dumagdag duon sa bad yung company niyo.Let Travel Do The Good To You.Its bad manners to keep your vacation waiting!Thats whats lacking. common courtesy, and good manners.Very very poor customer service.
