Phoenix Tour cheated us. Dont fall for their cheap price offer!!!!They took money from us for overnight dessert camp and next day breakfast. We were told we will be given tents by 9pm after the shows, but we waited outside in the cold dessert till 12 Midnight and nothing was given. Around 1:30 am ,we finally had to call the police to tell phoenix tour company to send vehicle for us to be dropped of at home as they were not answering our phone calls. We paid AED 1100 for five people but we received services only for AED 550. Not a single person from the company was there at the camp to assist the guests after drop off.Pathetic and disgusting service!

Service: Desert excursion all included (quad bike, camel ride, dinner, show) If I could give 0 stars I would!!! AVOID at all costs. Where do I start? The driver was late picking us up, dont believe what is included. Its the minimum. The camel ride is a 1 minute walk around in a circle and they always try to sell you extras without you knowing it and then they come to collect the money while you are eating and watching the show. The show lasted 1 hour maximum and then they rush you to eat and literally kick you out. We waited one hour for our van to come get us from the desert even though we were all kicked out at the same time. Everyone waited and it was very unprofessional. The food was served in all plastic trays, needless to say it was very BASIC. You get what you pay for! Yes this one is cheap but also the tour itself is CHEAP! I would only recommend if you are on a very tight budget. If not pay more in order to get a REAL DESERT EXPERIENCE.

The worst service we had. We booked for a VIP package and was serviced as one of the unimportant being in the planet.Package offered and agreed was different from the actual.No assistance from any of the representative. It is a VIP package with a DIY service!!!!Food? Im sorry but the worst! Food shortage is real!Other services prices varies. The promised for a quad bike with the prices of Single (AED 90) and Double (AED 120). Actual Price is Single (AED 100) Double (AED 250).The camp? Oh my...Unlimited drinks? Dont ask me...We are group of 9 with the VIP package of AED 115. And was ask to pay AED 1,500????? No Way!A total Scam????????After payment, they are not issuing receipts!Please spare your time, effort and money of this worthless services!!!You will not enjoy, I assure you that! Instead, you will have a stressful time with them!Our group is filing a formal complaint at DTCM now so no one will ever experience what we had.You are ruining the Tourism Industry of Dubai!

Dont go on this tour.Dune drive will be 10 minBaggy drive is only in some small circle.Camel ride is not free how they said.Program and food is horrible.Driver is unhelpfull.Conclusion: take some other agency

Very bad. When you book they will promise 30 minuets drive but They will provide you 5 minuets desert drive and dump you in a very bad camp. Such a The worst experience we faced. They says camel ride is free, but you have to wait 1 hour in queue to get camel ride. They are giving the worst quality food.

Very nice experience in the desert. The kids loved the dune safari and so did we!Quite basic meal but we do not regret anything, the moment spent on the spot is unforgettable.Driver on time and friendly!
