Hi everyoneI am really wondering how this company is working I am quite sure there are no supervisors in this company to manage the business.I applied for a visit visa for my family since 9/1 and as per the company website the normal visa is taking 5 working days till today I did not receive any feedback telling me that the immigration are very slow by issuing the visas. I am sure that is not correct as I did it before with another agency and they was really reliable everything was perfect and I received the visa before deadline plus the communication was awesome they are calling you and follow up with you. But this agency are really horrible you have to call them many times answering in a rude way asking you to call them in 2 hours again and still they do not have any feedback.If there is a management team I would like to contact me and give me a feedback on my visasToday is the 19/1/2017First I would like to thank you for your reply.I have to admit that the way of answering me on the phone improved but still I did not get any feedback on my visas 10 days passed without any feedback only after 5 days and after I wrote my first feedback on the website i got a call that some documents are missing although it is not my fault as I provided them with all requested topics I said I will wait some more days I was promised to get a feedback by thursday or Sunday max I did not revive any feedback today which is Thursday lets see Sunday. I would never refer anyone to choose Desert Dream Tourism for HAJJ/UMRAH. Its all DREAM only if you will travel with this agency. Only sweet talks and no concrete productivity. The Mo-Allim Mr. Mohammad Asif in Saudi was of no use to me. He neither picked my call nor he replied to my messages. The Hotel in Mecca was around 3-4 KM from Haram Sharif. I was told only 1200m at the time of booking. Also, the co-ordinator in the office never replied back on time. I paid 4100 AED for flight package. Those who paid 1500 AED for bus package got a room before me in Medina, even though I came earlier than them. Mr. Asif told me to learn Arabic and then come to Mecca the next time. PATHETIC... I would tell all of you dont fall into the trap of this DUBAI UMRAH agency. There are many more good agencies in Dubai,Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi for HAJJ/UMRAH.
