I have been trying to get a hold of Emirates holidays team for over 2 weeks via phone and email. No ones seems to respond. I do understand that it’s a busy season.I am customer who simply wants to modify/extend his holiday and the only way to do that is through Emirates holidays but they are unreachable.

Absolutely disgusting. They are the worse to ever book your holiday with. I had to delay my trip for one day and they blamed all other “middle” agents to ever process any refund as I know they got the refund and pocket the money. First time and last time I’ll ever work with them, nor ever recommend them. They use the name Emirates but they are a separate entity. Do not waste your money with them. They rip you off.

Extremely disappointed with the services, They have no accountability over anything. I booked by ticket to Phuket through emirates holidays. For me to apply for entry permit, a QR code is required from the hotel. Even after multiple reminders, there has been no response to my query from emirates holidays. I checked with the hotel directly and I was told, we have not received the payment from the agent which is emirates holidays. Its been over 4 days I have been following up with emirates holidays to make the payment so that I can apply for the permit. I am extremely disappointed. Hotel suggested to cancel the booking and book directly with them which is not possible and I cant get my refund from emirates holiday. I might end up not traveling as i dont have enough time to get the entry permit anymore. This is the most unprofessional travel agency i have dealt with where there is no accountability what so ever. Please make your own bookings rather than spoiling your holiday like I did.

I bought a Package with Emirates Holidays ( Airline tickets + Airport transfer + Hotel ) .. Tickets were not issued on time at all , I had to call 24h before flight to remind them to issue the tickets, their customer service line was busy all day, very hard to reach them. Airport transfer was poor, had to wait 15 min for the car, welcoming was very poor too, there was nothing special in the car even a bottle of water was not there !! The big surprise was the hotel , once we arrived to the hotel, the receptionist told us that we dont have a reservation !! they didnt receive any request from Emirates holidays !! They dont even know them , as EH are dealing with third parties companies. We had to wait for one hour at least until we could reach one of their customer service agents.. The hotel was awful, the included breakfast was not worth at all, old spoiled smelly food. New morning, We had to change the hotel. we simply checked out and left 3 more paid nights without use. We reserved another hotel and paid from our pocket and enjoyed the rest of our trip.it is been already 2 months since we came back, and we are still trying to get back something from them, the problem that EH dont admit their faults and keep saying it was the hotel mistake as their system was broken.. This is a very silly reason , as we have witnessed the reservation time while we were there at the hotel. We have printed the reservation request sent to the hotel and showed to EH. Shame on such a big company as Emirates Holidays.It was a lesson to learn, NEVER EVER feel lazy to book your tickets and your hotel , it is even CHAEPER to do by yourself.I have travelled to more than 50 countries , and I have never booked my trip through an agency. And when I wanted to try one of them , unfortunately I picked up the wrong one.EMIRATES Holidays, JUST remember I bought a service from you, ONLY service, and unfortunately I didnt receive any kind of service expect stress, tension and non-comfort.

45 Min waiting for an agent to answer my call so I can clarify something simple about Seychelles package, but no answer.This is totally against Call center quality and standards and Im sure that your service level was below ZERO, additional to that my wife called earlier to ask for the same and the agent asked her to give the credit card details including CVV !!!As per Dubai police and all UAE banks advices their customer not to share pin codes or Cvv and was requested by Emirates holidays agent.Weve been dealing with Emirates for more than 15 years now, for the 1st time we experience this situation, therefore please dont reply with copy paste same sentence available on all other comments. Try to solve customers critical issues that related to your quality standards.

Super unprofessional service and not up to the standards!!! Very poor customer service, not accessible at all, minimum waiting time over the phone is 40 mins and very minimal added value once reached. In a nutshell, better to book your flights through Emirates online directly and your Hotel stays with Booking.com because it will be easier and more flexible for you to make changes as minor as they can be and avoid wasting your time, energy and money on such a company who call themselves a travel agency.Very disappointed for such an experience coming from a group as reputable as Emirates...

Booked Emirates holidays with my son to Srilanka was very good inclusive deal service was smooth, there was security incedint at Srilanka close to where i stay, to me surprise Emirates Holidays called me there before I even know about it from the news, made sure we are ok, confirmed that our departure flight is on schedule but they will send our pick up car from the hotel 2 hours earlier because there will be check points ! Well done !

It was our first time to use Emirates Holidays but will not be the last. Rashida is an amazing agent and advisor; she was very patient and helpful. We have spent with her almost 2 hrs and despite of that she was totally engaged with us and helping us to explore every option that met our expectations and budget. We left with our perfect holiday package and have really enjoyed our trip.

Sent two emails while on the holiday, one to complain about the hotel and one to move flights forward and not a single response on either. Also when you book online you are not given any contact details or a personal advisor who you can liaise with. Once they have your money just like Emirates airlines these days, they don’t care!

It was our first time using Emirates Holidays (Jumeirah Town center branch) and it will be the last !I booked a honeymoon trip to Seychelles and almost all the information I was given by the personnel working at Emirates Holidays branch in Jumeirah Town Center branch was incorrect. Even-though I spent almost 3 hours in the branch so that I confirm from the personnel and their line superiors the information they were telling me, still was incorrect and unfortunately I discovered that when I have already reached Seychelles.Nothing was explained to me by Emirates Holidays personnel regarding all the requirements needed for travel after I have booked the trip (ex, PCR test validity, ICA/GDRFA approval process and so on) which I have realized later that I need confirmation on, so I tried contacting Emirates Holidays by phone but there was no answer! So, I had to drive all the way to their branch to get a clear idea on the information they should have told me to begin-with. To my surprise, the personnel I talked to, did not have clear ida themselves!! And they seemed not sure about the information they were giving me and kept calling someone by phone to ask for the right information. I mean something as simple as that should be the basic information they know very well. This was really unprofessional and made me question the level of skills those personnel have.I was told by Emirates Holidays personnel that due to COVID we wouldn’t be able to leave the resort I booked in Seychelles (which we were ok with), however all the activities inside the hotel can be performed and there will no restrictions to any activities inside the resort. When we reached the resort we were told by the hotel staff that we are category 2 as we were flying from UAE and all activities are restricted for us! which came to me as a huge disappointment because I made sure to confirm this point with Emirates Holidays personnel who confirmed the opposite as I have explained earlier. We were even placed in a different sections of the restaurants in the resort reserved for category 2 countries only. When I checked with the resort management, they assured me that they circulate this information to all travel agencies they deal with so that there is no surprises or confusion for the guests when they arrive to the resort.I could go on for other small details here and there that made me question Emirates Holidays personnel level of knowledge about what should be their job, but I’ll stop here. I don’t know if they were trying to make a sale and intentionally not telling me the correct information or they really don’t know the correct information themselves, either way it was a disappointment dealing with them and it is a mistake that I will not repeat again.

Me, wife and small daughter just booked a full holiday to the Maldives during these covid times with Emirates Holidays... Honestly we are like everyone... its hard to jump on to an airplane these days but the professionalism, organisational, and pure structured way they have organized holidays even in these days was amazing... No questions unanswered... Clear instructions on how and what to do in regards to Covid.... They had even organized the testing for the return trip to Dubai in the Maldives at our hotel... Happy we booked with them... Nice work guys, know it must be hard these days.... And oh yeah... The Maldives was amazing... Great trip

I have recently booked a holiday package using Emirates holiday. The trip included tickets from Dubai to my destination and back to Dubai, hotel (with breakfast) and transportation at my destination (from airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to the airport). The service offered was incredible! The staff that expected us at the airport were on time, and the pickup was on time! The price was amazing since I stayed in a 5 star hotel and the trip was incredible! Very pleased with the service!

Business bay branch is good. Not busy and very helpful. Well, yes it’s expensive, but they know how to sell their product. I’ve been using their services few times in past three years, was always excellent and good. I also tried cheaper options around Dubai, wasn’t good at all, and would definitely go back to Emirates Holidays pay more but enjoy the experience and make my guests in Dubai happy.But they could make the prices lower.

I had the worse experience booking with Emirates holidays, I don’t recommend it at all, you better off booking with ExpediaI booked a honeymoon destination for my nephew and called after couple of hours to upgrade the room with extra cost, one Staff was rude and disrespectful, finally she agrees to put a request with hotel, 10 days later, they got back to me with cost of AED6700 instead what’s on their site of AED 2000, I called back again to follow up and still no answersSince I posted this message 2 months ago , Emirates holiday offered me a deal with additional fees of 2500, I paid the amount and was very grateful then a week after they call back and confirmed they will not able to upgrade the room and they will refund meIt been over 2 months and the refund has not been received, I have been calling and emailing and their response we are still processing the refund and due to covid-19, the refund will take over 3 monthsThis very unprofessional and inconsiderate response, I do not recommend to buy the tickets their website, you better off purchase it from Expedia

After looking at the Emirates website and contacting the Toll free number we planned to visit their Travel Hub office in Beach Center. On arrival I was waiting for one hour as no staff was available to serve. As they all had gone for Friday prayers.My point is if you keep it open then be ready to serve. Or else just put on the website that the staff will be on breaks on certain time frame.This is will save customers time and energy that just gets wasted siting in an empty Emirates Shop. Kindly up your professionalism!!!

Dear Emirates HolidayIm sorry to tell that your booking choosed in Maison Albar Hotel is very bad. I dont  think so this is five stars hotel. One bottle of water for 5 persons in a family room, and one I request to increase the bottle they said you have to pay. My booking was for 5 persons which I paid for you. Unfortunately this is a very worst booking I gave trust for a hotel which always I did it. But now I will change my mind in the future.Thank you for your choosed.

Their website is not as good as the Emirates website. You cant choose multiple cities for a holiday, rather, you have to contact the agent wholl do the search & booking for you. Also, I have to submit my credit card details over the phone which puts the customer at risk of credit card theft.

I contacted them for a quote and availability on a trip I saw advertised on their website. I got their quote 8 DAYS after (and only because I called several times!).
