And then changed my walk to that place.I got the clean & neat place and hard-working staffs in the morning as the first impression.I storolled around the market.And found Korean Mask pack.You can pick up the food and stuffs with use of application

Super clean and well organised. Especially the vegetable section. Bakery products are also excellent.. croissants are excellent.But, chicken club/Mayo sandwich is always out of stock.

I love this supermarket located in the heart of Al Barsha 1. They have all you need and more. Friendly staff is always available to assist and there is ample parking space behind the building. Lets go shopping there!

If shopping list big, better come with your own reusable bags. Their paper bags are flimsy though its good for the environment. Good selection of frozen stuffs, especially ice creams. Nice cheese selection and they have a separate kiosk for coffee beans & nuts too.

Clean place with a wide range of fruits. Almost everything is available from poultry to fish to meat. They have a pork section which is nicely segregated for those interested. Some limited variety on veggies though. They dont use plastic bags which is bang on for the environment, hope other chains follow the same.

Disrespectful ‘cashier’s service’. They literally THROW items in the bag rather than put them gently, they keep talking between them in their native language without giving proper attention to the customer, and last but not least no greetings no thank you or even worst they hand you the receipt without even looking at you (or they just THROW it in the bag since that’s what they do “best”). In fact, this happened to me twice at the same store and with 2 different cashiers (one man and one lady). Sincerely, this time I will definitely think twice before considering grocery shopping in this location.Ps: At first, I thought it’s a training issue, however I quickly noticed that other personnel behave more professionally and provide better customer service!

Very clean and good selection of food varieties. They dont use plastic bags. People who work there arent many . So you might struggle finding one to get you price tag for fruits and veggies.Selection of confectionery is very less.

Between 12pm and 2pm its 50% off (update: recently this offer has not been available all the time); and you can enjoy grilled salmon and vegetables, lasagne, Thai green curry, salads - and they even have (more sustainable) paper boxes to give you a clear conscience.The service is a bit slow, sometimes, but always super-feuendly. And if your wholesome meal is only AED 10, how could you possibly complain?

I would rate this place 5/5. Customer friendly supermarket with helping staff whos there for help all the time. You can buy every household essential from grandiose at reasonable prices. The fruits, vegetables, bakery items, meat, chicken are all fresh. There is sufficient parking lots on both sides of Grandiose. Overall its a great place for residents of Al Barsha 1. The most important thing is they use paper bags to stay environment friendly.

I would say the best supper store in the area, offering a good range of quality products. Best of all the staff is extremely helpful and friendly always ready to give their best service, which makes in store and deliver in service experience a breeze. I like how they are also doing their part for the environment by saying no to plastic bags. Post COVID I see they are making an extra effort to keep the place safe and clean for their customers.

Its more variety and organise and spacious than other Grandiose i went and huge parki g at the back

Love this supermarket more than any other supermarket in dubai. Its very clean and the vegetables and fruits are really fresh. Its not very crowded so you can do your shopping quickly.

Nice supermarket to visit, good choice, happy to have non-muslim goods. And we really love to know that Grandiose cares for environment with only paper bags available for grocery. However, there are still quite many plastic containers used (especially for bakery and meat). Please continue sustainable development, it really matters.

It is a high end supermarket with high price of products and many items missing, you cannot get your all grocery items shopping here as you can in other big supermarkets. The place is neat and clean with helpful and pleasant staff and good variety of products but definitely not a one stop place after shopping here you have to go to another place for other daily items.

I like this shop. It has a lot of European products and is very hygienic (under the new circumstances this is of vital importance). Staff are polite and professional. They do home delivery as well - instashop and via their own WhatsApp. They are part of a big French supermarket chain. The prices are reasonable for the high quality. They have also catering service so you can pick some quick meal from their hot/cold section.

Became worse. Due to increased number of orders processing speed and delivery time became much worse than 3 month back. If you have more orders - means more profit! Hire more people!!

Good supermarket, mainly quality goods is available

Variety of foods and groceries to choose from and the prices are affordable. There is even a cafe inside that serves continental breakfast at a great price, plus a juicing machine for your freshly squeezed juice is right there.

I live directly above this new supermarket and I am so disappointed with the quality particularly the fruit and veg. If you buy packets the top layer looks fine but the bottom is rotten. When you try return the items they refuse and insist you replace them with another packet of rotten fruit or veg. I have never shopped there and left with everything I need. The only plus is the lovely girls on the cashier. Although convenient to my home I will now go anywhere but Grandiose.

Such a great shop to have as my local. The food produce is of really good quality and even though it’s not your mega store prices are still very competitive. The selection of goods is wide enough for there to be choice and enough variety to fulfil the essential shopping needs. Their new Refill campaign shows a commitment towards the environment, which is an essential part of today’s commercial strategy. I placed an order today at 4:30 PM, the staff told me to send my order in whats up.placed at 4:31 pm and only by 6 past he told me in whats up on process. After caling at 7 pm, someone sent a whats up at 7:14 pm about the spag sauce choice for me to choose coz the one u ordered is not there, my order is not yet finalized then against what they said that its on process. I spoke to them at almost 8 pm and from there the third person who told me my order will come in 30 mins... whereas I placed the order since 4:30 pm!! unbelievable!!!! next time tell your customer u cant deliver, and not waste our time to wait for you till almost 8 pm and now curfew starts at 8,i cant go out to go to another grocery. You are not the only grocery here in Al Barsha!

I love this shop. But ordering for delivery is a hassle. They take ages to answer calls or whatsapp messages. While shop is empty not even busy. They delivered me few times the wrong items. I guess it’s mostly an issue with the staff doing the delivery and taking the calls and whatsapp messages.

The place has lots of healthy and organic stuffs to choose from! (With Filipino items as well) Its a hassle free supermarket 😊 Not too crowded and not much kids running around, 😅They also have a nice area with chairs and tables where you can hang out for a bit and eat their ready-to-eat foods! They offer hot and cold beverages, snacks, cakes, cookies, pies, viands and rice! It also says there that they have free wifi but me and my friends cant connect to it 😅

Goods are a bit more expensive than other supermarkets

Delivery is terrible. I placed my order, message was seen, so after 30min not hearing from anyone, I Asked for estimated delivery time, again messaged seen. And no response. You should improve your delivery services.

Extremely disappointed!The so-called refill stations are not deceiving. You are NOT allowed to bring your own containers (which is the obvious idea of reducing packaging and waste). Instead you need to buy their PLASTIC bottles and bags to fill the loose items in. How does this even help??? Its exactly the same at the conventional supermarkets!Do not recommend if your aiming for a greener lifestyle. Will not be visiting again!
