FRAUD!Never ever buy from this shop.I returned an item 2 weeks ago, and Im still waiting for the refund.They wont tell.me the reason behind the delay, they even refuse to send me any emails.claiming its in their policy to never send emails to customers.Whenever i call.asking to speak to someone from the refund team they claim they have no direct line and someone will call me back.which never happened of course
