Ive known these guys for more than 2 years now. In these 2 years Ive bought several pieces of sports equipment from them. And so from my experience I can say that they are trustworthy and professional whether it comes to delivery, assembly or after-sales. Their customer service is very good – special thanks to Pragya who is available nearly 24/7.I once bought quite a pricey treadmill from them that had a faulty dashboard as it turned out later. It didnt take them long to get it fixed (free of charge) and while I was waiting they stayed in touch, letting me know about the shipping status of the required spare part. After being fixed, the treadmill has been completely functional with no loss of functionality or anything – they just completely replaced its the dashboard with a new one.

I had the team from Sports Planet come over to dismantle, move and reassemble our treadmill. The service we received was impeccable and super professional. I call a few places before confirming them and they’re rates were competitive and their service quick (next day booking). The technician that we had brought his own tools, wore a mask the whole time and worked as quietly as possible because my daughter was napping in the room! I would definitely book Sports Planet again for a maintenance service for our treadmill when it’s due. Highly rated.

Many thanks to Sports Planet - Sara and the two amazing technicians (Leni and Gunshka) - who reinstalled and serviced my treadmill yesterday. I recently moved to an apartment and so my treadmill was in pieces. I had no response for a week from the company I bought the treadmill from, so I found Sports Planet AE on Google, gave the number a call (in the evening) and the very helpful Sara arranged for the work to be done the next morning. The technicians were extremely professional, clearly knew everything about my Nordic Track 2450, and they were also lovely people. They even came back later in the day to drop off a bottle of lubricating oil: hows that for going the extra mile? I will definitely be using Sports Planet AE for regular services in the future and I can recommend this company to anyone who is looking for excellent, professional but also friendly service.

This company is BIGTIME scammer we pay them 400aed+ for nothing they said that they will check and fix your equipments but nothing FIX at all they even owe us a monitor for one of our skier. and whenever we ask for a service again they decline our calls coz they got your money already. And they will find another business to scam. SO maybe you will be the next victim so be careful.DO NOT DO SERVICE HERE they will get your money! 100%

We purchased from Sports planet a home a global home Multigym with press leg machine and an ab crunch bench with the weight plates. The service was amazing starting from the sales support (Mr, Zaheer answered all our questions with regards to both machines even after his working hours are done) to the technician team who came and installed the machine. The technical team who spent almost 3 5 hrs installing machines worked quietly without a break, were very clean, and wore properly double mask and gloves all the time . I highly recommend sports planet and definitely will buy from them again.

If I would only give negative stars rating I would do that.... One of the worse organization Ive ever encountered with worse customer service. If customers face of the company treat customers in such manner saying look for other company if you cant wait... Then I wonder where the companys future heading to...At least have the courtesy to inform the client about the delay time and how long do they have to wait before passing such comments...

Very happy that we decided to go with this company. After selecting a super solid Smith Machine multi gym, Zaheer had it sent out and his team set it up at our home within 24 hours along with a gym quality padded flooring system to protect the floors and the equipment. When we decided on getting a treadmill as well, he guided me through the available options in my price range and again had it delivered and set up within 24 hours (a bit less actually). The installation team was professional, wore masks the entire time and worked quickly. Zaheer from the sales/support team was quite attentive throughout our messaging back and forth on WhatsApp and made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Not cheap stuff here, high quality equipment that’s built to last with professional service. Couldn’t ask for more.

I’m giving this company 5 stars, not only because their equipment is top professional quality, but because they still managed to have stock and provide next day deliver during the Covid lockdown. I placed my order 8pm one evening and received my Sole F85 treadmill next day by noon and this express delivery service cost me an extra $3.00 for next day delivery. The guys who delivered were efficient and assembled quickly and gave me a demonstration on how to use it. Sarah was helpful to send me WhatsApp links for which machines were available in my budget. This is not the company for people who are looking for cheap machines. This is a company for people seeking professional grade equipment which is built to last.
