Bought a backpack from here 2 months ago and a shoulder strap seem is falling apart after very little use. Its obviously a manufacturing default, but when I took it back into the store today the staff member was not at all interested in helping resolve the issue... I thought the high prices were to match the high quality product and service. Wouldnt buy from here again, terrible staff
