Disappointing customer service from this place. It took them over a week to post my order and theyre slow to respond. Overvalued the bag on the customs form as well so got taxed even more, in total 59% of the value of my purchase 😢If Im ever in Dubai I would go but I would be hesitant to do another online purchase.

Luxury clothes. You feel like a king. They are amazing collection. Its for women (for now), but its amazing. They have shoes, bags, clothes, jewelry. From heroes fmto ysl. Its a great place to shop pre owned luxury pieces.

I love this store since they opened. If you are lucky, you can find amazing things here, it is like a treasure vault....

I was having trouble purchasing a bag through the website (my shipping country is different from billing) and the staff walked me through all of the options to complete the purchase while we chatted on WhatsApp (the store is closed for social distancing orders). They were very patient and lovely to work with. 24 hrs later, I have my new-to-me bag.

Extremely unprofessional!Was contacting them in regards of item selling via email & whats app:email was never aknowledged,whats app reply in a rude format that they will reply via email!There is an other second hand luxury retailers on the market such as Re-Vogue ,Luxury Closet with professional, efficient approach to the client !Garderobe is definitely NO👎

Wouldnt sell my Gina shoes and gave some sob story about it being too delicate for them to handle as it had crystals on.

A lot of choices on second hand : bags, shoes, clothes and accessories.they gave me a seriously well discounted price on my first visit, and the staff is extremly nice, helpfull, and kind !thanks for the great welcomethey have two covered parking outside the villaotherwise they also have the public parkings in front.the first floor is mostly clothes and the ground floor is accessories,bags and you have shoes along the stairs going up.

For too expensive worn bags and shoes you have to stop high prices very disappointed and in addition once I drop a bag a real nightmare I advise you to go to a new store on jumeirah center 1th floor this shop is great they sell only new and original with the best prices several luxury brands their prices a few times cheaper than second hand a real happiness for women looking for the best prices the shop is located on jumeirah center 1st floor

Very expensive for second hand, just for you know a second hand have to be at least minimum 40 % less of the price in the store if not, not make sense buy second hand, i prefer buy in the store where is new and im pretty sure is original, in london the second hand stores are better

Good place to fibd 2nd hand designer items but still expensive. also if you want to sell items they are quite rude. I prefer the customer service of the other places around Dubai.
