When you are unable to confirm the actual condition of the product face to face during the purchase process, it is normal to be worried and doubtful! But at this time, I met some people who understood me and tried their best to help me and answer my doubts. This is my best experience when using The Luxury closet!I would like to publicly thank the two professional staffs, the first one l want to thank is Ishika Jain. She made me feel that I was taken seriously and sincerely responded to many of the ideas and suggestions I made while browsing the product webpages.Unscheduled promotions on the website are certainly a benefit for customers who are still surveying,but when the order has just been completed or even the goods have not been received, I feel betrayed. Hahaha.So,the second one I want to thank is Neeru Dhaka.Thanks for Her efforts for my new promotional discount application!Thank you both for your patient help and answers from the time I placed the order to when I received the product!No matter how good a company is, it is impossible to unconditionally meet all the needs of customers. But even if it is not a face-to-face conversation, the customer can still feel whether the other party is perfunctory or sincere! When a company can understand the needs and problems of customers and take them seriously, even if the results are not satisfactory, I think the customers can understand that the other party has done their best!

I am a regulat customer and bought multiple times from them. However lately i noticed on few of the products from my wishlist prices going up. Is that a common practice? I mean...I have a LV in my wishlist that despite not being sold it went 50$ up once and then another 50$ up so now it’s actually 100$ more expensive than when I added it to my wishlist.I noticed other products going price up and they only send notification when they are further discounted so I find this a bit manipulating as you would think it’s cheaper. In any case, when you have your eyes on something you will realize this, so keep your eyes wide open and TLC, please stop doing that!

I ordered a Rado woman’s watch. It was advertised as “gently used”. The watch is absolutely beautiful and lives up to the description. Customer Service was prompt and delivery was timely also. I highly recommend shopping at the Luxury Closet.

Two stars because I have bought two lovely bags from here, where I received good sales service, but staff got rude and arrogant once I became a regular customer!The company has questionable business practices, increasingly rude staff and sub par communication. I will never purchase in person or meet staff face to face. Company ethics are dodgy: items are available on different platforms, their descriptions are dubious - some in great condition and others shabby but written as ‘gently used’, their sales and percentages and offers are spurious at best.Staff is obliging if you’re purchasing something but if you’re browsing hell no. As a leading luxury reseller, staff needs training on communication and interaction with clients and the company definitely needs to inculcate more honesty into their fine print.They lost a returning customer.

I am giving THE LUXURY CLOSET 5 stars because of their awesome Customer Service team...I have had the best experience ever with an issue that arose with this particular shipment at the point of delivery...UPS kept messaging me the dates of delivery, but was always missing and changing the dates that they were suppose to delivered...I live in the USA, but am currently out of the country...I do most of my shopping on line as we travel intensively...I am new to this your website, and was not aware that needed a signature, nor that courier was going to collect the fees...in any case, I made arrangement w/neighbors and it was not until only by the attention, intervention and constant communications back and forth w/UPS from your customer service associate Ms.Ishika Jain that my item was finally delivered...I had never experience such dilemma in the years I been ordering on line...it was very frustrating and cost me lots of anguish... not only for me but also my neighbors that were trying to help me out... I was absolutely impress w/Ms Ishika interest to resolve this problem at all cost she assured me that it would be delivered and it was...thats why I wanted to nominate her to be the poster person of Customer service... is not every company I have dealt w/that have such a skilled and dedicated persons whom gets the job done...I commend her and also her team for a job well done.I am still out of the country and am now so relieved that at least this was resolve and that my daughter will have her Christmas present! I have not seen the item yet but thrust that it is beautiful and in great condition...I am also an avid Bags and shoes collector so I am very positive about this purchase.I was wondering if there ever will be a way to somehow be able to add an electronic portal to be able to pay electronically any fees and to be able to add a signature to be able to release packages to destinations were it is safe to do so...it would of made it so much easier...for people who are traveling and only have time to order on line with no hassles... I am just used to give my UPS, FedEX driver authorization to sign for any packages that need signature...and they just leave it by my door.Sincerely,RD

Will give 3stars only for their free delivery home service where you can check item before purchasing. However I was suspicious of the item I got. It looked like same bag that I saw in a store since looked like identical wear marks, but price in store was above 17,000aed and the one I ordered was 3 times less, just tag changed, no original dust bag and looked worse as described. Besides online they had 3 different bags, but it looks like same one with different prices added.

After it has been sold they reduced the payout price AGAIN and sold it to me with that lowered price. Unbelievable! Should be shut down!! Dont ever sell any of your goods here. Its been a week that I am trying to even get in touch with Luxury Closet and I have not been able to! Worst customer service ever! I would never want to sell anything to them. There is no transparency on the process or even a fair evaluation for your items. They have a promotion running saying get 100 % of your resale value on ur 1st item! Its a scam..I had the same product listed without the promotion code, and they were giving me more value for that! There are many consignment stores around the world and even some locally like Garderobe which treat you fairly and give you a much better price! You will be appreciated and also get a fair evaluation for your luxury items, its better to keep the item with you than to give it to Luxury Closet. Worst Consignment Experience ever!!!

I can only speak to my experience. They have been professional and very forth coming about items ive purchased. I was able to return a mistake that I had with a purchase hassle free. Who else can you shop through with such high standards for great customer service and quality products. Definitely not eBay. I have read some of the reviews and shocked that some people really hate on them. So far I have read a few reviews that sound like a spoilt child throwing a tantrum. I guess you are always going to get them because when you deal with money there are the people that have made it and those who want it. Workout which one you are.

Poorest service I have ever seen in Dubai. I opened a page in Google to leave a review and I see a lot of bad reviews here, its luck that this saved me from selling my things on this non-professional platform! 1,5 month im tried to put my item and nobody anwer to my to on email,im call all the time they transfer me to other section,promised to call and not call back then finaly confirmed pick up item at 8 of March and I had a WhatsApp message from courier 13 of March,I tried to call to understand its really someone from the company,or just anyone take my number and come take from me item and I can 5 times they promised check and call me back and 2 hours silent 😅 Good luck to this company with this SERVISE 🤣

I really like the Luxury Closet and felt the current star rating they have isnt reflective of all the good experiences many customers have likely had. I have ordered three things there so far and each item has come in beautiful condition, beautifully packaged and stuffed. They every so often have extra discount code deals. I find my items arrive the next day. On my first purchase the discount didnt come off at check out but I spotted it straight away and they sorted it for me so no problem with customer service there. I also like the fact there are always new arrivals uploaded every day. I will continue ordering from them - a happy customer.

EPITOME OF MEDIOCRE. DO NOT SELL WITH THEM! They will lie if it suits them. They claimed to not have received 2 emails from us even if the evidence shows otherwise which is a conundrum because prior to the complaint email, they received emails just fine. Thats an outright indicator of their values (OR LACK THEREOF). Their store policies do not make sense for consumers, it is only for their own interests. Not their sellers, not their buyers. They also masquerade as legit global business but in reality, they are very regional and do not have global standards. Aside from reading the fine print before working with these guys, because they will hide behind this when defending their absolutely lousy and self serving values, on top of lying and manipulating facts, definitely check their competition first. There are so many alternatives out there whether you are in Dubai and especially if you are shopping from the UK, US, and major cities. Their standards are not global, you will be sorely disappointed with service and quality. Company values are definitely mediocre, self serving mentality. Their fine print says it all but more than that, their thieving, lying choices to deal with a customer complaint speak volumes about how they really are. THEY DESERVE TO BE REPORTED TO CUSTOMS, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND OTHER GOVT ENTITIES WHO DEAL OUTSIDE THE UAE SO THEY CAN STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE AND LEAVING PEOPLE WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY THE COSTS OF DEALING WITH THEM.

I love The Luxury Closet. They are a team of very professional, helpful and polite folks. I have sold many of my items through them and they are very thorough with the payments. The app is fantastic and very easy to use especially the “my account” section where I can monitor my items and request payment at any time I want it. They have amazing products on their site. I think they are the best stocked reseller with a huge array of products. They have a very strict authentication process so you can be rest assured their products are all genuine and in good condition. I would definitely recommend The Luxury Closet for both buyers as well as sellers.

The prices kept going down until the shirts were sold - i received ONE DOLLAR on each shirt, while Luxury Closet received at USD 50 on each. They keep a huge margins for themselves and set a horrendously low payout for your items ! Also some of their items on sale are highly questionable ! For instance I’ve noticed they label some second hand branded clothes / jewellery as ‘New ‘ blatantly lying to potential customers when you can see the wear and tear and how old some pieces look!!Beware ! You’d rather purchase authentic products from a mall at full price & be rest assured that they are indeed authentic and brand new ! Also their customer service is pathetic! The worst website I have ever dealt with. I asked for a return and a refund shortly after I have purchased an item, first the courier came inside of my house to take pictures of the shoes before he returns it. Second, the refund took more than a month and after countless of emails (which they rarely ever reply to) they have promised the money to be back in two to three weeks. Three weeks later they send me an email that that amount has been credited to my luxurycloset account instead of my bank because the refund process is complicated, I contact them telling them I need the money back to my account they reply saying this needs 2/3 weeks again. This is the worst website I have ever dealt with and it took so much of my time to call them and send them constant email, save yourself the headache and stay away.

Worst customer service and customer experience ever. I kept on receiving ads for their products until a watch caught my interest. Impossible to use the website to actually see it physically (it is an expensive item) and when I called them I was given a whatsapp number to communicate with. after a generic message they simply did not respond anymore despite numerous attempts. Needless to say I will not be using them or their service. Respect for a potential first time client is a basic step. Order items online for the first time as was aware that return is at no cost. One top that I order was too big and I requested for a refund. First pick up did not come. Send email to luxury closet and was told that a new pick up company will come but again no one turned up. It’s been more than a week and still not pick up. I have called 3-4 times and no one picked up. The customer service is poor and was expecting more prompt services from a retailer that sells luxury products. Will not order again.

Ive sold before The Luxury Closet and has a great experience. The courier service picks up at the products at home and takes care of authenticating the product as well as putting it live on the website after a professional photo shoot. The negative part is that the commission taken by TLC is extremely high, which means you may undersell products for the sake of not having the headache that comes with direct selling. There are also no rewards for sellers, which I think should be added as an incentive since selling can take several months. The earliest I managed to sell was 3 months after a product going live, so its definitely not a fast cash solution. All in all though, its a great way to sell high-end bags and accessories since you dont have to deal with hagglers.

I ordered items from their application, I received the order in a couple of days. I was not happy with the fit of the items, so I decided to return them. Through the application I was able to request the return and I called the customer service just to assure that I’ve done things right. Now it’s been more than 12 days and no one showed up to take the items. I called the customer service and they keep promising that they will send someone but never happened. I’m not happy with the customers service not with the return service. I’ll probably not order again from the luxury closet

The most incompetent company in the world .TWICE LOST THE DUST BAGS FROM MY LUXURY ITEMS.Extremely high commissions , 2-3 times higher than any other website with the same profile . EXTREMELY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. I bought two presents for Christmas and had issues with the two purchases. First, I bought a Visconti fountain pen. Fortunately, I went to the headquarters in Milan and they told me that the actual mechanism was broken. However, the pen was listed in perfect condition. So either, they did not check the pen or they deliberately listed the pen in perfect condition... I dont know which one is worse... The other was a Hermes Carre, for which I had arranged to see three models listed. When i came on-site, they only had one model and had to buy it even if it was not my preferred option.

I love the concept of the company but the order experience was unbelievably bad.First I received an item in the worst state (marked as gently used). Lipstick all over the lining and hair from the previous owner.I returned it and asked for re-clean which took them something like 2 weeks to do and no updates on status from their end.Once I followed up they confirmed the item was ready and would be re-shipped. This was done to the wrong address plus the courier came with the instruction to collect the cost of them item and shipping charges again. I had already paid in my initial order.When I called their Customer Care line, they just apologized and said the courier would have to take back the item until they change the instructions.I asked to be called back by someone in charge regarding my terrible experience and was promised somebody would get in touch.Never happened of course.At least the bag did arrive after all and in a super good state.

It can take over 14 days for them to arrange collection of goods for sale. And Im having major issues with getting paid for items that have sold, despite calling , whatsapping and emailing them they have not been able to fix the IT issue there end on the app for a verification code to issue / validate payment to my bank. I had a very bad customer service experience. I called the office and they stated that the item was lost. The charges was refunded but the installment plan was not reversed. And as soon as they have refunded me the charges the item that I am supposed to buy is available back again in the website and until now it is still available which they have said it was lost. The website is very inconsistent. If the item was lost why is it still available? The item was rejected for me and now i have to call my bank more than once to follow up the charges to be reversed.

Ive been a member to The Luxury Closet for quite some time. They keep refreshing their supply on a daily basis. A few weeks ago I finally found the bag that I wanted to buy for a long time, but it was not in the stores anymore (Plus it was way too expensive there).The shipping process took a little over 3 days to get the item with me, it was a little longer but their customer service representative kept me posted on my order status and apologized for the delay.When I received my item you could really tell it was the real deal (it had all the original packaging and the authenticity cards).

This is one of the very few impressive customer service I experience with any online purchase ... It took me 1hour of Al Barsha traffics just to arrive at the store and get to know that 99% of the items displayed on the website are not available in the store. What a waste of time.Before visiting the store, I went online, saw many items. When I arrived at the store the lady told me that i have to order the items online first. I am a constant buyer from Luxery closet and can say that most of their items are really in good pieces. However, once you tried selling them back your item, just you will discover that that some items they are selling either damage (like watches) or not authentic. Have had a YSL ring I purchased directly from YSL for six years now (and still in pristine condition even though I wear it constantly) and wanted another but they no longer make them so I purchased from the Luxury Closet. the ring broke the first time I wore so I am highly doubting the authenticity. It took the customer service team a month to get back to me and then they said they would not accept my return as I was missing the small tag that was attached to the ring when I got it. Why would I keep this tag on to wear the ring? Makes no sense at all. They have a lost a great customer who is fashion obsessed and would have bought many other things had it been a good experience shopping with them. I would not recommend- spend the extra money and buy it direct.

The customer service could be a lot better! I visted this place for the first time on Dec. 15th, 2017. I walked in with a friend of mine and I wasnt pleased with the gentleman that greeted us. You could tell that he looked at us and made pre-concieved notions! However, the young-lady that assisted us after he whisked off was very, very pleasant! Now, the product that this place offers is great and the prices are reasonable.

I have been a recurrent customer of The Luxury Closet (accessories, earrings, wallet, shoes etc) and i have to say im very happy with both the quality of the products i bought, looking clean and new although they are pre loved, as well as the amazingly efficient customer service.Everything is genuine, no fakes, and the quality of the pictures and descriptions on the website really help me look in details at the items before i order them. No bad surprises !! You even have the option to reserve the items and go and see them to their office before finalizing the transaction. Which is really nice.I did have an issue once with some Chanel earrings that broke before i even got the chance to wear them - due to some hidden unusual tear. I couldnt get a refund as per the company policy. However the customer service manger Souraya (she is amazing and so pro :)) got out of her way to send back the earrings to Chanel in France to repair the damage, updating me at all the stages. I finally got my earrings back like new free of charge ! So thumbs up for the customer service !!I clearly recommend the Luxury Closet.

The worst online shopping experience.After I bought and regularly paid for a bag, they started to sent me emails asking a lot of personal informations (such as copies of scanned id of me and of my husband), just to tell me, after two weeks of that stalking emails, that the item Ive bought wasnt avalaible, for inventory problems! So theyve all my credit cards and personal informations details, and Ive nothing more than a big loss of time! A nightmare, really!

The worst online store I have encountered, took a month to tell me the item I ordered was not available, claiming technical problems on the site, for two different transactions. Didnt even inform me, I went to the sight trying to get information on the item I had paid for, the entire purchase was removed, and relisted for sale again.

I purchased an item and paid for it through my Paypal using my credit card.Luxury Closet cancelled my order and said the payment never went through.My credit card was charged and they never shipped my item.Terrible business and finance management and they will NOT refund you until you open a case with Paypal.Will not order from them again as these are a waste of customers time and the company NEVER apologized for their mistake.
