Brand new collection at the store! we were supported by Gayatri and she was very helpful

Terrible customer service, waited a week for a new pair of shoes to be delivered. The shoes never came, was told to go to deira to collect them, and the shoes were worn. Waste of time, go to any other shoe store but aldo

Been there on sale. Bought pair of shoes for my husband. There was Nice sales girl who assist us to find a perfect pair.But the billing staff there was shouting at her - one bearded guy ,when she asked him to mention her name while billing our shoes as she is the one who sold the same to us.That guy was behaving so rude to that girl in front of us. I dont know how junior staffs are working there. Feel really sad about her.Dont know what HR s role there.

Worst quality.. Just purchased shoes and a watch 1 month back from Aldo MOE and now watch is losing is color and shoes are full of scratche while their manager says this is genuine leather 😂, This was my First and last experience with Aldo which was very BAD.... I dnt recommend it...

Horrible customer service!!!! I asked for a refund in the store of MOE more than a month ago!!! The staff in the store reassured me I would get the refund onto my credit card within 14 days! Until now I haven’t received a single dirham!!! All of my so far 6 emails to ALDO and the Apparel Group have been ignored and have not been unswered! No one seems to care and It will be the last time I ever bought something at ALDO!!! Stay away!

ALDO sells comfortable shoes at moderate prices compared with other high street shoes stores.

I have the same experience as Lyra despite giving 3 weeks of time. It seems that they are only bothered new sales which is thrice more difficult than the repeated sales. When , I went to enquire , I found that my shoes is still lying in stores & yet to send for repair. Staff has once again requested to come after three days but this time shoes present status is unknown/untraceable. I do not know whether they have any regards towards customer service or not ? I will not recommend anyone to buy this brand @ Mall of Emirates.

The men shoes are quite alright but in my opinion prices are a bit high.
