Great! Finally I found my quest in this place.But, prices are on the high side

Visited today 20Jul21 to buy a wallet.The salesmen were v rude and not even bothered.But when a foreignor couple brezzed through, they were bowing down and with qs like wat can i do for u,whn we asked they pointed towards the wallets.Racists!!!!!!!!

Good bags. But very bad customer service after sales. Staff in Dubai have no idea how to deal with customer problems. Everything needs from few weeks to few months. Customer always have to follow up or els you will be forgotten forever. And this what actually happened to me. I had to email USA headquarters to solve my problem.

Worst Shopping experience in this TUMI store. When I have a normal return request within 7 days purchase, the store staff denied my request without any empathy and told me they only accept the exchange but no return. Cheating policy! Never go to this TUMI. ..Especially the Chinese shopping guide, the communication is very indifferent, not flexible, bad reviews!
