If you like Porsche, you will probably walk in. It’s a completely aspirational space for people showcasing their love for the brand.I am a Porsche fanboy too, but somehow i don’t feel the essence of the brand comes through. It feels more like a Puma.

One of the most discreditable and shameful treatment any customer would get in high-end boutique.Briefly, I have got a headphone as my birthday gift yesterday 16th Aug 2020 from my friend who bought it from your boutique in Mall of the Emirates - Dubai on 20th July and asked the sales lady that if the gift is going to be presented on 16th Aug would we be able to exchange it on that date, the sales lady has confirmed that exceptionally it can be exchanged.The sales lady has informed my friend that the headphone is new collection and just arrived in the boutique, bear in mind that I have exactly the same one which I bought from your boutique a year ago, knowing that I am loyal to the brand when it comes to LG ( wallets, Bracelets), suitcases and luggage are all from Porsche design.I went to the boutique to ask for exchange today 17th Aug , and the assistant manager was there standing behind the cash with another colleague (who I came to know later on that he is the store manager), the assistant manager said that he will check for approval, so he spoke to his colleague few words and he said sorry we can’t do exchange as the exchange period is overdue by 13 days, I have explained to him that this not what the sales lady confirmed to my friend, especially that the item still sealed and brand new and I have explained that I have exactly the same item bought a year ago.The store manager left the boutique without speaking any single word to me, I have asked the assistant manager to see the store manager, he said that the gentleman who was standing next to him is the store manager and he just left out for smoke, I had to wait for the store manager to come back and I had to explain again the entire story of the item, he wasn’t at all an active listener, and even he did not show any willing or effort to help or to understand the case, instead he went that he is sure that he trained his team very well, and they wouldn’t promise any customer for exchange after the due date.I have requested from the store manager to share with me any contact or Email from the management or customer service department to share my experience at his boutique, however he refused to share so, saying that even email address of customer service or management is confidential and cant be shared with clients.

Fantastic service from Hannah here. I’m based in Abu Dhabi so couldn’t get to the store, but Hannah walked me through the products I was looking for, taking photos and sharing via. WhatsApp to help me choose. Then arranged shipping to AD and gift wrapped for Christmas. Great experience, thanks Hannah

Nice service. There was discount of 40% for clothes when we visited this place. Sales person speak very well English and Russian.
