Nice UA store. Worth stopping by.

Refund policy is very harsh. I return an item (bag) after 2 days of purchase without using it in original condition but only exchange no refunds are allowed and no one mentioned it. All stickers are intact and it is clearly not used but they apply the rule anyway.I was surprised and didnt even want to buy anything else. The reciept says refunds allowed within 7 days but another note at the bottom says refunds only in form of gift card which means no refund!I have a gift card but I dont want to buy UA merchandise anymore.

I need to call the shop regarding an exchange and the number you have listed does not work. I do not want to go all the way down to Dubai Mall to find out its not been resolved. Please can you provide me with a number that works?
