Signature hotel apartments & spa marina was one of the best hotels in my life where I have been staying. The rooms are very neat, with amazing view on the city and the sea. Moreover, the location of the hotel was the best you could find in a way that its only 10 minutes to the beach on foot, 5 minutes to the train station from which you can go anywhere you want, 10 minutes to Marina Mall, and generally the hotel is located in the very safe and beautiful for walks sea shore.However, what is really amazing about this hotel is staff. They were always ready to help, give an advise on where to go, find a doctor for the COVID-19 test, make a breakfast box to take with us when we were departing, change the room to the sea view when it was available.I strongly recommend visiting this wonderful hotel and if I come back to Dubai I will definitely stay there again!

Honest opinion, we will not come back... The rate is quite high for an average hotel apartelle. From the reception to the rooms, feels like in medieval ages, exhaust is broken so the fire alarm will be a problem when you do cooking however, hats off to the staff though.

Stayed here for 1 month after a lot of research and reading reviews of this hotel and nearby ones. Decided to give them a chance even if rating was bit lower than others.And I repented! We were made to move out of our room in middle is stay, I mean they do plan renovations! Then we saw cockroaches in the room. Reception always had no idea whats happening. Then a broken washbasin and finally we forgot our shoes and slippers but nobody bothered to Call or email. Had to go twice for collection.Please do not stay here!!

I believe that, the highlights of any hotel experience is how the staff would treat their guest.The staff of Signature Hotel Apartments Marina are the best. They are very accommodating and very nice towards the guest. They are very enthusiastic and one can see that they enjoy what they are doing. The hotel Location is good and near to a lot of facilities for tourist and visitors like Mosque, kids area and we can have tour by Yacht, bicycle and walk around the lake.

I spent 2 months and a half at the Signature Hotel apartment in Dubai Marina from November to January.I had a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony and Marina view.The positive first : the location is great (direct access to the Marina walk), the view on the Marina is really fantastic and the whole staff (from front desk to housekeeping and Concierge) is super nice and helpful (special award to Tarun, the manager). Thank you to them :)And the price is very competitive.For all of the above I enjoyed my stay and would love to comeback…But there is one downside : the hotel really needs a big refresher!They should improve the comfort (super hard bed being the most important!) and update/replace bedrooms and bathrooms decor (dangerously slippery bathtub!). There is also some humidity problem and last but not least, too often, smell of cigarette smoke through the air vents…Still for the view and the price, if they changed at least the bed mattresses, I would go back next year! :)

I visited the restaurant to have a lunch and i was surprised by the loud music. In fact, I thought i was in a nightclub honestly I didnt even enjoyed my meal because of the hassle.

Poorly cleaned room. The fridge is not working well. It means the things in the fridge will be ruined within 2 days.Tissue rolls in the bathroom mostly used and barely have any in them. Stained towels and bed sheets.It’s not worth the price.

In Arina area 2 star hotel, not bad for people like to stay in apartments in that area and nice location.

Even though I booked this apartment for 3 nights twelve days prior, and it was instantly confirmed, I arrived on the day of the booking and they told me it was fully booked. No one called me to explain this and it was a terrible, terrible way to conduct business. This, combined with the fact that their mistake made us late for a show we had booked, was unacceptable. To compound matters, we were simply offered an alternate hotel (not on Dubai Marina where we had booked) for DOUBLE the rate, with Signature or Booking.com taking no responsibility for the extra money needed to make the booking. My worst ever hotel/apartment booking experience in 5 years living in the UAE and visiting Dubai frequently. I will not be using this apartment block, or website ever again.

Good located and clean but old apartments however os cheap comparing area around. A bit noisy due to traffic at area. However i hate hotels were they call you at 11 to remember you that you need to check out at 12 and they are doing this. Please if i need assistance i will call and everybody know check out time if somebody didnt respect it you have right to charge one extra night.

I had a really bad experience at the property. I put in a special request on Bookings.com and I got a confirmation on Email that it was approved at no additional cost. Later I found out there will be additional charges and they didnt even have the services advertised. I appreciate clear communication from service providers and would not recommend this hotel.

Awesome place. Would have loved to stay longer much longer with the wife and kids. Maybe permanently. Awesomely convenient two bedroom apartment. May need some utensils, etc. But close to 24/7 Coithrams Supermarket, Tim Hortons and Pharmacy, and an endless array of restaurants, the Marina, etc.

The rooms definitely required better cleaning, especially in Covid time. We couldnt stay even one night there. The Russian speaker lady at the reception wasnt polite at all and I would say rude towards to the guests. Poor cleaning, poor service!

The location is super good u shouldnt b needing the car at all if u stay here.Amazing staff attitude.Hotel is kept in a good condition.Its not. Fancy place however for the rates they r giving they are really good.Their kitchen is serving nice breakfast.Front office people Yehia, Sherif, and Tarun and ladies are very polite.Bellman is super and extremely polite.House keeping people are very hospitable.They need a little more system in place but peoples attitude make u overlook this.If they kept going at this hospitality level they will probably be one of the best in the market.

At the beginning, when you meet the reception director, you will notice a lack of seriousness, lack of respect for the inmate, a decrease in the inmate’s respect, and most importantly lack of credibility with the inmate, for example, the renewal is agreed upon and you are surprised by the cancellation of the reservation for no apparent reason only to contact him and confirm again a sick and disrespectful person. And the disrespectful employee of Egyptian nationality in the night shift insults the hotel guests and raises his voice very loudly a very barbaric person . As for the apartment at the age of 8 years old, from the point of view of the furniture. An experiment will not be repeated

Good value for money. The rooms are well maintained and the staff are very friendly. The place is close to grocery, 15 minute walk to the metro, and has private access to Marina walk. My favorite part of the hotel is the pool which has a good view of Marina. The only downside is that it is located close to the mosque so you will hear the prayer especially early morning. The facilities are okay and a bit outdated.

Staying at Signature Hotel Apartments was a disaster! We had a very awful experience and the service was very bad. Think twice before you book in this hotel. It will not be worth it!Firstly, we did not get the specific room we booked in advance at Booking.ComSecondly, the front desk mistakenly given and debited the wrong price for the room and informed us later that they made a mistake and ask us again to debit the correct amount of the room that we booked.Thirdly, theyve UPGRADED us with a 2 BEDROOM APT but informed us late that night that only 2 persons can stay in the apartment and the other 2 can leave or pay an additional fee of AED180.Lastly, very poor customer service. The way Yahia the front desk deal with our situation was very bad he was very hard on us and didnt even bother to treat us as valued customers -- a guest -- to be respected to the extent that made us decide to cancel our stay and leave at past 1 in the morning.

Two thumbs up to the staff especially Khalid who is very helpful and accomodating. Everything we ask, for instance the way to wherever, he happily guided us and suggests a better route. I havent checked the pool though. But the room has a very home feels to it. Complete with washers, ref and oven. Perfect for family staycation 😊 Clean and quiet, you can not hear the voices from outside the rooms. It also has the view of the Marina Docks. It is near the Marina beach, you can walk and jog along the bayside.

My WORST experience so far in all hotels I have stayed in Dubai. Rooms are unpleasant smells bad, cockroach are everywhere inside the room. VERY POOR customer service. The front desk (Yahyia) & security in-charge was very unprofessional and rude. Stressful night! NEVER in this hotel again!

Rooms are in very dirty condition... especially washroom and kitchen area... there are stains in basin, floor..!!flush is faulty .. drawers in kitchen are sinking and not proper !! Staff taking complaints very lightly and not prompt! I would not recommend this hotel ever!!

We stay in room number 110, its smells cigarettes from ventilation, and room is not clean.Administration tells that this last room, and they cant do anything with this smell.Of course we cant go to other hotel, because we check in at night, and my daughter wants to sleep.Terrible place, dont stay here.UPD: on second day we see four cockroach on the kitchen.UPD2: washing machine stop working before washing complete.

The members of the staff were particularly accommodating and professional. Definitely enjoyed my stay 💯. But, there should be changes to the breakfast menu.

The place is okay. Great location at the marina. But mosque is just beside the hotel and wakes us up every morning at 5.15. But if you just sleep early its okay 😄 The breakfast was okay too. The service and staff is very good. In all a very decent hotel for the price. Big supermarket just across the street which is open 24/7.

The staff were friendly and helpful, clean hotel and also it has a private access to marina walk , the view is amazing we had the best balcony view big thanks to YAHYA ( the receptionist) . And about the rooms are so close to each other with no sound proof, one can easily hear others in other rooms Which makes it less private But generally my stay was good.

Excellent value for money. The reception and all staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and the room service staff are very helpful. The place is close to local shops and has an excellent view of the Marina. In addition, very close to JBR and metro.

Customer service team is really slow to respond or act. I asked for a baby cot at check in time and only received it 10 hours later after 3 more reminders to the reception desk. Very disappointed, and will not visit this place again.

The hotel staff were friendly. The room was of a very good size. The location was good but Marina Walk/JBR are some distance away. In the heat this is hard to do. However, it is some distance away from the nearest metro station but easily accessible by taxi. The furniture like sofas are very dated and old. It is decent but do not expect luxury!!!

The hotel staff is great, especially Mehmood and Gunjan Patel...though the rooms are bit old...but overall services are fantastic and very friendly staff...

Hotel is a bit old, not renovated, room seems to be a bit well-worn. Breakfast was ok, but not varied, mostly the same every day, however you can find what to eat definitely. But this view!!! Oh my god, it’s awesome! Or room was on 3d floor, with the super cool Dubai Marina view!The pool is tiny, but clean and good.

Went for Friday brunch. Food was great! Not a big selection but enough variety to walk away with appetite satisfied. Food was replenished regularly and the chefs were constantly checking on the food. Friendly service from staff. Free wifi was useful. Didnt make use of the pool access that was included. Outside the restaurant was a good place to take photos. Nice marina view can be enjoyed inside and outside. Good value for money, I will go again!

Amazing hotel, was the first time we booked here and the experience was great! Clean rooms, friendly staff always willing to help and the reception team are a credit to the hotel for dealing with issues swiftly. Rooms were decent, and with a good view - if you want a Marina view ensure you arrange this with them directly beforehand to avoid disappointment.Some of the decor could be updated, apart from that the other facilities such as the cafe for breakfast and dinner was nice, as were the range of services such as sauna, pool. The hotel didnt have a table tennis area either which they could add. They have a nice outdoor area where you can lounge by the pool also. Being one of the many Marina hotels, means JBR beach is just a short connection away, so this is idea if you have children.

Well a very courteous front office staff. We ordered some food and the room service was quick on almost on all occasions. Very good location near to supermarket and restaurants and the marina view ofcourse. It was a pleasant stay. Will come back for sure

The apartments are situated at the end of the Dubai marina with easy access around the area.Unfortunately it is also located next door to a Mosque.OK, if you are of that faith and welcome the frequent calls to prayer around 4 am but not so good when you need a quiet and peaceful nights sleep before business meetings and the like.Whilst the reception and foyer are spacious and inviting, the apartment I was given (upgraded to as well!) gave the impression of the developers attempting to utilise the odd shape and angles of the building to maximum benefit. It consisted of a long narrow kitchen diner. With a good sized bedroom.Unfortunately, the tiny wardrobe space was squeezed into one corner directly opposite a narrow,right angle access to the bathroom.The bathroom itself was fitted with style rather than substance or practicality in mind. The shower was poor and despite my best efforts leaked water all over the floor every time it was used. The towels were from the cheapest market stall.The breakfast area was small and clean but suffered from an obvious determination to offer the cheapest and most basic self service standards and food.

Our experience in Lotus Hotel is very good. All staff was very nice and cooperative. Nice Location and good view. Specially the walk way of Marina. The only facility which i didnt like is your swimming pool due to its size and shape.

Location is good. 15-20 min to walk to metro and beach. Very close to supermarket. Everything is good apart from bathroom. It has dark walls and it really need refreshment. The bathroom looks really used. Linen also looks really used. The rest is fine. Service is ok.

We have been passing through Xandros restaurant a lot of times but never got a chance to visit it in person. But I always used to get fascinated by seeing the terrace of this restaurant. Yes that’s right! It has a big terrace along with 2 inside sitting areas. It’s your wish where you want to sit and relax. Mostly smokers and sheesha lovers opt to sit outside in the terrace but we are neither. We just wanted to enjoy the weather perfect for outdoor sitting so opted for this area. This restaurant is located in the mezzanine floor of signature hotel in Barsha heights. It serves Mediterranean cuisine mainly.We ordered mix seafood platter, Mexican chicken pizza, Greek chicken pieces, fartousch salad, fish and chips, dynamite shrimps, virgin pina colada and virgin strawberry Mojito. Our personal favorite was the Mexican chicken pizza, Greek chicken pieces, n seafood platter. Fattouch lacked the signature dressing which is the life of this salad, dynamite shrimps we served without its signature sauce. Drinks were amazing and very refreshing. Staff was pleasing and helping but they were forgetting every time something. Like they forgot to give us dining plates so we had to eat in the platters. Ambiance was cozy and warm. It was a good experience Dinning with them. They offer delivery via Talabat and Zomato. Do try their Maxican pizza you’ll love it the way we loved that. I’d rate them 3.5⭐️

I went for an iftar buffet with my family of 8 and absolutely hated it. There was no variety in food and the food that was there was of terrible quality! The appetizers, main course, and desserts, all three were so very bad; had no taste, had no quality. Such a mistake!

I have been to signature Marina Hotel so many times. I love this hotel as the location is perfect on the Marina and close to DMCC train station. The staff there are extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. The receptionist Elsayed Abdelrazek is extremely helpful and very pleasant. He is working really hard to make customers have very enjoyable stay.Thank you So much Signature Marina.

Its a nice hotel apartment to stay with kitchen and utensils to cook if need be, has a washing machine and a dishwasher. Kind and helpful staff. No valet parking so you have to park your self. Just opposite to choithram supermarket if u want to buy some stuff. Get to the basement and on the other side ur out to Dubai Marina walk. You can spent time at the pool or spa (additional cost). in the evening go dhow cruise, just site seeing boating or head to Marina Mall (10 min walk). Overall its a good hotel to spend time and they offer discounts for long stay.

We have stayed at Lotus Hotel Apartments Marina before and our experience is ALWAYS fantastic, the level of service, quality of food is excellent. This is the place to stay. Super friendly staff, remembering you from the 2nd time they meet you. I cant praise the hotel and staff enough. Do yourself a favour and book at least 2 nights here, you wont regret it!

Stayed at this hotel on a biz trip. Its near Jumeirah Residences and Marina Front. Close to Madinat Souk and Ibn Battuta mall. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.We took a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people and can do simple cooking at the kitchenette. I would say overall we enjoyed our stay here.

PositiveI liked my room, it was clean and nice, in a good location, and at the beginning everything was good with a staff, they were really nice and helpful.NegativeDuring my staying the room was moved, checks reimbursement on disappeared so during my staying some staff that I left in the room was moved, checks that I collected for reimbursement on the shelter near my bed disappeared so I didnt get my money back for my business trip. After I started to complain about missing checks hotel staff ask housecleaning to check they said that they havent seen any. Also, I asked for a special invoice when I was checking in but they forgot about it and when I started to complain one more time have got an answer that they know nothing about it. Then I suggest some more opportunities to solve this issue but they rejected all of them (even without checking some options to help me) they promised to send an invoice by email but they didnt do even that. Also the smell in a room was terrible so I had to ventilate the room all the time
