If you guys want to get your manicure or pedicure done here. JUST DONT... its the worst salon I have ever been too. I have almond shaped nails, the lady didnt even know how to shape my nails and destroyed my nail shape.. I had to take the filer from her and show her how to shape my nails then all she said was “sorry I dont know how to do this shape”... I mean WHAT? Then when it came to painting my nails... she layered them on like there was no tomorrow. Took me a whole day to completely dry and still got ruined doing normal things.The next day I just had to go to another salon to get them done again. Never going back again! Its the worst... literally have to wait to regrow my nails again.........

Please don’t waste your money and time going to this salon. Service, staff and salon is very bad. I had a nightmare going there. They spoil me and my daughters haircut after making us wait for two hours even after having an appointment. They are very rude, they make you feel that they are giving you the services for free. It’s dirty, smelly and unhigenic salon. They try to steal you by adding extra useless charges. They don’t have enough staff just one Filipino lady for haircut and she kept on telling my daughter while doing her haircut that how tired and hungry she is. Poor lady didn’t even get a break since they don’t have staff and we had to wait for two hours. This salon is not recommended to anyone.

Just got my haircut done and I absolutely love it. The layers are of the perfect length. I would recommend this salon to all. The staff is extremely professional. ☺️

I am a customer in this salon for like 3 or more years now to maintain my hair and eyebrows. Because self love is important, right? So, I have been coming here like every month for eyebrow trimming, and couple times a year for hair cut and for hair coloring. If you are looking for a reasonable price for your self love, and a professional and friendly service, I totally recommend Euphoria.

Never go..In manicure, they didnt dip hands in water, which leads to bleeding in nails cleaning.No scrubbing and massage in mani/pedi.Only nails cleaning.She told me to pay 10 dhs extra for foot spa... But nothing she did in foot spa... Only 2min massage with cream.I will devalue this parlour as they did not provide complete services and charge us full.Nowhere i have seen mani/pedi without massage and without dipping in wather.I will never choose this parlour again..

Best salon services in Dubai so far. Waxing is so gentle, its like getting a body scrub. Ask for rosalyn if possible, but all the esthetitians are amazing!

I highly recommend this salon - clean, hygienic, very professional staff.Had body massage and mani /pedi today, 4th June. I loved both services but I can say that the massage was a real stand-out. I had tried a number of massage services from salons to hotels to home services but this one is the best ever yet with Ms. Rosalyn. Thank you. And yeah, it was worth climbing the spiral stairs after all :)

If you have curly hair, this is NOT the place for you. They literally asked if they should add conditioner when they washed our hair. And then the lady who cut our hair just didnt listen and didnt know how to either. She cut it like it was straight hair and curly hair and straight hair are completely different. She did a triangle haircut and when we asked her to fix it, she made it an even drastic triangle. So disappointing!

I really love the salon I live very close so I come a lot with my sisters and mother and get treatments done. They do really good manicure and hair treatments such as cutting, dying, washing/conditioner. HOWEVER, whenever I come they always want me to choose more expensive things and really force me, I feel forced and irritated sometimes. That is the only thing that really annoys me but I like the staff overall. Just the owner needs to stop being forceful.

Management not great - my appointment was delayed and I wasnt given a heads up about the same.I had to wait for over 40minutes to get started.My gelish manicure was okay and Rosalyn did great workBut my gelish pedicure was not good, the nail paint is chipping off already.

Amazing experience with my massage and haircut. Christine gave me very deep massage which I need after overtraining my muscles. She was very professional, energetic, she really helped me with my recovery and explained some things related to my blood circulation. Very pretty haircut done by Gina with blowdry. Excellent value for money, I’m sure I will come back!

Filthy! The worst salon experience Ive ever had!I went to get gelish and spoke with them before agreeing to book an appointment to make sure they could add gelish and extension acrylic to one of my broken nails. When I arrived halfway through doing my nails, they told me that they could only add fake nails to my broken nail. as well as the fact that they dont have acrylic Instead of apologizing, they accused me of lying. My only choice was to accept the fake nails. They also shocked me by using SUPERGLUE instead of using nail glue , and have charged me far more than I usually pay for acrylic nail extensions. The salon was full of with flys that kept landing near me, and when I told the workers, they laughed, thinking I was being dramatic and that I shouldnt be afraid of insects. I thought it was very impolite.I also felt that the manicurist was rushing through my nails, and when I told her to retouch some of my nails because they werent finished properly, she became irritated and began complaining loudly to the other nail techs in her own language. When I went to pay, the cashier she had raised the rates from what we had settled on because I had taken a foucher from Groupon. Her reason was that the foucher was too cheap, and she was within her rights to raise the price after she mentioned that she would only consider the foucher if I did not pay for it via Groupon and towards the end she manipulated me by increasing the price.

Ive had my hair cut here twice. Both times Ive been really happy with the cut. Last time, the price was slightly higher than quoted (about AED 4) and today I was informed that I would be charged an extra AED5 if I used my card.

I had my hair highlights by Gina. She is very friendly and I love that she is concerned on what suits my hair. She did a fantastic job transforming my hair to fresh new look! I really love what it turned out and likewise my friends have been loving my hair so far. The place is also clean and all other staff are warm and friendly. Its highly recommended definitely!

I was so well taken care of by the team. Gina was very professional with my hair and transformed it to the pixie cut I was looking for.This will be my go-to place for haircuts hereonafter!

The best place to go for haircut. Gina was indeed nice and her suggestions and way of hair styling is so impressive. I will definitely get back to Euphoria. All staffs were friendly and professional. The salon is also well maintained and hygenic enough to rely during this covid time.

Went for a haircut and nails yesterday. Jina was amazing. Even the lady that did my nails (sorry I didnt get her name) was great. Would recommend this place.Visited here again for their January 2020 Promo. The ladies that work here do a fabulous job. Diane at the front desk was prompt in scheduling me in. Beautiful haircut and style again from Gina. Lynn did an awesome job with my Mani/pedi.This time I also booked a facial and massage with Shabnam. She was just amazing ❤️. Very thorough and took pride in her work. Ive had facials and massage done at other places, but she was the best. This salon is lucky to have her.

Money hungry people who don’t care about customer satisfaction. For haircut Nazira is very good. But for hair colours just stay away!!!! I had blonde ombré which I asked them to use to make highlights with red base. Colour washed off in 2 days. They offered to redo not before selling hair treatments which I would never have needed if they did it good in first place!!!! Also had to pay for highlights as they had to rebleach... and result??? After 3 days there’s no trace of red on my head... hair is rough n falling... and it looks like a mess of old colours faded off!!! Horrible experience!!!!!
