Abbey does not understand English. Completely spoilt our experience and didnt understand my request when I booked.

Both me and my wife have been regular visitors since the past 6+ years..The loyalty is purely subjective. For me its my masseuse and currently I have my favorite, Ms. Grace. Ofcourse all their staffs are friendly!!Worth the mention, about their mani & pedi service.Im not too sure, in all this if the ambience adds any brownie point to my rating. If anything, some of the fellow clients gets a bit too loud talking or for that matter, we even have clients who gets busy over phone calls.I suggest they should have a No phone policy in the spa!!Oh wait, I almost forgot.. the spa doesnt accept card/contact less payment. They do it the old fashioned way, CASH..!! (And there are no ATM anywhere in the vicinity)But again, this is probably the only decent option available in Mirdiff.

We used to come to this place for many years and haven’t visite fir about a year and half since the beginning of pandemic.Let me tell you that if you ask for a Chinese therapist you would never get disappointed! They exactly would do what you ask for. I like a little strong deep tissue massage and I tried their foot and shoulder and full body massage. It was one of the best I ever had. My husband tired the mail section and his therapist was Chineese too, he loved it too. We would recommend this branch and their Chinese therapists 👍🏼

Had a 1 hour Foot massage- Seems their therapists abilities is a matter of hit or miss. Communication is poor as the therapist I had barely spoke English. And I left with a huge oil stain on my dress :(Requesting to be paid in cash only is another inconvenience.

Genuinely the most amazing experience in my life. I received the foot reflexology and I left feeling the most relaxed in years. Coco did an incredible job messaging all the knots and stress away. This is now my go to spot in Dubai and it will be a bi-weekly stop. Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been to this place a couple times. They’re service is really good and I absolutely love how good they’re at massaging. The downside is they do not have a quiet room policy or a no-cellphone policy. The couches are laid out adjacent to each other and the guests use their cellphone or talk real loud, it disturbs the peace. The other downside is they accept only cash.

Truly my favorite foot massage in town! Ive been a customer for 5 years and Never disappointed me. Their pricing is very decent and aflordable. I also do my mani and padi all the time, they adopt a great hygiene level where all the tools are sanitized. Overall very professional and skilled staff. Will always go there

They using fake reviews reality Untrusted spa they stole valuable gold neckless from our guest during her neck massage. When we called police they change the staff massage and receiptionest also changed her and they remove camera which was front cashier to not keep any prove. We dont recommend anyone to go this spa at all the worse we saw. Also Poor service, too dark and so sad decoration old furniture we stopped dealing with them

It is one of few places that accept both males and females (ofcourse the females r in an other place) they r not that expensive and they have pro hands for what ever u need from massage to taking csre of ur nails

They have. Foot massage only, but if you do foot massage for an hour, this includes a shoulder and head massage for 15 minutes. They have other foot services, not all staff are as efficient, the atmosphere is quiet and the cleaning is very good
