I had a full body massage with therapist Khadija. It was a great surprise for me to get professional treatment from certified specialist. She went thoroughly through all the knots in my back, paid more attention to the areas which needed extra work. I felt myself relaxed in the hands of a pro. The spa itself is spacious, relaxing music and mood lightning. The view from treatment room was stunning - city panorama from the 47 th floor. It’s great experience in total. The price is standard for Dubai. The only flaw I have notice is that the towels gave the feeling of being oily, not washed thoroughly.

It was an amazing Moroccan bath after that I felt like I born again. Therapist Nadia is very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately it wasnt the best experience at all, even after telling the staff that this was not what I was told over the phone they were not supportive at all towards my dissatisfied experience at their spa. The lady who performed the service was fine, its the front desk communication thats misleading. Would recommend anyone visiting here to check their services in person and not over the phone to avoid disappointment.

Went for a coffee scrub massage today along with my wife. Had to say one of the best hospitality in town by the hotel spa staff!Outstanding interior and I couldnt believe this actually is on busy Sheikh Zayed Road. The spa is on the 45th floor and even the staff near the elevator was super nice.Things to improve: The vallet Parking service was not up to the mark! While leaving the hotel the parking co-ordinator just gave me the keys and asked me to go and get the car from the side. Well I didnt know this is how valet parking works.Other than that it was really an awesome experience for myself and my wife and we will definitely visit again.
