Amazing spa experience.Very nice and clean place, with changing room, shower, sauna and massage. A relaxing lounge after massage with tea, fruits and raw nuts 😋 is also something unique there. Friendly and professional staff. They are so helpful.Easy parking in the basement.

Had the best time at the spa. LINDA and Analee were amazing.

I think it was okay. I felt like the towel they covered me with was too starchy, wasnt a good feeling. The lady who gave my husband a massage kept coughing, also not very safe. I think overall there could be some improvements with the customer service in the beginning when you check in and asking how it went to get feedback. My locker got stuck so I had the reception unlock it, and after asking them to lock it again when I came back my locker was open. I was glad my purse wasnt taken or it would have been a really bad issue. Great relaxing place, I just think there could be some overall improvements to make it worth it.

Amazing experience ! I did a facial treatment and i try all the facilities ( my favorite the jacuzzi). The receptionist and staff was really friendly and they take care of all customers. When i finished my treatment i took some rest in the salon with some tea and date with a beautiful view. Lovely place.

I like this spa. Ive been there twice. Ive tried both their hamam and massage. Im more satisfied with their hamam than with the massage. Staff are all very professional and nice. The facilities are great. Female and Male areas as well as common area for both genders to relax on their chaise longues with a view over the beach and the sea. Prices are a bit on the high end, but this is Rixos. Youre being served tea, infused water, nuts, dried fruit free of charge before and after your treatment. There are plenty of areas to relax. Most importantly- everything is very clean. Good value for money.

Magically relaxing place. Sauna, steam bath, hammam, little jacuzzi, massage rooms, relaxing area, professional and attentive staff. Many package options. My included: hammam, scrubbing, massage, in free time I went to sauna bath, also you can take jacuzzi. In the and - relaxing area with tea. I left this place with totally relaxed and balanced mind and body. Beautiful atmosphere in there.

I did coffee scrub and foam treatmentThey used very bad shampoo and conditioner, it dried my hair , when I told them they said I am the first to complain and get your stuff next time . they didn’t even provided a brush or comb.I went out of the spa my skin is super dry and almost the same as I entered their spaThe only good thing is the Thailand lady who did my treatment other than I am so disappointed with them

Fantastic, super relaxing

My total bill was 14,000 dhs !!! When I calculated the bill it was only 4000 dhs . They charged me for the most expensive packages when i asked for different ones then they doubled it because they sent two workers to do it when I didn’t ask for that. I understand Turkish and the worker there was trashing us and calling us crazy !!! If you want to get ripped offff please go there .

One of my favorite spas in Dubai, I give 4 stars because previous masseuses from Bali were way better than the one right now. For example Devi, she was sooo professional!!!Also bring back Turkish tea after massage please.

Average spa - expected more from Rixos! Therapist are not professional and they don’t seem to know what they are doing!! The facility is Ok. A lot of improvement needed. Definitely won’t go back.

Outstanding atmosphere, very experienced and welcoming therapist , had a booking with Ayu from Bali. One of the nicest relaxing lounges I have seen in Dubai , with a gorgeous sea view, large stream room , well designed hammam room. Only minus super unfriendly receptionist, wasn’t nice over the phone, neither during personal communication.

Horrible! We booked two treatments through Groupon. When I first texted the team, I was ignored. Then they told me that they were fully booked until October (I asked for an appointment in December). But you could still book many appointments online in December.Then I was ignored again.SO UNPROFESSIONAL

We agreed on the service and the price before hand then got shocked by the total bill of services that I didn’t ask for nor approve ! If you want someone steal your money go there !

They charged me double the price for each service because they had two people working on me when I didn’t ask for that !!!! Terrible !!!! Very disappointed!!

One of the best spas there is. First they take you to take a steam bath and a sauna for 10 minutes. Then you relax on a comfy spreaded chair with selected tea beverages till your therapist arrive. Staff are very welcoming and energetic. The only downside is the price range but its worth the experience.

It’s all very good, I tried foot reflexology, massage and and Turkish hammam and every service was perfect. Unfortunately there is no jacuzzi for man so my husband can’t join the spa and this is strange since the hotel is new and big.

Worst experience ever @naturelandspa ! Bath robes are too small, lockers not working.we booked a couple massage for me and husband and they made us wait 45 min after our appointment until we complained and left! Very unprofessional and unorganized , also bad customer service... we tried talking to a manager who doesnt help in anything! I will never go back again or recommend to anyone... definitely not the experience u expect when u book at Rixos!

Very welcoming and professional staff, especially Ms Ummu for Turkish Hammam. From the moment i entered until the moment i left it was flawless, she took care of me as a VVIP guest.The personal attention from Ms Ummu was remarkable, I was washed, scrubbed, lotioned so many times i lost count! The massage at the end was evenhanded and to my level of pressure. I couldnt have been more pleased with the excellent treatment I was given. Its well worth its price.I will come back with pleasure.I certainly highly recommend Natureland Spa at Rixos.

Today I was massage in the spa and the masseuse just drove oil over me ... calling it a massage. She also scratched my face with her nails.😡😡I was furious!It was the worst massage in my life.If you have extra 525 dirhams and you would like to be treated with oil for 1 hour and scratched your face, then you can safely go. They certainly know how.

Great hotel. Highly recommend. Breakfast and dinner a huge range of dishes for every taste. Sea food, sushi, barbecue, there is literally everything. Spacious, beautiful, cool.
