My favorite nail spa salon ever ! I am visiting this place for almost 7 years and was never disappointed. Highly recommended

30minutes ! It only took me 30 mins twice a week for the past one year . To reduce my body fat, to gain muscles and improve my body shape ! Im shocked , happy , excited !Thanks a-lot to Linara , very energetic ,Motivating and fun trainer ever !Everyone around me has noticed my body transformation , i can finally wear anything and look good in it !I would definitely purchase another package .I prefer group classes , as i get to meet many other ladies , we become friends , train together , challenge each other .In general the while environment at the facility is very fun and welcoming .I highly recommend this place , and trust me youd love to work with Linara , she is truly great with the work she does )))

I love cleaning my brows there, if anyone wants to do their nails please don’t do them there i had long natural nails I just told her to reshape them but she filled my actual nail although I told her to not, from 1 and a half month my nails are so short and break while they are short.😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

The nails don t stay, 2 weeks after hard gel is applied they lift off the nail, they look pretty for first few days and then they go bad, terrible products or girls don t know how to put them properly.Place puts high stress on cleaning, though toilets are another story! toilet paper, tissues very often missing from bathroom, I was a witness when lady who takes care of them in order to assure me disinfected the station, first she sprayed toilet bowl and seat and wiped it with tissue, then with the same tissue wiped off the handle to open toilet, lock and bag hanger - disgusting!!!!!!!!!

Worst hair dressers, theyre very moody and always in a hurry. Unprofessional. And for the nails, they use a very bad nail polish brand that chips off from the first day. I only recommend this salon for eyebrows.

Amazing and professional in Neil section well in other sections like Moroccan bath snd massage it is not expected actually if we compare it with Neil section if I want to recommend please go just for Neil section not massage or Moroccan bath

After my last experience I feel compelled to give a review.The place is Ok for many pedi, nothing great but convenient that you can just walk in without appointment.Definite No No for hair services. Such a hit and miss. Very inconsistent results unless you go there for a simple blow dry.Short haircut, don’t even attempt. I had to wait for one of the two hairdressers who were experienced in short haircuts to finish with another client. I showed a picture but ended up with something completely different when she blow dried my hair. When I addressed this she started chopping my hair - chopping is the right word here, and I ended up with really badly done uneven haircut. The only thing that will salvage the situation for me until my hair grows a bit and I can go for a fix is that this is less visible when my hair curls up.Root color - you may come out with a different hair color altogether after that. It happened to me twice. Turned brunette 2-3 shades darker which took time and toll on my hair to fix after that. Funny enough the second time this happened with the same person who did my roots previously really well. Which means they don’t really know what they are doing. It may come out well but if it does it’s all by chance.

Its good but some of the staff are a bit moody. Luckily I had good people doing my nails

I have had the same trouble before but thought on giving a try and went to see if the quality of the nail polish has improved the answer is negative... The manicure lasts max 48 hrs... No house chores...

If you have keratin hair extension bonds in your hair be careful. They applied direct heat to the bond. They pulled my extensions out and made all of the glue bonds sticky. They then suggested they were coming out because they said they needed redoing. The melted hot extensions were pulling out and they failed to take responsibility. They didn’t feel them or apply cold air to fix it. They were looking at me like I am in the wrong and I didn’t feel they are trying to fix their mistake. I had to ask for the manager repeatedly. Very poor service and even worse service after they ruined my extensions. Mistakes happen what matters is how the rectify them and this was not a good service either.

Dont do gellish there it will chip off in two days and the service is super slow, it took 3 hours to finish only gellish manicure. And worst part is that when I came back with the chipped gellish they didnt address the problem professionally and they started claiming that gellish shouldnt last more than a week. I have been to other salons and know how long a gellish should last!! They decided to charge me for repair of a single nail. Horrible. Not recommended at all!

Honestly one of the worst salons that i have ever been too. first of all she hurt my nail and blood came out while doing a manicure. i liked their gel polish its fine but normal nail polish is really awful. i wont recommend this salon to anyone. dont go there if youre doing a manicure and normal nail polish.

I visited this salon 2 days ago for a simple blow dry and I had the worst experience ever. The hairdresser was extremely rude, she didn’t return my greetings in the proper manner, she didn’t pay attention to my simple request of wavy natural blow dry, she started doing whatever she wanted despite me correcting her every time, she kept interrupting me and saying “I know what I am doing” in a very rude manner. Furthermore the curling machine was rusty and even she was fighting with a colleague on it. When she finished my hair was messy, damaged and totally not what I asked for. When I complained to the supervisor she also spoke to me in a rude manner telling me “she is a professional and experienced. I highly don’t recommend this place for hair styling at all except if you want to damage your hair.

I would like to reccomend the hamman with the morrocan lady. She is amazing removes all the dead skin and make your skin soft. You are alone in the steam room and not sharing with other ladies.

I suggest you go to Aya’s beauty studio in JLT. They’re technicians are professional in Russian style beauty and the nails lasts over 3 weeks. I’m really happy with the results after I’ve finished my nails there, not advertising for them, just seriously want ladies to have the quality work; their Instagram is aya_beautystudio . I’ve been to beauty connection 3x and the quality is ...average. Not unhappy about it, not exceeded my expectations either, plus I wonder if they sterilize properly.... Good luck ladies :)

My cousins and sister have been going to this saloon for some time now, like 3 years or so and this was my first time. Look for marilou for hair cut and blow dry. For hair wash look for Adi a tall and dark gorgeous Amazonian. I want my hair washed by her all the time. They have great offers and it is not to be missed.

This place is like a dreamworld but for beauty! Never seen such an amazing salon in my life! Color coded departments with separate areas for every service. My appointment is 6:30 i arrived on time they told me i have to wait for at least 30 mins .. due to lack of staff ... on the phone the lady told me okay to get your sister esaad card but get the original. On arrival they said not acceptable only the card holder.!! Very disappointed not organised everyone is lost. Thats the nail department. Am still waiting for my appointment.....

Had mink eyelash extensions done. It was my first time so I was very keen on following instructions to the letter. I brushed them everyday, washed them with non-oil cleanser and they almost all fell out in 10 days. Very disappointed.

It use to be good but not anymore.staff have a bad attitude even in charge people are not helpful at all.they dont care if you come back or not. Quality of product very poor and especially quality of behaviour. Need to reload

Edit: Prices began increasing with strict rules between how many days you have to wait to do a buff and polish between full set. Staff are still highly trained but due to the rising costs and length of time Im forced to spend at the salon - Ive decided to stop doing my nails. Refill/full set takes an hour and a half easily and your now expected to do this every second time you come to the salon. Used to do buff and polish a few times in between with no problems, which took only 30 minutes and cost less than 100 Dhs each time.Previous review: Quick affordable service, staff are all well trained and Ive been a loyal customer for 4 years now. (5 stars)

I’ve booked an appointment over one week before my visit just to be sure that it will be with the lady that I always go to. I confirmed an appoinment late evening the day before my visit as well. Next day, 10 min before my appointment when I was already driving I’ve got a phone call that the lady that I have appointment with didn’t get back from holidays. It was totally dissapoining. There is no communication between reception and HR at all. They don’t know when they’re employees are available and yet they re taking appointments!! It’s been ridiculous and the only thing that I got was an offer of coming another day????

No advance booking are required which makes it the perfect place for unplanned days. Price list is great and not expensive compare to other places. Decor is wonderful and covers a huge are for all services that you might need. Tried the eyebrow and blow dry but didnt like it . Its a place for quick work however dont recommend it if you will have an important occasion.

WORST nail experience ive ever had. They are so rude and so disrespectful, i paid 630 AED to do acrylic nails, which started coming off starting the next day, when i asked to come fix it they took days to get back to me which resulted in more nails coming off, when i complained and asked to be compensated for the service, they said no and bluntly said the management refused to compensate in services or a refund. Literally the most rude and disgusting customer service, ignored calls, ignored texts, no sense of hospitality at all.

Been here now about 5 times, each time service is great. Prices good and its fast. Also technicians are polite ..they seem happy. Just take nite facials not a walk in you need to book .

This salon used to be amazing before the new location on Sheik Zayed road. Now it’s about quantity not quality. I’ve stopped doing my acrylic nails here because every time my nails get filed down to the flesh and it’s very painful. Went for a Brazilian wax and the girl had no idea what she was doing. I’ve had to get home and pull the pieces of wax left behind off myself. The hair all broke off at the follicle and will all be ingrown. The discount and special offers are great and they’re definitely cheaper than other salons. But I’d rather pay a bit more for a quality service and professional experience.
