Fake 5 ratings from all employees!!!! Employees working there told me that they are forced to put 5 stars as part of their job!their Salons have only 2 stars before. Overpricing of the services, bad services, staff are rude! Looking you based on your nationality! If you are not local, they wont treat you as a customer! Managers are rude! If you see 5 star rate, those are just employees. 1 star ratings are from real customer like me.

Worst experience in a salon. I am leaving the salon with an injury on my feet. I went in to get henna on a nail, I decided to get a pedicure and henna on nails.The nails are paining as the nail salon lady tried to do what she likes to and scrubbed my skin with the files. She also does not know how to cut nails and get her body in to a weird position with her arm in the wrong direction and then she will cut the nail bed. My skin almost bled and she would have cut a huge chunk of my skin apart if I did not stop her.The pain is absolutely unbearable now.Be careful when you go, some girls are too much good, but the one I had was very bad. Are the good ones worth the bad and the chance of being in too much pain?I will think before coming back.

I went for eyebrows threading, the service was good but they charged me 100 AED for making my eyebrows as it depends on the nationality of the staff and the prices vary accordingly. If Indian nationality staff will be a bit less but highly priced services in comparison to the other salons around. I would prefer other salons nearby with reasonable prices located in Dubai Intl bowling center and Omniyat building.

The worst Moroccan bath ever, I said after 4 months of closing the salons due to the Corona virus, they finally opened and we can relax our body and chose Afrina salon, and I am confident of their service, especially since their prices are high, so I expected high quality, but unfortunately I was surprised that their bathroom was bad Very small and the one in charge of the bathroom has nothing to do with the Moroccan bath ... What is important is, instead of comforting myself, the opposite has happened, and I would advise anyone in which to settle a Moroccan bath 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
