I came to the salon last minute without having an appointment and asked to to have manicure, pedicure, 60 minutes massages 30 min reflexology, a haircut and a blow dry.The staff was so professsional, highly organized, dedicated and very friendly. They got me in. Thanks to them, I managed to do everything in only a few hours as I was in a rush.When I left, I was so relaxed, the best massage I had! Also my hair and nails was just awesome!I highly recommend the salon.Thanks again to all the staff !!

Wonderful friendly staff! I had an enjoyable time chatting to the manicurists - they were funny! Very kind and helpful for choosing colours too. The quality is great and all the techniques were professionally administered. I was offered water/tea/coffee and provided with anything I needed. One thing (other than the super lovely chats my friend & I had) really stood out: one manicurist had a really difficult & rude person demanding things from her. She was super professional and did her work really well even though that person was horrible. The client took 3hrs to complete her nails and the manicurist did a great job. The staff are dedicated and kindhearted! I’m so pleased with my nails and really recommend this salon!

Went for an overdue haircut. Marife is brilliant with haircuts and colors, she understands what her client wants and communicates what exactly she’s doing with their hair. Didn’t plan on getting my hair colored(for the first time too!) but she convinced me that it can be done without the bleach. Loving my lob and lighter hair color. Can’t wait for my next appointment! 😍

Nell Jane and Janice today are so spoiling me. Nell Jane is a master with Dip Polish Nails that last and keep nails healthy for weeks. Janice is massaging and making my feet feel relaxed. A comfy chair helps to massage my back and coffee finishes this treat - I recommend a visit to WOW in Dubai Mall. The hairdressers are very talented also.

The worst management staff, they don’t respect customers, the management team once kept knocking on the door while i was inside having waxing service,another time they asked me to leave the room so another client can go inside finish their service while i was inside and on time waiting the technician to do me the service, they were super rude and unprofessional, highly unrecommended !

Got my hair and makeup done for a photoshoot and I was very pleased with the results. A lot of time and care was taken for my appointment so I felt nice. The makeup was applied in a very hygienic way and I appreciated that. I would visit again when in Dubai.

Yesterday was last time I visited this “wow”saloon. I was attending it around 2 years for waxing and once for pedicure. When you approach reception desk you may wait for 3 minutes till receptionist comes or finishes answering the phone in front of you, no “thank you”,”see you again”, just ignore-client-oriented? Giving any discount or loyalty card as for a constant client? No, sorry, madame, we don’t have! Ok, then I’ll find something better if you’re not interested. The procedure of waxing takes around 5 minutes:applying Johnson’s baby powder, then wax, then again powder... and for this 40 ead🤔 sometimes I asked for soothing and antiseptic gel as was blood. Really don’t recommend this wow place. Prices-wow, results -what?

I wouldnt recommend going here for a massage. I had the worst massage ever. The therapist Amelita lacked skill and technique. I went for a full body massage on a whim as I had tension in my back and shoulders and they were able to assist with an appointment but I left just as tense and extremely unsatisfied. I had gotten a massage previously which was awkward as well but I decided to give them another try. The room is too small and disorganized and the therapist never asked me any questions about where I want her to focus or her pressure. Even though I was charged 288 dirhams for a swedish massage, which is laughable, I was basically just rubbed and pulled. She was sighing loudly during my treatment which made me feel like a chore. There were moments where I thought okay, this isnt so bad but when she made me turn over the amount of pressure put on my abdomen was downright painful.I have had nails done here before also, which was perfectly fine but I will not be returning. The staff arent bringing the owners vision to light - the salon might be beautifully decorated but its far from WOW.

I went to this salon at least 10 times , the therapist was very nice . I asked for gelish pedicure, the lady at the entrance , tried to charge me 2 times for the same service . And acting like it was something totally normal . «  yes mam! pédicure +gelish almost 300 dhs « 😂🙈 i usually pay 160 dhs for the same things.. I really don’t appreciate. I will inform all my girls around . This is unacceptable

The most shocking experience ever- the hairdresser did my roots and they left my hair half wet saying that they have other customers waiting and don’t have time to dry my hair. After this shock, the arab lady at the reception said that I should pay 100 dirhams more than what I agreed with the hairdresser (360 AED in total for 1cm of roots with additional costs of using the tonning shampoo which was charged on a separate bill even! ) while rudely ignoring about already agreed price. It’s just unreal that the clients need to experience this kind of treatments
