I been to this place a while back, service was ok but nothing great. Management was incompetent. Now under new brilliant management and services of the all so sweet Sophie I been here for 3 visits in the last few weeks. The location is nearby to me and I just found better service elsewhere till I was bound by time a little while back and had to do e here for my hair care. So happy that I did as I was very well taken care of. Sophie is a professional stylist and I wont go elsewhere from now on. So glad they had changed management..... They do braids fast and in very professional way. I love the staff very accommodating and friendly

Ms Sophie is an amazing person, she took her time and patience to listen to me- giving me a professional advice on issues not only that she made sure she did a follow up on me as I can remember her statement to me vividly “we are in this together”.Cloud eleven is going far as long as she remains.

Booked an appointment at this salon after having a bad experience at another salon. I have lived in Dubai for 10 years and this is hands down the best salon for afro Caribbean hair that I have ever been to. Firstly the salon is stylish, modern and very clean. The staff where amazingly friendly, huge thanks to Dare and Fatima. I went for a weave install and its the best weave Ive ever had, from the washing to installation . Their display of versatile wigs are the best I have seen in UAE. The pricing is fair and worth every penny and then some. Can not recommend enough.

It was ok . Not sure i have much to say .maybe my next visit then I can really tell but yeah they fast , that I must say. But the salon has no hair rollers . Just blow drying (incase you a hair dryer type like myself) then is not for you . If not carry yours . Price is affordable too

I went in to do my hair and the staff was just sitting around. It took a few prompting from the receptionist to have some one attend to me as no one seemed interested to do my hair. I spoke up and mentioned the horrible customer service.The worst part for me is the staff aren’t even bothered to wear masks. The lady that did my hair kept has on and the receptionist. But the rest walked around like Covid doesn’t exist. What a disappointment.

Not so great mina cut my cuticle and filed my pinky until the skin was split 🙄

They give amazing service and the staffs are nice too.

I like their offers ..BB hair treatment is really good 👌🏼

I have done acrylic nails approximately a month ago and they are still damaged i do not recommend.
