Could not recommend The cobbler more! They do an fantastic job, always. My shoes and bags always come back looking new. The price is reasonable which is why its great!

The Cobbler did an amazing job on my Etro bag so it’s definitely 5 stars. Although they took 20 working days but the result was beyond my expectation, literally my bag looks brand new (it was a color restoration). Customer service was great too. I don’t think anyone would have done it better.

I gave them my wife shoe for bottom repair and they scratched the leather by throwing all the 5 shoes in top of each other. when i went to pick it up it was full of scratches. i told them they said we will fix it and they over painted the original paint which it was two colors patches until they damaged the original color. I have spoken to there manager and they didnt do nothing. they made me to come 4 times with no solution to repair the shoe color and i had to take it back and gave it to Ferragamo to be sent back to Italy to re paint it to its original color. Ferragamo manager was suprised with the bad quality they did.It is Waste of time to send an email to your customer service which I did and spoke to you GM. I wasted a lot of my time for such a bed quality and service which nothing was done at all. You made me come 4 times and every time you turned the shoe condition worsens then before. Waste of time and money for such a bad service where I posted on Instagram and you have deleted the bad quality and service comments so others not see how bad you quality it is. Don’t waste your time to contact the customer service because nothing will be done.

The actual restoration of my bad was ok however their customer service is below par. I always had to initiate contact in order to know if my bag was ready and whenever I called no one answers. They also never answer my messages on WhatsApp. They just need to work a bit harder because whenever I go there its very quiet and the service is extremely slow. Like I said however the actual bag was ok after restoring .

The shop itself offers excellent quality, a professional service, and is responsive to your needs, put all these top qualities together, then add the warm customer service and you have the complete package.
