Firstly, staff is extremely unprofessional and secondly my order was delayed and printing was also wrong. Colours were totally different from the picture which was shared with me. Would definitely not recommend there custom made stuff.

I was so offended by your staff. Very very bad service I wish I can give you less than 1 star rating. I changed the battery for my watch there on the 10th of April I took it and paid them 99AED. After two weeks it stopped working I went to them again the staff there told me the battery inside this watch does not belong to us !! When I told him how come I paid for it here to change it he indirectly accused me that I am lying and I am making this up !! Of course because I did not keep the receipt from them, I do not have any rights and I was accused to be a liar. Pathetic service. Got my ipad repaired from this place. When i went to collect, the button was not working properly. Just after 2 months, the screen had the same problem. When i went back, they told me i have to pay again. Very disappointed. Never going back to this branch again!

While I was shopping at Carrefour in Festival City Mall I needed a quick watch repair. Sajith was very quick and friendly. I also received a discount for using my Emirates NBD credit card. I recommend this Minutes store and will be using them again.

Warning..!Don’t replace your mobile screen. They will do a horrible job and refuse to fix it once you scratch the screen.The warranty is useless.they replace my iPhone 8plus screen then sound stopped working , i brought it back, they tried many times untill they fixed it.Now the iPhone is unusable, the screen is not responding and very slow. I’m typing this complain from another phone. They ruined my iPhone and I can’t sell it or use it!!! Hopefully Dubai consumer & Wafi court will resolve my issue.

Had a bad experience here today. The technician fitted a faulty back cover for my mobile phone. When i pointed out the defect while taking back my phone they said theyll charge me anyways for the faulty piece. Or they would give me the phone without any back cover, with the internal parts falling out, and I can come back after two days when they have a replacement. I had to ultimately pay them for the faulty back cover !!

Worst shopping experience i had in Dubai. They refused to exchange even while i didnt leave the store yet. Filed a complaint at the economic department in dubai and got the issue solved. Quality is terrible and 10 times more expensive than online. There manger has unbelievable attitude kept on giving me his back while talking to him. You have been warned stay away from this scamming store.

Always able to disappoint.1. went to have a bracelet attached to my watch , they quoted 20 dhs and a 45 minute wait. Went across to the watch store.. they did it in 3 minutes for 10 dhs .2. Asked to replace a broken glass on my watch .. they didnt know how to do it and couldnt even tell what the size the watch crystal is or how to measure it.complete amateurs , no professionalism or customer service.Take your money elsewhere.

Rip off merchants - needed a replacement battery for my bathroom scales. Battery is a CR2430. They charge 50dh here whereas 10 min drive north on the E44 to another Minutes branch they charge 30dh. I could perhaps understand it if it were a specialty watch battery but this was a joke and make the public out to be stupid. Those responsible for this branch should be ashamed of themselves.

I visited minutes DFC outlet recently and the staff named Sajith offered me an excellent service and I recommend him to everyone.

Worst customer service ever, people are very lazy even they are not willing to stand and come near to the side of the customer so they can have better communication the guy make me wait around 4 minutes and he open the file to print and still he dont know that he have to print it i ask him can we go on the print, he said iam waiting your mail i said him its infront of you then I ask him to add a word of thanks at the end of the email then he said sorry I cant....?????????I believe this company not providing a salaries for the people at all so the customer have such service even though i accepts to pay 5.25 to print 1 paper as iam in hurry dont go for that company not recommended at all i have hurtattach now 15 minutes and i didnt get 1 printing
