Avoid at all costs. Horrendous service. Took the money in advance and promised to repair in 5 days and never did in 3 weeks. Refunded my money and will never come back.

Great service however there was a delay to finish the repair as it took around a month to get it back however they delivered it to my residence as compensation.

The service is very slow, their works is absolutely bad. Its very simple job to apply on my sandals, its only glue to stick the soles, but it takes 3 weeks, and its not been fix well, the sandals got a lot of scratches and looks the glue was not properly fill in, theres a gap in each soles thats not glued properly. So disappointed.. I dont like to recommend this shoe repair to anybody. ZEROOOO STAR!!!

Dreadful, dreadful experience here. I gave them my grandmothers bag in June, its not September. Every week I call for updates, and Im told I will get a call back. It hasnt happened.

Their service degraded completely since last year. They lose your shoes, they deliver it yellowish and dirty, sometimes even deliver with oil on it. Complete bad experience.

Very slow service...I have my shoes for repair almost 3 months ago and until now they have not sent it back to.They wont even update you unless you call.

Absolutely pathetic service! I went it with a pair of white shoes that needed to be cleaned and I also told him to clean only specific parts of the shoe but the guy standing by the counter (who thinks he is the owner) downright rejected it without even looking at the shoe properly!Would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is clearly not a concept that they understand!

I have used this shops shoe repair service multiple times.They are professional and they stick to the agreed time frame.Prices have increased lately so its not as good a deal as before but you get the same good quality service and repair.If you have good shoes that need fixing, this is the place.They will tell you if its fixable. How much time and money it will cost. And they will contact you when its ready.Definitely recommended

Workmanship is average. Not the best.Pricing is a joke. They charged me 80% the cost of the shoes to fix a minor stitch and it’s all up in the air and up to the cobbler and his mood on what he wants to charge. No price list just charges as he pleases.

Probably on of the best shoes repair in Dubai. People are experts, professionally trained and everything they have been asked to repair it has been returned as new. I gave them not only shoes, but also boots and valued bags and the result was excellent. I strongly advise to give him a try, you will not regret.

Very expensive, it’s not worth trying. You can get their price for 1 pair of shoes to other shop which can repair 3 pairs and can get it within the day. They dont give discount, better find somewhere else with cheap rates but quality service.

This is my worst experience with a shoe repair the philippina left receptionist is very arrogant and speak in a bad way to the customers plus the fact that she is laying ( sometimes you pay when you drop the shoes and she is asking you to repay again!Very disappointed

I see people complaining about the price being high. Its a case of you get what you pay for. Sure, for a 30 dirhams pair of shoes it doesnt make sense, but for quality leather items I dont trust anyone else. They work wonders, theyre honest about the results, theyre on time and arrange collection and drop off. Ok, I do get frustrated when I am in a rush and it takes them 3 or more days, but I still wait because I trust them and they fast track it when I really need. Theyve taken 6 shoes for me in the past week alone, and the ones back already are like new. Been using them for over a year.

They just damaged my boots for good. All I wanted is to polish it. I even brought the shoe polish for them, yet they didn’t do it right! Such an impressive low quality of work!

Not only did they collect and drop off my shoes (I didnt even leave the house), but the entire team was professional and absolutely saved two pairs of my favorite shoes which had been chewed up by our dog. I wouldnt hesitate to use their services again. Thank you, Ndust!!

I visited this shop today not for the first time- having been here before on one occasion where I had also thought the price charged was completely inappropriate for the device provided. On that occasion I paid a lot more for a very meager couple of stitches on a shoe. I also found the attitude of the sales person to be anything but customer friendly and boarding on nonchalant. Today however, I was just appalled I needed a zip replaced on my son’s backpack. That was it. The salesman looked at it and tried to hum and hah so that I would think that it was a much larger issue than a mere zip replacement. He first quoted me around 60AED showing me a raggedy thread which indicated were the zip was ripped, and said they would “repair” the zip for that much. I told him I didn’t not want the zip repaired, (not wanting to come back three months later with the zip breaking again) , but instead I wanted a new zip to be put. For that he quoted me AED250!! I told him that the maximum amount for the best quality zipper on a child’s backpack couldn’t not be more than AED30, and that what they were proposing to charge me was nothing short of highway robbery. As I was expressing my shock for the high price of the task, the salesman shrugged his shoulders and went into the back room leaving me standing there with the receptionist. Needless to say, I picked up my bag and left the shop. I have only taken the time to write this review so people out there can know the kind of prices and attitudes that will await them at this place.

Good professional shoe repair service in Barsha. They offer home delivery. Prices are moderate. They need to add extra services like painting the scratched hills and maybe improve on urgent orders, as it usually takes up to two weeks to finish job.

Their repairs and work is well done. Just be sure to factor whenever they promise by 2. If they say ready in 2 weeks you will only have it back in 4 :-).

Expensive and a very average job, took 3 pairs of shoes for a basic shoe cleaning (was charged 140 aed) and in the end, it was a shoddy job ( i could have done it better with shoe polish and better cleaning and shine) and the bottom soles were not cleaned out either, this is after 5 days. I wont be coming back to them anytime soon.

If you have expensive shoes, do not bring them here! They will ruin the hills! And give you the shoes looking worse then before! Very very bad quality job!
