That’s just terrible. I am supposed to receive an urgent shipment today. The courier didn’t call me to agree on a delivery time. I called their call center three times. I was promised the courier will deliver it before 6 pm which didn’t happen. The courier number on the application is wrong and now I haven’t received my shipment and their call center is closed and I don’t know what to do. If this is not the worst service ever. I don’t know what is.

*Terrible service*The counter staff are like robots and will not move an inch. They have a standard robotic inhumane response.... Your parcel is being located.I waited there for 90 minutes to collect my debit card which was in their parcel box in the front office. Since it was just a very thin envelope, it was at the bottom of the box.I went to 3 different staff at intervals of 30 minutes...30-60-90 minutes informing them how long Id been waiting. All of them gave me the same robotic response...YOUR PARCEL IS BEING LOCATED.Only after 90 minutes when I was the only customer in the office, did someone think on their feet and call me to their counter. They asked for my token and on checking the parcel DROP BOX found it at the bottom of the box.I pray I never have go to the ARAMEX HO in Dubai ever again.

The worst courier service company in U. A. E.The whatsapp chat bot will ask you for the delivery schedule, but believe me its my second experience u will never get ur delivery on time. The service is so poor.My delivery is scheduled for 16/09/2021 and still I have not received any notification from them regarding my delivery and today it is 18/09/2021.so please guys, do not encourage/support these kind of companies and their services. Zero Punctuality = Aramex.they dont even deserve a single star..

If there were 0 stars I would give you that. Valuable collectors item arrived ruined/broken during delivery. No way to contact support directly. Have a pending case for the damages on your website for over a week now with no response. If your shipment is important to you, do not use this service. If speed of delivery is important to you, do not use this service. If your time is valuable to you - do not use this service.

I had issue with them about my delivery. It got delayed for 2 days and within those 2 days I have been in contact with them. On the 1st day, I already called them asking why my parcel is not delivered yet, they said it will be delivered next day as they were having some problems with their operation. They gave me an option to collect it from the nearest depot and I agreed because its not just any parcel but my passport (one of the most important thing). I waited for their text message before going to the depot, but I didnt receive anything. I called back and they said their operations havent done any progress yet, they confirmed that my parcel will be in the depot maximum of 4:30pm. I went at 4:30, and still it was not there. I lost patience, I called to complain and told me that it will be delivered next day thats the only thing they can do. I agreed cos I dont have a choice. To make sure, I even lodged on their whatsapp service a request to deliver my passport the next day between 9am to 2pm since they have this option that you can your a time for your delivery. Next day came, no message until 10am so I called back, theu said to wait until 12:30 if I still didnt receive a message I should call them back. At 12:30 I called them back only to inform me that the courier already left without my parcel and it cannot be delivered anymore.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I was so frustrated. They didnt do anything about it. Ending, they asked me to collect it instead, even though its already paid for delivery service.

Delay in the delivery and worst customer service.Id been making a follow up with them in the past few weeks and they kept on saying that the document will be delivered tomorrow, etc. Last update on my package is September 10, today is September 26, still no update.I had made atleast 50 phone calls with them to resolved the issue, but I didnt received a feedback where my document is.If there is only a 0 star! I would have given it to them.Furthermore, I had sent the same document using DHL last week and the document was received already in Switzerland. Note that it takes only 3 days for DHL to delivered my item.The funny part is I am asking them for a refund because I had sent already the same document with another courier.They told me to wait for the document to be arrived in the warehouse in Switzerland first before they process the refund. Also they will be charging a return fee. This is a joke! Why would I wait for the return of the document and be charged for return fee.Please do not use Aramex, they have the worst services.

Be careful if you use Aramex service for shop and ship from the USA to UAE. For items above 1000 AED, Aramex will charge you up to 150 AED for handling (I couldnt find any references for this on the website !). Thats on top of what you will pay for shipping , tax, VAT . So if you shipped worth 1000 AED &weight 1 Kg .. you might be ending paying 350 AED to Aramex !

They delivered wrong items to us. Their main logistics center mixed our items for some other person to ours.When I go to this branch as the call center is not reachable. They have no clue where the mix up happened. I was asked to visit again on Saturday as follow up so I visited them again.. To my surprise the person who asked me to come was on leave and the other person says the package was delivered on Friday. He dint even bother to check the history.Absolutely zero customer service and no follow up process..Will avoid this company as much we can.

My advice is never to deal with this company. Most disgusting customer service. I waited for delivery for more than 4 days and at the end I had to go to them and pick it up myself. Phone calls are not answered, only an answering machine that constantly redirects to a useless WhatsApp chat bot. Their warehouse is a complete mess, all parcels are lying on the ground and employees are manually looking for a parcel in all this mess. They do not even care that someone there may have things that require careful handling.

The most terrible service Ive met in Dubai. It is a SHAME of such a city.There is no any responsible person.Any driver never came in time for pick up.Customer care liars.Why the system is asking about the time of pick up if the Driver never ever come in time or even same day?!!!! It is Ramadan,working hours are short. I had to stay 3 hour more in the office waiting for the driver. I called 2 times to customer care and both ladies lied that driver was close. And he did not come at all! Who will pay for my delay??? It is not free for me.

I have contact Aramex call Centre on Thursday 17th June requesting to send a parsel to South Africa. The agent confirmed the pick up on Saturday 19 June from 9am to 12 pm.At 12.30 the courier still did not show up. When I called again to the Call Centre to follow up, they replied that they will ensure that the courier comes at the earliest and that they will call me back.By 1.30pm, nobody called me back nor courier picked up the parcel.When I called again, the agent said that there is no pick up request logged in, and that she will make a new request and will send a courier. It’s 3pm now, and I am still waiting.Dear Aramex, because of the incompetency of your staff, I wasted my whole day. And as you know time is money. It is outrageous how indifferent and incompetent your staff is.Having said that, I would like thank Maryam, the 3rd agent who was trying to help me out. Staff were professional albeit a bit lost in regards to a communication sent to me by their colleagues in customer support located in Jordan.If a customer is asked to do something then all people involved need to be informed of it, otherwise those not kept in the loop will end-up on a wild goose chase and might even harm the customer.This type of adhoc issue solving is a sign of immature management since there should be a communication chart and Standard Operating Procedure when addressing such situations.

Next day no one called me so I went to the closest branch to ask about it, when the employee told me your shipment is here as per your request!!!!!!! How do you even get to speak to a human voice anymore, if you are facing terrible service issues. a week ago, I get a call to reconfirm my home address from the Aramex customer service. Then again a few days later I get another call, asking me the same question. Now the status of shipment shows as unable to deliver, as there is no response from customer. On the app it shows as in transit. Very confusing.What the hell!? When you call their help line everything is now automated, so there is no way to check with limited options on the status of what is exactly happening, if you dont get to speak to someone.Inspite of the terrible reviews Aramex does nothing to improve their customer experience and I have had a few terrible experiences with them. I now dread to shop online as I know that a company that uses Aramex is going to mess up my shipment.

Super bad service. First they delivered to a wrong address, then no one called to reschedule and so I called. The date of delivery was set. Because I wanted to make sure the delivery will come on the day I set, so I called again but the agent said they have the wrong phone number. This is unbelievable Aramex. You have the home address and phone number from the beginning in your system. What’s wrong with your people not updating the information properly.

My shipment arrived at Dubai on 12th May...when the shipment is held in customs on 15th, no one from Aramex called to ask for identification documents. only after I called after 2 days ...2 times, last agent has given right information to provide identification documents. After releasing from customs on 17th May, the parcel got shifted to umm ramool Aramex. Even after scheduling the delivery on WhatsApp service...it didnt get delivered on 19th. 20th I went to umm ramool center for collecting in person. even though the tracking says the parcel is in Umm ramool...they stated its in Al quoz center. Finally on 21st morning home delivery happened. This is booked as priority parcel and contains medicines for a cardiac patient who is stuck on visit visa in Dubai. Next time I will definitely seek some other courier.

Having a nightmare when I applied for an exchange/return item on May 6, 2021 from Sun and Sands e-commerce and until now it hasnt go back to them (only God knows when) through Aramex. It took them to pick up the item for 10 days and another 4 days to schedule going to the receiver. This is more than 13 days now in total. I dont know whos to contact Aramex or Sun and Sands. Both companies are extremely unprofessional with poor customer service in the highest level. They will give you unsure vague answers and will leave you with no clear information. The fact that this transaction is only in Dubai and it took more than 13 days(still counting) to deliver , nobody knows when this process will end. Extremely unprofessional!

I’m extremely annoyed that I had to pay for shipping and then there was a surprise fee on arrival. I got a message that I could pay on the app but it showed I owed nothing on the app and then the guy showed up at my door and asked for cash but I didn’t have any so I almost didn’t get my bag.Also they wrote in permanent marker all over my very nice luggage and did nothing about it.

Be aware everyone Aramex doesnt care about customers neither your shipment conditions. Theyll damage and youll pay full amount for damaged items. Plus you are not allowed to meet the manager or any person in charge. Its all about greed and fake reviews in Google. If you didnt get any problems with them soon youll. Go to their branch and all youll damaged boxes and customers unhappy. They lost my shipment twice and damaged 6 times yet they charged me for full amounts. If you complain theyll ignore you and close the account. I suggest DHL over Aramex the greedy company.

Worst service, unprofessional staff, unreliable system.I had 4 passports for same family delivered to same home. They delivered 3 passports and forgot 1.I used online tracking and whatsapp chat bot and it says its in sorting facility.I rush to sorting facility to pick the passport, they cannot find the passport.Passport delivery was within the city, it should be overnight but it takes more than 2 days to deliver passport withing the same city!The family missed the flight thanks to their lack of efficiency.A word of warning: the tracking system is not updated as you expect. If the morning truck missed to pick your shipment from sorting facility, you will lose the whole day.

Many shipment lost , addition to returned because some time it takes 40 days to reach shipment from UAE to KSA, broken items. I had one very bad experience with this people about delaying and non-responsive about my shipment..... Yet i opt a second time and the same.... not anymore... DHL and FeDex are way way better guys... go for it
