I was truly amazed with the guy whos sitting yesterday, while waiting on my turn to ask some information regarding collecting my letter. he is dealing with two ladies with inappropriate manners saying unacceptable words with him, but he tried to manage to be calmed and cool while explaining some information with her. i would say he is a type of person i want to deal with, very professional to gain my respect to him. Used this service for an overseas passport. Maya is so organised and efficient making the process so easy to do. Have now diverted all my arriving overseas parcels to this store as it so easy and convenient.

DHL charges the highest courier prices claiming that they are the best and the fastest in the market. Their lead time is supposedly 2 business days from door to door but my package after 2 business day didnt even leave dubai office. Now i lost money and time and when i requested to submit a complaint i was advised that unfortunately the supervisor is not available. And on top of all of that, It took me more than 15 mins and 2 hang ups to make a complaint over the phone.Side Note: I handed over my package “1 piece of paper” in motor city service point.
