The food is more than perfect! The service is great and fast! The place is quiet and wonderful! Especially the young man named Adel, who is responsible for organizing tables and supervising food, cares about the smallest details for the convenience of customers

Food was really good. Ordered one Mixed Grill Platter. Khubz wasn’t cooked perfectly but overall it was decent food and the quantity was filling.

We were in there in Ramadan for Shoor in the Business way brunch....It was horrible the Images that they post in internet are not the same the restaurant is very small and the offer of Sohoor was 35 AEDper person they have cheated us they brought only for 2 persons and the guy there wants to change us for 5 persons when we want to complain to someone he claimed that these is the system in their restaurant and there are many restaurants in Dubai which theyre worse so he confessed to consider that the services in their restaurant qas bad he was very rude and awful I never recommend any one to go there

Syrian cuisine with very friendly staff specially Tarek. Their mix grill is super tasty and Bamia (Okra) too. They use sheep meat only.The outdoor area overlooking the creek. Many flies around though.

Weve eaten from the Sharjah branch multiple times and its been great. The business bay food and service was appalling. I spoke to someone who claimed to be the general manager and was so cocky and rude. Never going back here again, awful awful service from the general manager. Actually feel bad for his staff under him. Awful man.

Their mansaf can be anything except mansaf. We ordered 4 meals and no one was happy with the quality of food. Staff are unorganized and don’t know how to deal with customers. Not recommended at all.

I usually order from this place for lunch at work, not from Talabat but directly from them. The staff is nice and lets me customize orders usually without charge if they’re not too bizarre. The food always comes very good and the portions are great.

A very special and unique restaurant who serves a traditional Syrian dishes with Shisha for those who like, daily dishes are all good and served with generosity as the resturant should be, ended with a cup of tea and dessert.Again, ask for the daily dishes and dont be afraid to try even if you dont know the dish, enjoy your food with a nice internal decoration somehow similar to the old Damascus homes where greenery around and small fountain at the middle.

Nice place but the staff are not a welcoming people

The cheese manakeesh came with a hair, and the hummus plate came with an eyelashe!! All that in one visit. And when you tell their captain and the manger and show them the plates, they never appologize, all what they say that their kitchen is clean and may be the hair came by the wind while serving the plates!! The captain was very rude. Never ever will come here again, and by the way it was my first time.

I have tried 3 times to order from this restaurant via talabat and zomato as well they have cancelled the order after confirming just one thing if you dont deliver to Jumairah why you put in such apps that you do and if you have minimum order why you didnt mention it although they cancelled order of 85 AED before and every time same silly reason that we dont do delivery to Jumairah !! so just do put your name in these apps , ANYWAY we tried 3 times to try your food but honest and customers respect is more important
