You will never miss this restaurant as it is located just in front of the entrance and you have to literally just work straight when you are in entrance to reach this restaurant. The interior is very gorgeous. The food here is a little mediocre but still enjoyable in many ways!

Went for iftar buffet the food was good but the service was average and not organised . I think the place is not designed for a buffet style dining more like a pub.Make sure to ask about indoor or outdoor seating as they seem to choose randomly and you get surprised upon arrival

While all hotels, restaurants, any entrances do, one of the best location dont. If you go on the Palm in a hotel, you have to book the Duke hotel the Palm. Why?A 1st pool on the border of its private beach.This 1st pool has a private island with 4 chairs in the pool to lay down.Perfect beach with 40C water in July.A 2nd swimming pool on the 14th floor at 32C with a private view on the Palm.Service quality from a 5*: during covid19, everything was sanityzed after usage, gel everywhere and enforcement of masks.For more and for a good price on the Palm, just book it.

Breakfast buffet with varied options and very attentive staff, especially Dilini.Lucas, Edeneza e Marco from Brazil.

Probably one of the worst 5 star restaurants in Dubai and the iftar buffet was average because:1- Variety is less compared to other restaurants3- no seafood although advertised to have it3- chefs and stuff filling the plates are not well educated not know what they are doing4- sweets were below average and the only thing was delicious is jelly’s and marshmallow!!!!!

Overall, was impressed with the food and the ambiance as I was expecting it to be average but it exceeded my expectations. The service was spot on even though it was a full house.

With regards to this restauraunt they certainly dont think of the residence directly opposite, appauling bad music all evening while im in my garden speakers should be directed inward not outward facing residences and im sure this is law so either they dont care or have no idea but its not on you guys need to sort it out and direct music inward i dont stay in the residence to listen to this rubbish every night sort it out i will be looking into this with the appropriate authorities

A wonderful addition to the growing gastronomy in Palm Jumeirah. Food is amazing and cooked to perfection, service cant be beaten! Chic British inspired interiors. Try the little cocktail bar upstairs, the staff prepare at your table. Only downside is the portion sizes for sides are a bit small for what you pay

The place is chic and done beautifully.The restaurant is large with many views.Food is above the averagePrice is reachable for a 5 stars hotel.Staff are attentive and welcomingthe only area that needs to be improve is the food smell. As the restaurant has an open kitchen and I guess poor ventilation!

Food is good. Not sure I can say great. Service is very slow and somewhat unorganized. They do have a great selection of food though.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best i have encountered. Everything is covered for all nationalities from cereals and fruit, flavoured yoghurt to hot. Eggs cooked the way you like them,the bacon (turkey or beef) cooked to order, all done with chefs saying good morning and a smile. They also do great crepes, waffles and pancakes with flavoured maple syrups. The floor staff are so polite and attentive but not intrusive with prompt coffee and tea service. The GBR resturant is a great way to start your day when in Dubi.

Went there for evening buffet , for being Great British restaurant they dont serve pork. Disappointed that despite taking it up with the manager , the groupon voucher which stated one house beverage included in deal they said it was not . The deal almost become void as drinks are expensive , we did point out what was printed but it was just stated they didnt do that . Host ladies need a lot more training they seemed confused over our basic booking for a table for two and had no idea about groupon deal . Not what I expect from a 5 star venue . Wont be back .

The worst experience i have had in any restaurant in DubaiFood was very bad, i mean very badthe atmosphere was not good with the singerthe price is not cheap at all, it is the same price like any other high quality restaurant, i believe this is very expensive for such poor qualityin general it was a bad experience and i guess i will be sharing my experience with all my friends to avoid going there.

Both breakfast and dinner are of high quality and very tasty.Large selection, something for everyone.The evening buffet has themed evenings such as English, Mexican or Arabic. There is also something for everyone here, as there are also always corners with international cuisine.

Great service with half board you get the buffet for free, the drinks you have to pay everywhere as usual, coke about 7 euros beer 12, bottle of water 6. There are alternating theme nights like Italian or Arabic. Very nice salad buffet and dessert selection, all the finest quality. The breakfast buffet is even fresh crepes! which is not everywhere. Definitely a recommendation for breakfast and in the evening! For lunch I never tried it but should be just as good.

Really great, the food is well presented and tastes delicious too.The breakfast buffet is rich, there is something for every taste.In the evening there are different themed buffets, sometimes international, sometimes Mexican, etc. Really great. The dessert is visually great, real patisserie art. It also tastes really good.A star deduction because there is no drink despite having booked half board and a small Coke costs 7 euros, thats really usury!

The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the staff is always very friendly and hard-working. We were always happy at the different theme evenings with what was offered. There was something for every taste. Also was freshly prepared behind the counter food, with very nice cooks. The only thing we found something violent, were the drink prices.

A very large hotel. I visited the pool and the beach is just kinda good. The pool is very deep. It doesnt work for children. The beach is good. The food is bad. There is no music.
