Beautiful place to spend the evening and to take Insta worthy photos with the view of the Burj Khalifa and the creek.Boating in the creek is a wonderful experience ,watching the skyscrapers on the sides especially in the evening hours.

Horizon Tower1 is a nearly completed residential unit with parking, swimming pool, party area with pantry, children Montessori, play area, with lots of picturesque open sitting areas completed with a Gym. Beautiful place to be

Great new district with a beautiful skyline view. Landscaping and walkways are completely finished.There are restaurants, bars, a boat that you can take a ride around creek. It is very close to ras al khor flamingo area 🦩Taking photos in the sunrise and sunset is a lot of fun.Only bad thing we faced here was the behaviour of the securities. When we were there taking photos of the burj khalifa, securities constantly harrassed us. One of them took our photos without our consent. I have talked to their supervisor and explained it is illegal to take people’s photos without their consent in Dubai. Everytime I wo there, I see them taking photos of people whom use dslr cameras without their consent, secretly. They should stop doing that harrassment.

If you are buying here as for residential purposes, you need to watch very closely as its mainly cheap quality building materials as well as the low quality appliances and finishing.For investment, its not profitable on long-term as for cheap quality and poor services that push tenants away.If you are looking for rental units, plzz dont be deceived by the pretty image, the place isnt luxurious as it seems to be, its typically below average.

Relatively new neighborhood in Dubai. The place is excellent for a walk. You can bring your kids here as well. There are a lot of interactive games for kids. The place is also good for amazing pictures. One of the best places in Dubai to watch the sunset.

The place is wonderful and calm during this period, and I expect that after a year or two, it will be a tourist place

A new and quiet place other than on weekends, currently there are not many open restaurants except for Kentucky and Pizza Hut, as well as restaurants and cafes of the Vida Hotel on site, it has great views of the Creek Reserve and Burj Khalifa especially at night.
