All positive reviews were ether bought, written by TFG staff or pressure applied to people that attended a sales presentation and did not buy. They are very nice and professional until they have your money and they they couldnt care less about you. Be sure to read some of the negative reviews, you will see that they are written by people that actually invested with The First Group, now look at the positive reviews, they are written by the lucky one that did not invest.

A lot of investors burned their hands from them - most unfair treatment and unethical practice they have got in the market - I have met the Russian Investor and still in touch with - for his apartment in Sport City they sold to him at 3 times higher than market price value and cheated him on the Size of apartment! And not willing to pay him back his money by law!

We came to Dubai late last night and representative of group called us over and asked me what airline we had come and I said Emirates. So he said since we came by Emirates The First Group company will give us free Dubai tour by car and told us that their driver will collect us and drop back to Hotel.So they collected us and took us to The First Group office and representative gave us presentation on investment on hotels. Our day in Dubai is wasted listening to leacture rather then touring around. If had known before we would not have volunteered. So be honest with people first by telling them whats involved

In emirates mall, One executive enticed us for a free ride to 3 picnic spots in one hour with a halt for coffee/ juices for 5 minutes. But they made us sit for one hour 30 mins in their office. Started selling timeshare sort of package. When we asked whats going on, then told that they will take us to their hotel properties and not picnic spots.Dont get cheated if they say free ride.

My husband and I went to Dubai by The First Group company invitation. It was a truly interesting journey as we’d been there only once previously, and we had almost no knowledge of the city. The company staff prepared the itinerary for us on their own discretion, and we were shown all the projects, even the off-plan ones. The scale is simply amazing! After all, we were advised on a unit that would suit all our needs, so now we are waiting for the contract to be signed.

I was asked for property trip and I paid for my trip also , along with 3 of my friends we went to dubai . Due to food infection I suffered alot of vomits on the day n next . The First group people forced me to show the properties and while in car , property visits I was continuously having vomits with no food or water from morning. They around 2 took me there office and I was totally sick with more than 20 times vomit. There in there office my friends told them Im sick and we want him to rest for some time but they still forced us degraded us in office to buy listen about there business. Very Bad experience with this company,, They offered to me a trip To Dubai to see their project if I pay in advance 5000$ as booking and for the trip and they INSISTED that i could return my money any time I want if I Cancelled my trip This was on 27 Marsh 2019 ,, So I called them and asked to cancel on 4 April 2019 ,, they said no Problem your money will be back in your account in 5 to 20 days Working Days ! Ok no problems! I waited silently then I visited their office after 20 days asking for my money back ! They said its under process and should take 30 to 40 Days ! So today is 21 May 2019 and I still did not get my money Back !! Don’t waste your time , money and Effort with such company !

Came for investment meeting to your office and met with your sales person Mr Anuj. Extremely obnoxious and unprofessional behaviour. Tried to impose himself over us the whole time with lousy facts. And when counter questioned he got angry and finished the meeting without even giving us the numbers. According to him he cannot waste his time on us anymore which i think is quite unprofessional and absurd. Kindly hire professional people not jerks.

Just received a call and while I was expressing my concerns and past experience, the caller disconnected. Im not naming the person, but absolutely not impressed with even first line of contact of First Group.I note that the positive reviews are people with total reviews less than 3. Those reviews seem made up. The language of the reviews is also pretty much give away. Read between the lines...I recommend, avoid.

I’m still considering the possibility of investing in The First Group projects. The whole idea looks quite promising since the market data is encouraging. I’ve been to Dubai several times so I had the chance to inspect the company’s projects myself. That made me realize it’s a reputable developer. I guess I will take buy an off-plan unit in the next project so I’m following the corporate news carefully.

Dubai is easy to do business. Since you don’t have to pay revenue taxes theres no need for double entry accounting. No need to spend money and effort on tax optimization. Besides with The First Group I can stay in any country and keep up with all information I want. I also don’t have to look for clients and take care of renting out. The company can do this for you! Very convenient!

Visited them in Dubai after being met by their representative at the airport. But their questions may be overwhelming after they succeed in making you go to their office for property inspection. Too many personal questions. They make it look like a personal interrogation. Didnt feel very comfortable.

I was picked up from IBIS hotel to the group headquarters and met directly with Faycel khemiri our consultant. He took us round the locations of properties built by First group. Iam highly interested in the investment options however, I could not meet up with payments plan. I promised to introduce the same investment to a friend who can afford at the moment. Last month (December 2019) I visited Dubai with my family on holiday. We had the opportunity to visit your good offices on 8 December courtsey of youselves of course!
