We had to sell the apartment and we applied for the Non Objection Certificate (NOC).Dennis Xavier Solante he is a Customer Care ExecutiveDenis helped me a lot. His service was an outstanding. I would highly recommend him to be promoted as his customer service is excellent.

Been dealing with Ellington since 2019. The HQ itself is modern, nice view of downtown. The agents were great with the paperworks etc, office is very spacious and we even tried the cold brewed coffee, I liked it so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Obviously they had problems with subcontractors and work was delayed for a while, Im pretty sure it was over 3 months. We called and asked and was answered it will resume once its sorted out. So, ⭐️⭐️⭐️ as it was a headache communicating asking for updates.Covid-19 then happened so understandable that work will be more delayed. I wont blame Ellington for this as this was not their fault. Still the ⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from my end. We were called by one staff and the way he spoke reassured us, hed even send pics to show that theyre starting again, great customer service, I was feeling happy again, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Then this week we get a call from the Collection Team. Customer service skills needs massive massive improvements especially this team - the way you speak shows the Ellington brand and it does not reflect Ellington at all. Definitely a ⭐️. I dont need emphaty and symphaty, its just due to Covid-19 some flights are not flying into UAE, we are trying our best to get back to Dubai to PAY. Chill, we are here now in Dubai now and we will make payment, the date has been communicated (I prefer to make payments at the office so I can get the original receipt). This will be the last payment from our side until its completed..... then its mortgage next.I chose Ellington for their name and brand, also outstanding customer service. With the phone call experience I had, I am appalled. A friend of mine asked about Ellington projects and was interested in purchasing one (some downtown project), I did not recommend due to the bad service I got, she just replied oooh, staying away then. A phone call changes everything.Dealing with Ellington is like being in relationship where youre stuck in it, youre a little disappointed but try to believe great things will happen, it will all work out at the end. That bitterness and frustrations here and there but you still love it cuz its your 1st ever home you buy with your hard earned money. Not everyone is rich to just walk out on the payments made as its unrefundable. I literally try to visit the site every week, sometimes more to see the updates. What I see today, its getting there, I see great development and hopefully one day we get to forget all the negative emotions attached to it and create new positive ones, ⭐️⭐️, the extra star is for me to feel hopeful again. Lets hope the finishing will be great after all that delays.So to conclude all this, its been a ride and still a ride. Waiting patiently for that day when they deliver the property. I thank God we bought the property in our 20s with no underlying health conditions. Alhamdulillah. Imagine the illnesses that are caused due to stress, people can become sickand I believe some are ill themselves due to the stress dealing with Ellington.FIRST IMPRESSION COUNTS, BUT LAST IMPRESSIONS ARE FOREVER.

Health warning. Buying a property from Ellington can be the main cause of your stress. Stress can lead to:-Mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, and personality disorders.-Cardiovascular disease, including heart disease, high blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, heart attacks, atrial fibrillation and stroke.-Obesity and other eating disorders.-Menstrual problems-Sexual dysfunction-Skin and hair problems, such as acne, psoriasis, and eczema, and permanent hair loss.-Gastrointestinal problems, such as GERD, gastritis, ulcerative colitis, and irritable colon.Thank God I was only diagnosed with 2 cardiovascular problems. The property is well built and great style.Major problem they have is small parking spaces and passage ways and the HUGE SPEED HUMPS they put in the residential parking lot. These are higher and tougher than those found on the public streets and not sure why. The parking lot is quite tight and i dont see anybody speedy but THESE HUMPS are a killer on the suspension and especially for the smaller cars !!

I have an issue with Joseph Thomas not getting in contact despite many attempts from me.This is related to a development where I was told I had a unit allocated and money taken from me. No allocation!Please deal with this as a matter of urgency otherwise I will have no choice but to take matters further. Thank you.

I bought one unit in Belgravia height II, I paid 20%of down payment, they told handover period is Q2 2020, so far only 7% of construction is over, no updates so far.. I went and saw the project site, not even ground floor completed.. Almost 1.5 yrs over.. I bought unit in Ellington, trusting their timely handover, so disappointed..

Looks good on first sight, but bunch of issues that are not getting resolved with poor communication from Ellington. I regret moving into one of their properties. It has been 7 months and problems are still not resolved.

Been really disappointed with the customer service at Ellington whilst buying from them. Sales staff have misinformed us on due dates, I have been shouted at by customer service team members and they have been increasingly slow on paperwork. Very inflexible with timings and viewings (bare in mind we already on 50% of the property)Suggest better a huge training for the customer service team (who have obviously had very little to date) and more transparency from the sales staff at the start.Hopefully this feedback will be used constructivly. Our group of colleagues and friends have all unfortunately had similar experiences.

So far, Ellington provided really high quality apartments that matches their designs.However, after the shiny sales pitch and paying the downpayment, the after sales experience is unbelievably bad!!!Examples:- Building release date has been pushed couple of months forward, yet no communication has been done with the current buyers, i found out by chance while i was calling the sales guys- the contract didn’t include certain kitchen appliances that were told while a clear listing for the other appliances is in there- when requesting a modification or signed amendment letter on the contract, they refused to give that. Since you already paid 10% non-refundable down payment, you have no option but to bite the bullet.- Getting calls from the head of CRM department, which you never knew or interacted with in your whole life, telling you to trust his own words instead of providing signed letters or even an email, as if his word worth a thing- Requesting guidance and details on how to do “paid” changes on the apartments with the same building contractors or to at least provide contractors contact details seem to be over their capability limits.In short, im always getting the feeling that i got hoaxed in buying my apartment whenever i deal with the customer relationship dep.UPDATE as of May 1st, 2019:I got a confirmation from the management that the Building snagging for Belgravia III will be done by April 2020, which is 8 MONTHS after the initial planned date, due to issues from the contractor, whos doing both Belgravia III and Eaton Place.Which means Building handover will happen 2-3 months after!!! Thats July for you!Guess Ellington began to follow the common crowd of developers to break their promises on the delivery date.It was one of their main advantages i chose them for, and now you should take it into consideration that any project they make, they can, and they will, break their own word on the delivery date.Well done Ellington, down to 2 stars for the level of Professionalism they claim to have.UPDATE as of June 16th, 2019:DLD site shows that Belgravia 3 is around 34% completion with an inspection on May 19. That’s 6 months after their 30% completion on December 20 2018!!! 6 months of work for 3-4%!!One more tip, if you want to buy from them, ask to check their SPA first before placing any non-refundable booking fees! I’ve never seen a contract humiliating to this limit where the seller almost has absolutely no risk whatsoever, while the buyer takes all the blame with extreme measures on any single mistake.Down to 1 Star!UPDATE as of July 15th, 2019:Customer relationship manager calls to give the official news that Belgravia 3 handover will happen on October 2020, the snagging 2 months before it. 1 Full Year after initial target.
